The Luxe Colony KLCC BY Infinitum

Very nice studio unit—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again! Highly recommended. 😊

The view and swimming pool

The rooftop infinity pool area offers breathtaking, clear views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline, including the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower. The location is very convenient for exploring the KLCC area, and the suite was clean, modern, and well-equipped.

Nothing, everything was great!

All everythinggggg besttt

Nothing

rien

Nice

Perlu check bilik sebelum bagi

No door at the shower, broken window so you cant close, so its impossible to sleep at night because od the noise. I will not mention dirt in the room . But the most awful thing was not changed linen….

The room view and the pool

good location

- Building not finished - Hard to find - Dirty rooms, unclean bedding, hairs on the pillows and bedding, the floor is extremely dirty, the towels have hairs and are torn up, food on the floor in the corridors, terrible customer service (many people were complaining in the lobby), the rooms don’t get cleaned by house keeping (Our room didn’t get cleaned in 5 days), after complaining to the staff they always say the cleaners in tomorrow and repeat it. We also asked for clean bedding to change it ourselves and towels, but they didn’t have any at all (which I think is quite telling about the cleanliness) - Elevators don’t stop on some floors, so you’ll have to walk up the stairs - Hotel is above an abandoned like shopping centre which was quite confusing - The pool area doesn’t allow bikinis, tops, or gym shorts which wasn’t advertised on the site so we weren’t able to use the pool

The pool.

When I arrived in the bedroom, I checked the towels and they were dirty. Also, the bedroom in general didn't look clean; I found dust on the floor, for example. One lift didn't work, and the process of moving was really annoying because it was necessary to wait for a long time. The bedroom door sometimes didn't work correctly because on one occasion my bedroom was open, and I had closed the door correctly.

Clean

No change of towels or bedding, rude check in staff

V centre vinikajuca poloha

Views from the pool are good.

Most of our stay. When arriving we were told we had been upgraded, when we got to our room it was clear it had not been cleaned - coffee splashes on the surfaces and tv unit, toilet had marks inside, wet tissues on the bathroom floor, toothpaste splatters on the walls/mirrors and floor - the room smelt so bad. We were giving another room which was a lot cleaner. They don’t pre warn you about the dress code at the pool, instead you are stared up and down by the male security guards as you are stepping into the pool. I was wearing a bikini and had a whistle blown at me which made everyone look at me while he proceeded to tell me to get out as I can’t wear a bikini. I have no problem with covering up however the way they deal with this situation is disgusting and belittling and not to mention embarrassing. The WiFi doesn’t work in the room.

The only thing we genuinely liked was the location. It was very convenient and close to the main attractions, which made getting around the city easy.

Unfortunately, the room was not clean. Despite being on the 43rd floor, there were flies constantly coming in from the bathroom area. There was also a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from the toilet throughout our entire stay, which was quite uncomfortable and even nauseating. Additionally, the rubbish was not taken out, and we had to dispose of it ourselves.

Difficent to find chick in But all it ok

The swimming pool in the 35th is great and you can see Petronas Towers, KL Tower and Merdeka 118 from there

They take deposit so from the beginning you feel treated like a thief. The room is super small and it doesnt face the Petronas Towers (even though that is what they show on the photos of the room). There are no towels for swimming pool so you have to use the ones for showering

Very good an clean im stay very relax and good the staff reception sabahan humble

Security always angry the he is name tek bahadur my family dont like because always see my family idont know why maybe my family swimmping at pool morning

The location and the pool

We booked an studio, besides that the size was incredibly small, the only "amenity" was a kettle to heat up water and a washer machine. Cigarette butts under tthe bed, bathroom moldy and smell of humidity. I booked one place and I was sent to another. Same branch but different place... Asked to solve the situation and the staff said that they couldn't do anything... The pool could've save the staying but it is not well maintained... Still good view

Camere molto sporche con asciugamani e lenzuola sporche

There was not hot water in all the apartment. Host from at reception of key to indiferent during first contact that the best option is WhatsApp, there they didn't provide any real solution or even do not reply the messages. Room is not clean enough. Strong smell of humidity in apartment from bathrooms. Strong smell of humidity mixed with badly used chemicals for cleaning in corridors of floor.

Nothing

The room was dirty on arrival with cobwebs, dirty bathroom and floors. The shower did not work at all. I reported these issues at 12pm but by 4:30pm nothing was fixed and no one followed up. Completely unacceptable and not worth the money.

Infinity pool, gym, value for price, good communication via whatsapp when we had problems with laundry machine.

Wifi is very bad, laundry machine is not the best

The pool view is amazing but the water is very cold. The room was nice and quiet. It's next to a shopping mall. Also, you can get to the metro only walking around 10 minutes. It is easy to reach the city center and Batu caves by metro.

Bed linens and pillow cases could be cleaner.

The apartment was small but cozy. Unfortunately, we found some dust and a few cobwebs, and none of the rooms had the view shown in the photos. On the positive side, the gym was great, with an amazing view of the towers. The pool was also very beautiful, though we couldn’t use it as our swimwear was not suitable for their culture.

The pool was also very beautiful, though we couldn’t use it as our swimwear was not suitable for their culture.

Olor a tubería horrible.

No estava massa net Faltaven objectes: erem 4 persones i només hi havia 3 cadires, 3 plats, 3 gots, etc

tres bel appartement vu magnifique

L'edifici i tot està molt poc cuidat. Tot deixat. No ens vem sentir bé i vam canviar d'hotel la segona nit.

Staff were lovely! Overall a lovely stay at an amazing hotel!

Location was good, easy to get everywhere around the city. The host contacted us beforehand with instructions for collecting the keys which made that easier, I can see why some people complained about it being difficult as you have to go upstairs to a realtor shop for check-in. The room itself was nice however there is definitely a problem with insects in the building. When we first came in there were cockroaches and other insects all over the bathroom and kitchen. We killed what we could see but they kept coming throughout our stay. We ended up checking out early and moving to a different hotel. The facilities are nice, the view from the pool is lovely however the rules on what you can wear into the pool are strict. There’s also a gym there which was useful.

Well prepared accessories

Bed sheet does not seem clean, and wifi connection is very bad
