Prachtige riad, Rustig, heel mooi ingericht. Onze kamer was de suite met 2 kamers, was wel wat aan de donkere kant. Kleine tip voor de kamer met 2 persoonsbedden: nachtlampjes en een grote spiegel in de kamer voorzien.

Fabulosa estancia en Riad moderno en la Medina de Marrakech. El sitio es maravilloso, completamente renovado, las habitaciones son exquisitas y el personal es muy atento. Cada detalle está medido y la zona de la piscina-chill out es un oasis de paz. Te hacen sentir como en casa.

No poder elegir el desayuno (te lo traen directamente ellos) y que en la calle que está ubicado es terrorífica. Suerte hay que cuando pides el transfer te acompañan hasta la puerta.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Suites & Spa Riad XO in Marrakesh. The overall experience was superb. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was also very good, offering a great start to each day. Overall, a beautiful and memorable experience that I would gladly recommend.

As a small observation, the metal door frames can be quite noisy when doors are opened and closed, especially in the evening and at night. This can be a bit disturbing if you are trying to sleep, particularly for rooms on the ground floor.

Habitación n° 3 algo oscura. Al dar al patio central y la puerta ser puertas con cristales, no se pueden abrir las cortinas y siempre debes tener encendidas las lámparas.

Magnifique Riad, très bien placé à côté du jardin secret. Le Riad est très propre, le personnel est adorable. Ils ont organisé un chauffeur pour aller à la vallée de l’ourika à la dernière minute. Le spa avec un massage exceptionnel. On a fait 2 autres hammam et massage. Le massage du Riad était vraiment le meilleur. J’étais bloquée et elle m’a débloquée en 30 minutes !

Service was exceptional. Rooms were large, beds very comfortable. Good shower. The whole place was immaculate. Breakfast was very good, not varied but delicious and plentiful. The staff were endlessly helpful, nothing was too much trouble

Only a couple of minor issues. We didn’t have a great hammam experience. Also, in the room, the toilet was slightly coming off its hinges and the shower controls had a certain knack to them to get the right temperature! But these didn’t affect our stay overall.

Nice dinner in house. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the food much better than the breakfast. Different chef?

The breakfast was not up to standard. The coffee was quite thin and the eggs very plain. Overall little love in the selection.

Il riad è pulito, lo staff è gentile e disponibile per soddisfare le varie richieste. Noi siamo una famiglia di 4 persone con 2 bambini e ci siamo trovati benissimo, ottima anche la cucina sia colazione che pranzo/cena.

It is very authentic riad! Every corner is different, like the city is! Rooms are good! Breakfast is local, with variety

I didn’t like hamam! Whole process is so superficial, the lady who works was rough and unkind , massage was absolutely touristic

The atmosphere, décor, and location are excellent. The staff is amazing—highly professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful.

Nothing, really. There was construction in an adjacent building that caused a lot of noise early in the morning, but that was outside the property’s control.

Our stay in Riad XO was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location was fantastic, just on the outskirts of the souks and about a 15 minute walk into the main square. The decor, especially in the communal areas like the entrance corridor, reception, the courtyard and the pool and dining area were beautiful, and the smell of orange blossom everywhere in the hotel was divine. The staff, including Thierry and Outman on reception and others like Taoufik and Mehdi were really friendly and really attentive and we had really good chats and laughs with them. They couldn't do enough to help. Even when we were out of the villa, they were just a whatsapp away and helped us out with a problem with the YSL gardens where I booked the wrong day. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I could talk about the Riad and staff for days as we loved our stay so much and can't wait to go back!

More hangers and storage space, perhaps more of the coat hooks they have, would be useful. The pressure of the shower was weak and the hottub wasn't working, but they were very apologetic for this and explained the situation with the electricity and heating etc. I do think this could be communicated before guests arrive (the hottub at least.) A sofa or some chairs on the sunny side of the riad on the top level would be good too, later on in the day, for the sun worshippers among us who like to have a read in the sun after a busy day in the souks :-) However these issues didn't affect our stay as the good things about Riad XO far any niggles when you are there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone staying in Marrakech.
