Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Moderne, gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Gute Lage. Fensterfront mit viel Licht - im Sommer jedoch sehr heiß und ohne AC.
Ich persönlich empfand die Kommunikation und den Check-in als sehr mühsam. Immer kam nur ein Teil der Info. Das Thema "Parkplatz" hat mir dann noch den letzten Nerv geraubt. Die größte Sorge des Gastgebers war, dass ich die extra 10 CHF pro Nacht fürs Parken nicht hinterlege - musste ein Foto des Geldscheins schicken um den Code der Garage zu bekommen. Der Geldschein lag dann bei Abreise immer noch an der selben Stelle. Stress und Frustration für nichts. In der Wohnung war es extrem warm. Es stand zwar ein mobiles Klimagerät mit dickem Schlauch bereit für das die Balkontüre offen gehalten werden musste, was entsprechend nicht viel Sinn machte. Die Decke war auch in keinster Weise für den Sommer ausgelegt.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Tesis genel olarak son derece düzenli, temiz ve konforluydu. Check-in süreci çok net ve sorunsuz ilerledi. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey eksiksizdi, özellikle temizlik ve düzen seviyesi gerçekten üst düzeydi. Lokasyon da oldukça iyi ve ulaşım açısından rahattı. Konaklama boyunca hiçbir problem yaşamadık, her şey beklentimizin üzerindeydi.Andreas cok tesekkürler

- Niewielki problem ze znalezieniem parkingu po przyjeździe o późnej porze, może warto zamieścić zdjęcie miejsca wjazdu na parking

Reviewed Jul 23, 2025Super Lage direkt in der Nähe vom S Bhf Stettbach. Sehr schöne Wohnung, ganz neu in der 4. Etage. Sehr geschmackvolle stilvolle moderne Einrichtung. Kommunikation rein per App, unkompliziertes Check in, wie bei einem Air BnB. Netflix, Disney Plus läuft ohne Probleme. Seit langem die beste Unterkunft, die wir als Familie besucht haben. Und der coolste Funfact, man sitzt im modernsten Wolkenkratzer der Schweiz auf dem Balkon und in 500m Entfernung grasen die Kühe auf den Bergwiesen. Dieses Panorama ist unbezahlbar. Was auch positiv zum Gesamteindruck beigetragen hat, die Schweizer sind durchweg gastfreundlich. Dies vermisst man dieser Tage in Deutschland.
Ein paar Gläser in der Küche hatten Risse. Die Kommunikation hierzu war jedoch auch sehr freundlich und sehr proaktiv. Meine Frau empfand das Bett etwas zu hart. Trotzdem, Daumen hoch!

I wholeheartedly recommend this place, as I am confident that every guest will leave fully satisfied after their stay.
When staying in this apartment, there's one crucial detail to keep in mind: the key system. The Black Keybcap features a small sensor that provides access throughout the entire accommodation. To unlock the doors in the parking area, simply touch the touch panel. Additionally, elevator access is restricted; you’ll need to tap your key cap on the panel to reach your floor. It’s important to remember this for a smooth experience. Overall, I can confidently say that this apartment has significantly enhanced our trip and created lasting memories.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2024Brand new apartment, great finishings and appliances, very clean. We had a car and there was free underground parking. Better to have a medium or small car though, we had a Q8 and it was challenging in the garage in some spots. Andreas was always available to quickly answer any questions. This apartment is aprox. 10 min from city center by car, so keep that in mind. However, it is brand new.
We liked everything.
