Appartement très bien équipé, proche du métro dans un quartier très calme, literies très confortables, stationnement facile et logeur réactif si besoin.

It's located pretty close to the city center and the subway is not far away either. The apartment has everything you need and is in good condition. The stove, dishwasher and washing machine were more or less new. It is a bit small but perfect for three persons I would say. The service from the host was very fast and attentive even though we never met him in person.

The building in itself is pretty run down and the lock to the door was a bit difficult to lock and unlock and you had to wiggle the key a bit to get it open. Also the lock to the main entrance was broken. The whole thing made us a bit nervous that we would get locked out. We got the impression that several apartments in this building, or maybe all of them, were rented out in the same way, so my guess is that the building is waiting to be renovated and the apartments are rented out short term in wait of the renovation.

The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure.

Loud and run down building and neighborhood. Picking up keys at another location was awkward added quite a bit of time to check in. Code was provided so I had to call. Locks on the gate were broken so we couldn’t get in when we arrived late. Had to call and was told to stick our hand through the gate and try to unlock without being able to see the lock on the inside. Garbage was piled up outside the building and swarming with flies. Washer and dryer is plumbed to dump heat and moisture directly back into the apartment. Over looks a busy and loud street, a playground and a basketball court so loud all day and loud all night. Safety system for the stovetop would shut down the stove every five minutes and have to be reset. We left our stay early.

The location is perfect, in a few minutes you can take bus or metro, the facilities are well maintained and are very comfortable. Also nearby there are several options for food or market making easier your stay.

Schoon, smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn appartement in een rustige omgeving. Prettige, zorgvuldige host die goed bereikbaar was.

Det er veldig lett å kommunisere med verden. Leiligheten var ren og komfortabel.. Den ligger sentralt, nære T-banen.

Det var litt kall I starten men det gikk lett å skruve på varmen.

My stay was unfortunately very disappointing and fell far below Booking.com standards. Upon arrival, I found the apartment in a clearly dirty and unacceptable condition. The kitchen in particular was unhygienic, with a filthy oven, microwave and kitchen utensils. The floors were covered in dust and hair (see attached pictures). Moreover, there was dirty laundry in the guest washing machine and a clot of old soap (I think?) hanging on the shower wall. I immediately contacted the host, who offered to send a cleaner. However, as it was already late in the day and I had important work obligations in Oslo the following morning, it was not reasonable to expect me to wait outside while the apartment was cleaned. Guests should never be put in this position; the property should have been properly prepared before my arrival. Given the situation, I explained to the host that I would stay only one night (as it was impossible to secure alternative accommodation near my office at such short notice) and asked to cancel the remaining two nights. Despite the clear evidence of the unacceptable state of the apartment, my cancellation request was refused. The host argued that offering a late cleaning was a solution, but this was neither practical nor appropriate under the circumstances. After the first night, I checked out, returned the keys at the designated drop-off point, and notified the host by WhatsApp. Since then — more than a week ago — I have received no further response from the host, nor from Booking.com. I strongly believe a refund for the unused nights is fully justified. The accommodation was not delivered in the condition promised at the time of booking, and my reasonable request was ignored.

No complaints with the apartment but just be aware there is a prison at the end of the street -apartment had multiple sets of gates and doors so security is clearly an issue around this area. May not be ideal location for those with young kids

Apartamento muy lindo y acogedor, ubicado en una buena zona, la anfitriona muy amable y pendiente de todas nuestras solicitudes.

Todo me gustó, tener en cuenta que no tiene lavadora dentro del apartamento, pero si está la opción afuera por si desean lavar ropa.

Appartamento nuovo e carino, vicino alla metro e ad alcuni minimarket che tengono aperto fino a tardi. Ben attrezzato ed accessoriato in cucina.

Per quattro persone con valigie è piccolino. Le valigie devono essere lasciate nella cucina pertanto ci si muove a fatica. Il bagno, pur essendo bello, è un po' piccolo e quando ci si fa la doccia si bagna tutto il pavimento.

It's was nice and clean apartment .. family for four it fits very well ... and everything is walking distance... everything was perfect as they say metro is 4 min away..

The flat was fabulous! It had everything we needed and more! Our host, Yonas Abeje was one of the best host I’ve ever dealt with. He couldn’t be more thoughtful and helpful! He was truly magnificent! Thank you Yonas Abeje😉

Not much at all. The flat itself was super. The only thing that it wasn’t desirable was the entrance (I presume that of course it’s out of the control for the owners), and the collection and drop of the keys.
