Рядом с пляжем, море не глубокое. Номер был большой (2 комнаты и 2 ванные комнаты). Убирали каждый день, питьевая вода в номере бесплатно. Есть полотенца, зубные щетки и гель, шампунь. Бассейн есть, но он не глубокий 1,30 м . В номере было 3 кондиционера.

Нет сушилки для белья в номере, трудно сушить одежду, купальник. Отсутствие вешалок в прихожей (вход в номер). Не было ножа для нарезки фруктов (только нож для масла, а он тупой).

Отличное расположение отеля, прекрасный пляж рядом, много кафе.

Мы бронировали большой семейный номер с кухней, столиком и 2 большими кроватями на 4 человека за полгода. Когда приехали, нам сначала предоставили маленький номер 12 м с одной кроватью, кухней, но без столика. Предлагали отменить наше бронирование, изменить его. Хотя это оплошность отеля, а не наша!!! Если бы мы согласились, то пострадала бы наша репутация на Букинге и перебронировали бы мы очень не выгодно, так как цена значительно выросла. В итоге путём переговоров нам всё же предоставили тот номер, который мы бронировали. Будьте бдительны! Сам номер вполне хороший, убирались каждый день и меняли полотенца. Но полотенца и постельное бельё видно, что очень давно в эксплуатации, с не отстирываемыми пятнами. Освещение в номере и в ванной очень тусклое. Балкон был очень маленький с 3 кондиционерами, им не пользовались. Телевизор, кондиционер, холодильник хорошие. Вещи сушили на веревках в душевой кабине. Кровати не особо удобные, слышимость хорошая. Завтраки азиатские, голодными не останетесь, но и есть придётся без особого удовольствия. Расположен отель очень хорошо, несколько минут до моря. В целом цена и качество соответствуют. Массаж в отеле делают очень хорошо!

The bathroom. There is no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so whenever we took a shower, the water would be all over the place and it left a disgusting smell. We also found 2 cockroaches on 2 different days in there. We notified the reception when we saw the first one, but nothing was done.

Nous n’avons pas pu y dormir. Il y avait des larves qui bougeaient partout autour du lit. Nous avons demandé chaleureusement à l’accueil s’ils pouvaient faire le ménage. Il l’ont fait et il restait encore des insectes après. Nous avons donc décidé de partir tout en restant courtois. Cependant la dame de l’accueil a commencé à s’énerver et nous a demandé de payer malgré tout. Elle a même refusé de nous rendre nos passeports en négociant le prix de la chambre. Face a notre refus définitif, elle nous a crié dessus en nous rendant les passeports et nous sommes partis.

The rooftop pool and gym were decent and the location to everything was as great.

The bed was super uncomfortable, the walls were paper thin you could hear everything from doors buzzing and ringing, people talking, cleaners cleaning, outside is extremely noisy as right in the heart of everything so hear every single horn out there.

The shower was nice. They have a sauna, but it says it’s only available for a couple of hours in the afternoon from 3pm so not very convenient.

Lack of cleanliness. My ac controller fell and I was shocked to find a diaper under my bed. So its clear that staff don’t ever clean under there. At breakfast the food was lacking. In the pictures it showed fresh eggs and beautiful omelettes, but there was no one to coming to take your order to make them, and non available in the buffet. Just very lack lustre.

We loved this hotel because of the excellent location, within a couple minutes to the beach and lots of dining close by. The 3-bedroom apartment was excellent and very roomy. The staff was very helpful. The pool was wonderful, clean and refreshing.

Breakfast was large and good. The "bus boy" staff was very friendly, however the front desk was not. The beach is nearby with multiple stores and restaruants.

The hotel itself is older an is in need of an upgrade. The elevator was down multiple times. The refrigerator would not get cold and the television did not work. The front desk seemed to be overly stressed with the large amount of customers and being the only staff to attend to all of them. With all of this said... for the price paid for this hotel, it would have been better to go to a different, newer hotel where everything works. Climbing eight floors constantly to get to the room is not easy when it is extremely hot in Da Nang.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле не первый раз, очень хорошее расположение, персонал очень приветливый и помогают во всех вопросах, от снятия байка до рекомендаций где-что купить. Номер удобный, есть плита, большой холодильник, посуда, чайник, можно готовить самим. Каждый день убирали номер, меняли полотенца, добавляли кофе, чай, воду. На крыше есть небольшой бассейн с маленьким водопадом, в жару прям очень спасал. Есть работающий тренажерный зал, сауна, на первом этаже свой массажный салон, в котором для постояльцев отеля делали скидки. Завтраки нормальные, немного однообразные, но все равно выбрать можно и голодным не останетесь. Вокруг очень много кафе и магазинов. Пляж в 3 минутах ходьбы.

Booked a 3 bedroom unit - 3rd bedroom is in the loungeroom/dining room. So it is a 2 bedroom unit with a bed where the lounge room should be

The only positive thing was the location. It was convenient for one night.

The room was very tired and did not match the photos on Booking at all. There was a lot of noise from the street, including constant honking and music, so it was hard to relax. One of the towels was dirty, but since I was staying alone, I used the second one. There was also a lot of dust inside the wardrobe. The breakfast was not worth it either. If you want a good breakfast, it is better to eat somewhere else. Overall, the room is not worth the money. I have stayed in cheaper places that were much more comfortable.

The Block B needs an upgrade room wise and wifi wise once we moved to Block A wifi was better and with a better room

Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden, es gab keinerlei Brotauswahl, kein Käse, der Aufstrich schmeckte gewöhnungsbedürftig, auch sonst war die Auswahl eher schlecht als gut. Für den Preis haben wir mehr erwartet, viel zu teuer für wenig Leistung. Der Rest war ok.

A good budget Hotel in a good location. A lot more dated than the photos show but ok for the money.

Our family loved the place. It was really spacious, enough for seven people to fit. Our room had a balcony that lets us overlook the city. The bed was really comfortable as well, we had a good night's rest after long days of going around the city. They made sure to clean the room at least everyday so we came back to a really clean room. Even the bathroom was clean and kept well stocked. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they even let us borrow a weighing scale the day we had to leave. The hotel is really close to mini marts, restaurants and cafes, so there's so many choices when it comes to food or late night snacks. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Da Nang.

Room photos for the 3 bedroom hide the fact it is 3 smallish bedrooms connected to a 2m squared foyer..there is ZERO common space..no chairs no lounge etc...the fridge is stuck inside a bedroom. Hot water is hit and miss and takes forever to arrive when it actually does. Beds are old innerspring mattresses that you feel.every spring..hard as a rock...pillows are dead. Sheets not changed for the 8 days we were there. Extremely noisy, you here the street hawkers with their amplified repetitive sales pitch until 2 or even 3am most nights..loud enough to understand every word if you speak Vietnamese (and we were on 5th floor!). The entrance door was almost impossible to open from inside the room, and we reported it to maintenance to no avail..wife and kids could not open it at all so were locked in room unless I was there (Thankfully no emergency or fire occurred!). The pool area is worn out and dirty...it is a smallish pool.stuck on the roof of the narrow building up some steps with high chairs pushed against outside walls (with approx 18" of height between top of seat and top of fence...fall over if you drunk or someone jostles you and you would be a goner!). No cover from the heat at all.. Bellhop was too busy talking to the drunks smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol at a table on the footpath outside to notice you to help with luggages etc let alone open a door. The receptionist appeared quiet and demure..until she stood up and started yelli g at the top of her lungs and with a very harsh tone towards the bellhop and other staff. Breakfast was pathetic. Westerners were availing of the exact same things...toasted bread / small packets of butter / cold fried eggs with unhygienic utensils / and struggling to use the single electric toaster (2 slice only). Or else some stale generic cornflakesnin a large bowl and a dirty spoon with milk from a luke warm jug, thankfully so.e fresh dragonfruit and watermelon were available sliced and diced.

Less than average breakfast. The 3 bedroom apartment is actually a 2 bedroom with the lounge area making up the 3rd room. Because of this there was nowhere to really sit and relax when you needed downtime.

There was an a/c issue in the original 3 bedroom apartment we booked and as a result they allocated us a double room and 2-bed apartment for the first night - it turns out there was a shattered window and air conditioning issue here too so on the second day we moved into an upgraded 3-bedroom apart. I asked for free late check out (6pm) as a gesture of goodwill due to all the inconveniences we'd experienced which was politely refused. They offered it to me it at 30% of the room rate instead. The staff were apologetic and friendly enough.

Wir waren bereits im vergangenen Jahr in dem Hotel, weil es unter anderem für uns ideal gelegen ist. Es liegt in Strandnähe und es gibt jede Menge Möglichkeiten, Geschäfte, Restaurants oder auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We were a group of 12 and all of us stated about how hard the beds were and we all slept poorly. There is a lot of street noise from karaoke bars nearby.

Frokosten ensformig og elendig. Grit at bassengområdet var lite, men kunne hvert flere solsenger, var kun en seng og 3 bar stoler. Dårlig rengjøring på rommene, slitt og hullete håndklær. Dårlig med kjøkkenutstyr.

Søpplet ble tatt ut hver dag. Rene håndklær hver dag. Det trengtes når man hadde vært på stranden og badet. Det var stort kjøleskap.

Det luktet kloakk, sengene var harde, var veldig fuktig på rommene, var ikke noe støydemping, balkongen vi hadde var en vits, vi hadde 3 utedeler til aircondison på vår balkong. Kunne ikke brukes til noe. Manglet strykejern. Lite kjøkken ting for matlaging. Basseng området hadde bare en solseng. Vi var bare på to frokoster, det var under en hver kritikk. Likte ikke det vi så inne på "kjøkkenet". Bildene på booking stemte ikke med det virkelige utseende. Nattbord lampen funket ikke. Badet trenger en rundvask.

Rommet var ok, og beliggenheten var ok med nærhet til stranden.

Frokosten var ikke ok, bassenget hadde bare ei solseng og to dårlige stoler.

After confirming booking via email, on arrival we were told that we had to move rooms on our last night. Not ideal! Breakfast ordinary and hot dishes were mostly cold. (Rice, eggs,vegetables and noodles) Staff were friendly enough but no real options to help book tours.

Good location to beach, shopping, cafes and restaurants. Laundry service, massage, helpful staff. Daily breakfast and a moderately modern hotel.

Difficulty sleeping on very hard beds, no give. Pillows also hard and lumpy.

Мы отдыхали в четвёртом, отель замечательный, очень комфортный, каждый день уборка, завтраки- голодными не останетесь, девочки на ресепшен это просто солнышки, расположен отель очень удобно, все необходимое для отдыха рядом. Всем рекомендую отель для отдыха.
