Nhân viên lễ tân thái độ không niềm nở, nói chuyện với khách VN mặt lạnh tanh, trong khi khách nước ngoài thì cười tươi rói, không hiểu là có vấn đề gì? Gọi service lên phòng đợi rất lâu rồi nhắc đi nhắc lại mới thấy hỗ trợ, tới lúc check out cũng không quan tâm tới trải nghiệm của khách, bình thường tôi đi khách sạn nào họ cũng hỏi han là quá trình lưu trú có thoải mái không, đằng này bên này check out không hỏi gì tới khách (tôi), nhưng lúc out cho khách nước ngoài thì rất vui vẻ hỏi han rồi hỗ trợ. Nói cho đúng thì có 1 chị lớn tuổi hơn là oke rất chuẩn quy trình, còn các bạn trẻ thì quy trình kém và thái độ tệ.

Khá thuận tiện cho khách du lịch, gần các dịch vụ cần thiết.

Chỗ đậu xe ít và bị cấm giờ 1 lúc, đi xe riêng sẽ bất tiện.

The fact that it was central to all the places we wanted to visit was a plus.

The staff was not very attentive. While on our way to Da nang via sleeper bus they sent a message on booking.com saying our reservation to be cancelled. When called to ask what happened they just said the room was under maintenance and they didn’t have capacity to give us an another room mind you this was the very last minute I even asked to speak to the manager but the reception lady was like I’m sorry we can’t accommodate you that’s it we had to call booking.com customer service who really helped us and when they contacted the hotel to ask what happened they had not give A reason but only said they would get back to us and within the next hour we got a message from the hotel that the booking was okay and that we can come. We arrived at the hotel and they changed the room to a lower room for the same price as the original family suite we booked we were way too tired to even complain about it we just went ahead with the room that they gave us nothing much to say about the room it was decent. But was very unprofessional of the hotel to do so was an unpleasant experience.

The staff was very helpful and respectful and also handsome. All the shop around also is very useful and bank also without forget the beach 2min or 3min by walk.

Only the noise around at night because we are on the main road .

I liked the hotel location 3blocks away from my khe beach ⛱️ alot of convenient stores and food hubs in a busy district.The hotel room is wide enough for two,spacious.

We notice the bedsheets and blankets seems crampled and a the white sheets looks not been change from the previous user,given 1 tissue which was not sufficient, telephone got no dial tone but we don't need it anyway need to go down to the reception if needed some service,t.v got no netflex and no English channel,the hallway carpet was old and lots of stain, 🫟🫟🫟 but overall I like the location and I requested the sheets to be change the 4th day .

Yksi hisseistä oli pois käytöstä, hissiä sai välillä odottaa tovin (hotellissa 15 krs.) liikenteen melu oli melkoinen yltä päivää, aina tiesi missä sämpyläskootteri kulki 😂

The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The price-to-quality ratio is superb.

Most of the staff were friendly, although one member of reception staff was a bit sarcastic. The quality of cleaning cpuld have been more thorough. The shower required a shower curtain to stop the bathtoom flooding.

The service and the rooms were clean

Some places in the room worn out and need maintinence and for that the price should be abit lower

The bath tub was so high it was hard getting in and out, The shower had no pressure. You could not see the picture on the TV after getting back from tours each day and you just want to relax. There are no draws or anywhere to store things. All you get offered for breakfast are eggs and soup and salad, nothing else hot. The staff doesn't really like doing things for all their guests. The hoses in the bathroom had rust all over them. The bath tub had mould around it. There's a kettle and 2 cups in the room but you don't get any coffee or tea only water. I was told rooms only get cleaned once a week unless you ask. the carpets in the hallways when you come out of the lift are so dirty that they smell.

困ったことがあったら、すぐに対応してくれました。ホテルの周りには食堂やマッサージ店、なんでもあって立地は良かったです。

浴室の天井の壁が剥がれ落ちました。部屋にいなかった時だったから、何もなかったですが、シャワー中だったらと思うと、怖かったです。天井には、水漏れのシミが目で確認できました。剥がれ落ちる前に対処するべきはないでしょうか？

The size of the rooms the location … cleaned everyday ..

Had trouble with the a/c in 3 rooms first room stunk like sewage . Cleaned g to on still stunk drainage problem second room no smell but air con was warm . Had massive argument with hotel about the room threatened to check out because catchup to standards. Yes it worked but it was warm on 18 after 3 hrs . Tried to fob me off with fan . And if I check out would have to pay. 2 maintenance ppl come to check it. But finally the manager agreed to change rooms again. 3rd room a/c was cold but room had strange smell but passable. Such a same they not looking after there hotel enough because the rest is so good. Do love the hotel.

Excellent hotel Very good value for money. Great location beside beach. Large comfortably rooms. Staff are brilliant . Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The family rooms with balcony are exceptional value.

The location was very good, and so was the price of the stay. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean.

When choosing the hotel, I made sure a gym was available. In the photos, the gym looks very nice, but the reality turned out to be different. (The treadmill is in very poor condition; the belt stops while you are running, which could lead to an accident.)

Daily room clean. Good location.

Breakfast was appalling.. Bathroom drainage sluggish leading to floods.

Staff was nice. Location ok

Didn’t take credit cards. Staff didn’t speak English. Big tears in the bedroom mattress. No shower curtain and the tub drain emptied onto the floor. Tile floor was extremely dangerous getting in Ann out of the tub. Breakfast was a farce one day a nice buffet the next day very little and probably from the buffet prior. No ironing for laundry service. Discounts offered are cheaper down the street. Restaurant closes after breakfast. No lunch or dinner.

The best part about staying in this hotel was the staff member Kattun, she helped me buy a train ticket and provided the best service I have ever had, all staff were very polite and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was the room is not very sound proof, I could hear people talking in the corridor talking late night and hearing rooms next to me, also I got locked out of my room because key card stopped working, staff fixed the issue but it took awhile.

No me gustó absolutamente nada. Se anuncia como un hotel de 4 estrellas con fotos que engañan porque luego es horrible. Todo sucio y el personal no atento.

Good location and decent price

Receptionists were rude. We had issues with the room and our requests were ignored. Electrical wires open by the shower, key card for electricity hanging off the wall and TV not working

Geen mogelijkheid om de kamer met credit-card te betalen. De badkamer liep onder water iedere keer ik een douche nam. Ik heb het probleem meermaals gemeld maar geen actie werd ondernomen. De safety box was een houten doos zonder slot.

Sảnh lễ tân rất nóng khi phải ngồi chờ hàng giờ để nhận phòng; các thiết bị trong phòng cũ kỹ, cửa ra vào kẹt cứng khó đóng mở; không xem được tivi vì tất cả các kênh truyền hình đều rất nhiễu.

This is our second time staying here.Love the location close to the beach and we had booked a spacious room, which was fairly quiet.

No problems. Front office staff were brilliant. We spoke no Vietnamese language and sought help a number of times. Staff were so helpful and cheerful.

Honestly, one of the best beds I’ve experienced in all my travels. 😍 Definitely a place I’d happily stay at again! Highly recommended. ✨

De locatie was goed en het personeel was in eerste instantie aardig

De kamers waren niet zo schoon , er liep een kakkerlak in 1 van de kamers en de douchekop hing op 1 meter 70. 3 kamers waren volgens de kinderen wel oké maar de kamer waar ik met mijn vrouw lag was niet schoon met vieze randen bij de douche en wc en de airco deed het amper. We hadden bij de receptie een taxi geregeld richting het vliegveld op hun advies en dat nog een 2e maal bevestigd gekregen maar toen we er stonden was er niks van te vinden door de niet Engels pratende receptie en begonnen ze alleen maar over de paar flesjes water die nog betaald moesten worden uit de mini bar ipv een taxi voor ons te regelen. Beetje jammer hoe dat ging.

Close to beach, big and comfortable rooms, and staff who were so helpful and cheerful. The staff made our stay so enjoyable. And the buffet breakfasts were very filling and great value

They cancelled my reservation last minute, while I was airborne. They told me upon arrival that they had to cancel due to construction and they had no additional rooms available. Then they asked me to lie and tell Booking.com that i was the one who cancelled.
