Viet Long Hoian Beach Hotel - STAY 24H

We had 2connecting rooms which was perfect with our 3little kids. Quiet place and easy to find a grab. The swimming pool was nice, the hotel is just a few minutes walking from the beach. Very good value for money

The staff were brilliant. The rooms surpassed expectations.

Breakfast left a bit to be desired, although the pancakes were terrific.

The room assigned to me is in the attic, which isn’t quite to my preference.

Great location..just 50m from the beach area. The pool was a nice extra if I didn't fancy getting sandy feet

Close to beach and to the amazing cafe called John's Kitchen. Best beef pho ever!

We had to ask to find out that they had their own beach access, which we only realized the second morning. It would have been nice to have been informed of all the things the hotel offered when we checked in🙂

Room was awkwardly shaped for use.

Everything! Stayed here twice now and the staff are so lovely! I recently lost my card travelling and had it delivered here and they kept it until my arrival! Right by the beach and the rooms are clean and just like the pictures

We arrived back to hotel after 10pm there was no lights on in reception & the staff on duty were asleep on a camp bed

The room size was very big and so close to the beach, the staff there are so lovely and welcoming

The bathroom was not the cleanest and the room smelt bad on arrival like the plumbing was dodgy

Nice option for those who would like to stay out of the town centre and close to the beach. Great swimming pool and clean rooms.

Right across from the beach. Everything was nice and clean. And there was really cute little restaurants nearby. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Just a 10 minute drive to Old Town. Pool was small but very clean. Can't say enough about how nice the staff were.

The tub was old and had of cracked bottom. water leaked because drain stop needed a gasket.

It looks nice and the eating area could be also transferred to a co-working space. It also had a nice private beach in collaboration with a seafood restaurant. The location is not the best, but let's not forget that the area is rebuilding after a catastrophic typhoon. The balcony is a very nice touch and the bathrooms are just great. The staff speaks perfect English.

It looked really nice but the rooms very very noisy. In my first room, that was on the sixth floor next to the elevator, I could not sleep the entire night due to some loud unidentified buzzing. I could have appreciated something more than a "sorry, that's bad" when I mentioned it. The second room could be opened together with the room next to it, and thanks to the universe, it was a middle aged couple there (whom I haven't seen but could hear so clearly that I could do the identification) so our sleeping schedule aligned. The laundry services are terribly overpriced.

Only spent two nights here. It was basic but provided what we needed.

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay by the beach. The hotel looked after us very well. There are great restaurants and massage spas nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

staff were amazing - polite , helpful, and very organised . Breakfast was also very good. However, we did not think that the pictures and description from the website were accurate.

The staff were amazing, so helpful. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach where the hotel has a bar and restaurant that serve delicious fresh fruit cocktails and amazing food. We sampled the cocktails in the other bars on the beach and none could compare. Rooms were fantastic for the money and everything was clean. Very happy.

Room was good, a good desk and padded chair ideal for digital nomads.

Honestly the pictures made it look so much better than what it is. It was very noisy at night with the hotel lying on a main road and dogs bickering all night. Pool only has sun until like 11am, so we barely used it. It says here on booking that the hotel has bikes free off rental, this is NOT true. I did however say to the receptionist that she needed to fix it because it was one of the reason we booked the hotel and in the end she got two bikes for us, but it was annoying with wrong info. The breakfast was really bad, the people making it don't really know how to cook. The coffee was always cold. We often ended up getting the wrong orders. Quite frankly it did not live up to our expectations.

Incredibly friendly helpful staff, lovely big room, nice balcony, good bathroom. Amazing value for money. Great location right on the beach. We were so happy to book there.

First of all a big thank you to Linh - she helped us a lot. Hotel has a private beach area with fresh sea food restaurant in it. Good location, near the beach and not far from Hoi An city centre.

The room had a fantastic view of the sea. It was clean and comfortable, with good facilities. In a great location by beach with good restaurants nearby. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the pool was nice and got the morning sun.

The place was near the beach and there were a lot of restaurants around the hotel. I also liked the free shuttle to the Ancient Town.

Lovely location with a great view. There was construction work in progress in front of the hotel. This didn't affect our stay and hope it doesn't spoil the view when it's completed.

The place is really loudly! I could hear my neighbour snoring and another one yelling in the night, so we checked out one day before, since it was impossible to get a night sleep there

The staff genuinely remembered us each day, asking about our plans.

The local artwork on the walls gave the place a unique touch.

Housekeeping noticed we used extra towels and left more without us asking.

The only nice thing in this hotel was personal- super kind and helpful ladies at reception. And i must say it was clean enough in standards of Vietnam. I guess the beach has some added value during hot season, on January all the beach clubs where closed...

The hotel looks outdated, the reality of the rooms is far from the photos, the rooms smell terrible, noise isolation is quite poor- we heard all the traffic noises from the street in the early morning. The pool is only in front of the hotel and on the street, I can't imagine who would want to swim in a pool that is in front of the hotel entrance on one side and the street on the other side :)

We called housekeeping at midnight for extra blankets, and they arrived promptly.

The entire place smelled fresh, no trace of stale air or old carpeting.

They upgraded us to a better view when they noticed we were celebrating an anniversary.

Shuttle service to the bus station was on time and well organized.

The staff helped us find a pharmacy when my friend got a minor cold.

Smooth jazz played softly in the hallways at night, creating a nice ambiance.

Decent prices and across the street from the beach. Great staff! They had a shuttle to town and back except for mondays.

The curtains were torn, only 2 pillows although they provided more. No hand towels. Listed as sea view but we mostly looked at a metal roof with peek a boo view of the sea!

The location for the beach was ideal. Beach area was quiet with a few hotel and restaurants on the beach itself. For nightlife, bars, etc. need a taxi into the Hoi An itself. Taxi cheap (around £3). Overall a very relaxing hotel.

We found ourselves extending our stay by two extra days because we loved it so much.

The place felt calm, even with many guests around. The layout must be well thought out.

Definitely one of the cleaner places we’ve stayed at in our travels around Asia.

The intricate tilework in the main hall was absolutely stunning.

No matter the time, someone was at the front desk ready to assist.

We tried the spa services on our last day, and it was the perfect way to unwind.

1) New looking rooms, clean and spacious. 2) Staffs were friendly and awesome, spoke good English and provided recommendations on where to go and what to do. 3) Access to free beach chairs and towels under RAON group. Good food at the beach restaurant. 4) Beach was 5 mins walk from hotel. 5) Quiet location but quite far from old town and night market.

1) Bathroom were too small with faulty doors 2) would've been nice to get small hand/face towels. Only bath towels were provided. 3) Not many restaurants for food nearby. Need to drive out or Grab food service.

If you’re looking for a balance of local experiences and modern relaxation, this is the place.

We walked by the river every afternoon, just a few minutes away. Returning to a chilled room was wonderful.

It’s easy to see why the reviews are so positive. We felt the warmth in every interaction.

Small hotel on the outskirts of Hoi An. Great professional and friendly staff.

Unfortunately the weather was terrible when we stayed which hampered our enjoyment of this hotel.

The rooms are comfy and clean, they offer plenty of services, location is right near the beaches and incredibly kind staff - especially Kang who went an extra mile for me, will definitely come back again if ever in Hoi An

Location is a little far from the old town (about 50 minutes walk) but easily reachable with transportation.

If you want an authentic feel with modern comforts, this place is it. The shuttle to the beach was punctual, and the driver was friendly.

Even with a last-minute booking, everything was arranged perfectly. We stepped in, and our room was ready without a hitch.

Each time we passed the lobby, someone asked if we needed anything. We felt well cared for yet never overwhelmed.

We initially planned just one night but ended up staying three. The staff congratulated us on extending, joking we’d never want to leave.

We walked to the old-town market early in the morning to see locals setting up stalls. Coming back for a nap felt heavenly in the cozy bed.
