A little dated. The name of the hotel and the photos changed online so was a bit misleading and confusing to find on the map.

My first night was very loud because I had a room right on the main road. I was able to switch for the rest of my trip.

My wife and I and our 18yr old daughter stayed at this hotel. My wife and I had one room and our daughter had her own room. The hotel was well located to all the shops and activities in Hoi An. The hotel is quaintly and rustically decorated, which we loved. The staff was friendly and helpful. They resolved an slight issue immediately, provided information and booked an activity, including transport to and from the activity at very short notice. They provided breakfast, which was good, for us earlier than the stated breakfast times to accommodate an excursion and us having to leave for the airport. We loved Hoi An and will definitely stay here on our return

Very clean, friendly staff, excellent location.

Location amazing. Flexible staff. They could see we were unhappy from arrival. Spoke with reception who were quite resigned to our reaction. Showed us a few rooms so did get better room for night and agreed we woud leave next day so happy that hotel acknowledged our disappointment and did not hold us to full 6 night booking. This gave us opportunity to arrange more suitable accommodation and enjoy our Hoi An experience

Good location

Their clothes washing service left my clothes smelling like mould. The aircon unit in the room was not powerful at all we were very hot. The plug sockets were awkwardly situated behind the bed headboard. They charged us for a bottle of water in the room which had been complimentary in most other hotels we stayed in.

In the mornings it was noisey from like 7am onwards. Rooms are definitely not soundproof and can hear everything in the hotel.

Unfortunately the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. The mattress was lumpy in many places and should really be replaced years ago.

The location was great right next to the old town. Room was small but fine for a few nights.

Room smaller than expected with a wardrobe at an angle which stuck out. Bathroom door had a glass panel and there were no curtains or blinds in the bathroom, so all the light from outside came through in the mornings. Air conditioning was not that powerful. Pool looked filthy and no where comfortable to lie.

Clean, good wifi connection, air con, good shower pressure, excellent location walking distance to old town and F&B outlets. Free shuttle to private beach with sunbed and towel and restaurant. Will stay again on next visit.

Room fridge wasn’t working. Would be nice if room cleaners come after 1030am. They were knocking door around 9am. Could hear cleaning on upper floor. These are improvements for guests comfort.

Location was central walking distance from old quarter

The biggest con of the room we were given was the AIRCON. Firstly the aircon was centuries old, you could look and tell it had turned yellow on the outside. Secondly the placement of the aircon was so horrible. The person sleeping on the inside of the bed will suffer in the hoi an heat as the aircon did absolutely nothing. It took ages to cool down the room and when it did it would still feel as if the aircon was on 24 25 cool. We were meserable and had to take turns sleeping towards the other side of the bed where the cool air was coming. We would blast thw aircon at 16 hoping for the room to cool down but it did not do anything and 99% sure because of how old the aircon is. The hotel should do something about it as it is a massive negative thing specially for tourist in that scorching heat. The room is not at all soundproof we had 2-3 big families with kids living the floor and at 7 if they were in the pool good luck to getting sleep.

Great location, room was comfortable but not spacious. Early checkin was available for us at 8am for a small extra charge which was a lifesaver

Cleaning wasn’t great. We got fresh towels but they had brown stains, our bins weren’t emptied by housekeeping and toilets weren’t clean. Amenities weren’t replaced. Advertised as having a restaurant with breakfast but it wasn’t open at all during our stay. Staff were not really attentive

The location and the beautiful view of the hotel

Convenient location within easy walk to the Old Town. Hotel arranged for an English speaking driver to take from Hoi An to Hue. Vin Tuan had a sound knowledge of the places of interest on the way. Tuan was cheerful, helpful and caring to our two older sisters.

It was difficult to regulate the water temperature in the bathroom. On our first night, it was nearly impossible to get cold water running.

Hotel & Room: - The hotel was very clean, air conditioning very cold, shower was very hot. The room came with a big bed, refrigerator, hair dryer, complimentary (coffee, tea, and water), tv, one free water per day, and a stainless steel pot for hot water or tea. The facility has a kitchen, offers breakfast only, and a 24-hour microwave for all to use. Do not forget your bathing suit, so that you will get to enjoy the nice swimming pool. Housekeeping: - Housekeeping staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a comfortable 6-night stay. Check-in and Check-out (Front desk): - Check-in and check-out was easy, paid cash upon check-in (reserved with credit card), very friendly and respect filled front desk staff that helped with transportation and tour arrangements, and custom tailoring options. The front desk staff arranged stress free transportation (for a set fee) to the airport upon checking-out. Communicating Convenience: - The hotel sent a WhatsApp message to my phone before checking in and a day before checking out with Wifi login information, tour information, and they offered an open door to reply to any additional help that I may need during my stay. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the room’s wide bed was incredibly comfortable.

It was close to old town so it was easy to walk to and from the main centre for dinner and brunch daily

When we arrived our bedding wasn't clean, smelt musty , had sand in our bed! Had to go to reception and ask to have clean sheets as the bed hadnt need changed , but when we asked it was changed when we arrived back later that evening , The room and the bedding had a musty smell to it, didn't smell clean, but our beds were made if we put the please clean sign up and we got new towels and tissue. Also the pool deck chairs were flat and uncomfortable and also there were only 3 so hard to get a space

Very central and close to everything you need. Aircon in room works great. Shuttle bus to the beach is an amazing bonus.

The water in the bathroom is very temperamental. The cold water would just stop working half way through a shower and become really hot. Tried to tell the staff and they just told us cold is to the right and hot to the left. Pillows are massive so if you have neck or back issues consider bringing your own. Pool is very very hot it’s more like a spa.

The receptionist attitude was not welcoming at all. Just felt like another customer but with no hospitality. Pictures are not up to date, expect an older hotel with dingy or broken down rooms. We paid $27 CAD for one night that felt like it should have been $10 a night. I'm sure you can find a better hotel or apartment for the same price.

There was a great breakfast spread every morning which we enjoyed.

The pool was amazing—so warm and relaxing, it was one of the highlights of my stay. I also loved the shower; it felt really luxurious with excellent water pressure and consistently hot water. The location was perfect too—just a 10-minute walk to the old town, making it easy to explore. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better.

Unfortunately, housekeeping woke us up at 7:30 AM three mornings in a row to deliver towels—which was really disruptive, especially since the rooms have a doorbell that rings loudly. It was even more frustrating because we didn’t get into our room until around 2 AM the first night due to a late flight. Also, I was disappointed that the hotel charged 20k for bottled water that sells for 10k in most places. I understand hotels need to make a profit, but in the Vietnam heat, a complimentary bottle of water per day would be a small but meaningful gesture. I’ve been traveling in Asia for a month and this was the only hotel that didn’t offer free daily water.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful stay. We ordered an airport transfer which was seamless and had a very comfortable car ride from the airport to the hotel.

We were all satisfied with staff's kindness and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was also nice.

The breakfast buffet had tasty Vietnamese phở and Western options, and the room’s air conditioning worked perfectly.

The hotel’s proximity to a convenience store and café made it so convenient, and the room decor was charming.

The bed was incredibly soft, and the room came with a kettle and free toiletries, which was a nice touch.

The location was great, at the quieter end of town which was good for sleeping at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I really didn't like the fact that the price you book at is not the price you pay upon check in. When you check in they add charges on top, which is unfair because when you book it says that taxes and fees are included but they aren't. The breakfast is very poor for the price of 100,000. Instead of a buffet style like most other places, they give you a card and you can only choose one option. As a vegetarian, all I ended up with was two eggs and two pieces of bread. I only paid for it the first morning, then went elsewhere for food. The rating of 4 stars on booking.com is very misleading because in reality it is more of an two star at best. The decor in the rooms are very dated and grubby. It is more of a backpackers hotel, which was not what I was looking for. There is also no safe in the room to store your belongings, so I ended up carrying my money and passport with me at all times.

Hoi An really comes alive at night with its lantern lined streets and all the people meandering around the town. Would recommend this hotel as the best of both worlds (beach and town) with its location.

Hotel is walking distance to the old town, on a busy road. Luckily we were at the back of the hotel. Breakfast served is nice and acceptable. Pool is a nice cool down.Room is okay but it all looked a little tired. Room service was good. Pictures shown on the website to me a little deceiving.

TV not really working or very bad reception or tuned. Water boiler not working and lights and air conditioning supposed to turn off when leaving the room with your key but it didn't.

Excellent location, right in the centre of Hoi An and very close in walking distance to all of the tourist streets. Great facilities and very clean apartment. The staff are also very helpful and have good offers to help with booking activities or for luggage storage. The accomodation is very pretty and looks as described in the photos.

To the center but still a view meter outside so you have some privacy. The service is great and very kind very relaxing and very nice.
