Best Western Plus 1000 Islands Hotel & Suites- Newly Renovated

The jacuzzi.

Must do better Cleaning the room.

Décent room, everything was comfortabel, large and clean

Good location

Everything was good, bit of an echo in room due to high ceilings

Very clean, comfortable, excellent suite for 6.

Saubere, geräumige Zimmer. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Viele gute Tipps von Christine.

The breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was decent. The room was clean overall and well-maintained.

It would have been nice if they provieded complimentary water.

The clean and good aerated environment with nice welcoming staff.

Nothing I can think of maybe a little improvement on the breakfast that is served in the morning

Everything new plus good meal.

The price is a bit high, like staying in a bigger city.

Everything

Clean, check-in and check-out was easy, location was close to major food stores and grocery stores. Large parking area, Spacious room for a family of 4. Great amenities. Breakfast was excellent, and eating area was always clean

Breakfast team staff could have been a bit more friendlier. Yogurt machine was not working and the pan cake machine had to consistently be refilled, not convenient when crowded.

Ruime kamer, gerenoveerd, goede bedden Koffie corner

Ontbijt grotendeels voorverpakt Luidde airco

La pulizia della camera e il parcheggio.

La colazione. Spazio e pulizia dell’ambiente inadeguati, poca varietà del cibo.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff!! Rooms all updated and clean. Breakfast was great. Definately love pets!

The breakfast selection was the best I've ever seen. So much to choose from and we kept going back for more. Very clean facility and the service attendant was extremely helpful when we arrived. The pool was nice and the fitness room had more than what we were expecting. There was a small item shop near the entrance, we weren't aware of until later in our stay, that had items we could have bought on site rather than going to the dollar store down the road.

The shower, which was accessible, has an issue with water running out on the bathroom floor. With no floor drain, we had to use towels to mop the excess water.

I really appreciated having a covered smoking area.

Our room was not ready upon arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus in the Thousand Islands! The rooms are newly renovated, modern and very clean, the pool was spotless, and the laundry facilities were also clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly extensive, with a good variety of options. A big plus: there are rental bikes right in front of the hotel, which made exploring the area really easy. A very special shout-out to Christine at the front desk! She was incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to help me find my prescription sunglasses, which I had accidentally left behind in the room. Without them, the rest of our vacation would have been much less comfortable. Her kindness, persistence and excellent customer service really made a difference. Thank you, Christine, and the whole team for such a great stay! We would happily come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Vegetarian options at breakfast. Clean comfortable room.

NA

Staff were nice and friendly My kids love breakfast

Itwas so clean and the staff were so helpful . Their breakfast was super awesome

Just that it ddnt have a jacuzzi

Struttura moderna, buona colazione

Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds ànd good sized room! Nice touches with coffee in the room ànd downstairs. The patio outside is also lovely. The breakfast was ok.

There was a lot of dirt on the windows and handprints too… the elevator was very slow, and there is only one in the facility. But that’s ok because I just took the stairs and the stairwell was clean and easily accessible.

Free tea and coffee machine in the evening

Plastic forks and knifes at breakfast Not soundproof walls - it was very loud from the room next to us

Very clean throughout and friendly staff

Not much seating for breakfast and plastic cutlery and paper plates - not very environmentally friendly

Friendly staff, close to cruise

Breakfast can be better

Preis-Leistung passt.

Staff were friendly attentive and helpful.

Pool was kinda small and practically in the lobby.

Eher was für Kinder.

Da entstehen jeden Morgen Tonnen an Müll. Insgesamt etwas teuer

Hotel funcional. Personal atent, instal·lacions i habitacions àmplies, còmodes i en bon estat. Ubicació convenient, ben comunicada. Esmorzar correcte.

Clean and new property.

The family room we stayed in was renovated and large and very comfortable. No complaints

On y reviendra certainement.

Most of the time I was stayed other Hotels best western plus is my first experience it’s really great and my kids they love it.

New, clean, comfortable

Breakfast was ok but could be better

Good value for the money

The hotel serves breakfast, but in certain hours it is impossible to find a place to sit… We had to ask twice to clean our room and the result was not so exciting, to say the least.

VERY clean. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

My only 2 “complaints” are that there was only the one mirror in the bathroom and none in the room (when you have 4 people needing to get ready for a specific time it is helpful to be able to have multiple places to get yourself presentable), and there was no clock in the room. I understand that most people have a phone with the time on it, but being able to just look over at a clock instead of walking over to where your device is, “waking” it, then finally getting the time.

I liked the check in process the location the cleanliness of the hotel , and the room. The only thing that was bad were the pillows. They are sooooo thick, your neck feels like it’s on a 90 degrees angle. I had to put it aside and use a towel as a pillow

Clean and new

The air conditioner is very noisy

Convenient location, the pool, the sauna, and a separate shower to rinse off.

Didn't like almost $300 a night for a double queen room. It's a ridiculous amount of money for mid range hotel. Will consider an Airbnb the next time instead of a hotel.

Clean, new

Bigger pool maybe

Everything. Great staff, great breakfast, great rooms.

Nothing 😊

Location

Easy to locate. Friendly staff. Easy check in. Very quiet.

Nothing

The whole hotel was very clean. Breakfast room was comfortable and spacious. The food was adequate - nice to have hot protein choices. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The pancake machine in the breakfast room was not working. It would have been helpful to have a mirror in the bedroom area.

The room exceeded our expectations. Top notch.

N/A

The breakfast had a wide range of choices and was tasty. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk were helpful and kind! The coffee maker in the lounge was a nice bonus!

Bonne literie, propre, grand , parking Piscine agréable Très agréable

Chambre propre, personnel accueillant

Rien de spécial

Room was spacious and clean

Breakfast .

Taille de la chambre, et équipements !

When checking online, it showed that 2 queen beds room were available.Called the counter to confirm, the staff answered 'No 2 queen beds room available, I don't care what showed online' Then I had to go to the counter asking for an explanation what exactly 'I don't care' means. If the staff did not care, who would care? what if as a customer,I do care?!

Very nice place and cozy

Our room - so big

A fantastic stay at a fully renovated hotel! Everything is brand new, and the beds and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. They serve a solid standard breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages, and home fries. We are very satisfied customers!

Limpieza.

Staff , amenities and location.

The staff is so nice

Unfortunately, the bathroom was broken; although they fixed and cleaned it quickly after I reported the issue, I would have preferred to change rooms.

The breakfast offerings were okay but were not as extensive as used to be provided by Holiday Inn. There were no small pastries & there was no yogurt. The room was spacious & comfortable.

The coffee in the breakfast area was not good, so after the 1st cup I got my coffee from the Van Houtte machine in the lobby.

Close after crossing from US to spend a night. Very clean and impressed being a Best Western but it did mention it had been renovated. Highly recommend for the price we got. Weekends might be higher.

Wished it was closer to town for walking around town.

Tout

Propreté

le prix était un peu élevé

Simplemente excepcional.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is great. A good place to base while exploring beautiful Gananoque. We booked a room with nature view. Our room was at the back of the building looking onto trees. It was very quiet, there was no noise from traffic on the main road. The beds are really comfortable. Bed linen and towels are of good quality. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent.

Nothing.

Nice location, clean rooms , good breakfast, fast check in and out

Old elevator

Propre.

Very clean and facilities are new.

Nice room. Good personnel.

Rooms are very spacious, clean and have everything you need! Breakfast was excellent, no cost to park, surroundings were very well kept!

Nothing, no issues.

Apparently some food deliveries for breakfast didn't arrive on time so that breakfast food was in short supply for the number of travellers who booked stays at the hotel.

L' accueil, l' emplacement....

Super clean, comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff, great value, good hot and cold breakfast.

All good

Clean and friendly

Breakfast best we have experienced at other inns. 24 hrs self serve coffee, latte, mocha. Well appointed exercise room. Everything very clean.

Nothing to say

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and inviting. The entire property, including the safe and well-lit parking lot, was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Our room had an absolutely excellent view of nature, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were great, especially the 24/7 coffee machine which was a fantastic bonus. The breakfast was delicious with an excellent American spread. A special shoutout to the sweet little girl in the breakfast area who was so polite, helpful, and brightened up our mornings! All of the staff members were professional and kind. We will definitely be back!

Nothing at all! Everything exceeded my expectations..

Room looked onto trees. Very nice

Na

Very clean, great staff. Small pool.

Hot Breakfast was very good. The newly renovated hotel was clean comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would come back! The maverick restaurant nearby in Gananoqua was a great place to eat dinner when we arrived.

No complaints

Liked the size of the rooms and the included breakfast was a bonus. Beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

The only thing to make it better would be an onsite restaurant, but you really cannot go wrong with staying at this facility.
