Très belle guest house, belles chambres traditionnelles, onsen privatif, très bon accueil, et très bonne cuisine. Le personnel parle très bien anglais Bonus : nous avons été surclassée gratuitement avec chambre sur jardin

Rien Il y a une grosse montée pour y arriver, nous avons pris un taxi de Yumoto. Au quotidien ce n'est pas gênant. Ensuite l'hôtel a expédié nos bagages à Kyoto. Parfait.

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Zimmer und liebevoll gepflegter Garten. Leckeres und frisches Essen. Wir haben für 3 mal Frühstück und 3 mal Abendessen 22.000 Yen bezahlt. Ein absolut fairer Preis. Der Onsen war Klasse, genau wie die Reservierungsmethode.

Die Anbindung ist in Ordnung, aber nicht gut, aber es wird ein kostenloses Shuttle angeboten.

Molto bella e pulita la stanza, accoglienza impeccabile, bellino e piacevole l'onsen privato. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, purtroppo ma consiglierei di starci più tempo. La zona è molto rilassante. Abbiamo avuto l'occasione di provare la cucina molto buona sia a cena ( tipica) e sia a colazione ( con offerta tipica o occidentale). Acqua e tea sono sempre disponibili e offerti. Il personale è molto gentile e molto disponibile Inoltre, sono disponibili giochi e libri nella zona comune.

Es liegt wunderschön in den Bergen. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und die Zimmer sind recht groß. Der private Onsen ist super nach einem langen Tag mit Sightseeing. Die Küche ist sehr lecker und bietet neben japanischen Essen auch einige westliche Gerichte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

不知是否是温泉旅馆的惯例，房间内只有配备了马桶和迷你洗手池的卫生间，洗漱只能到公共洗浴间，不是很方便。房间内的陈设略显旧，整体氛围有些像青旅。酒店的两间温泉泡池还不错，工作人员很礼貌友好、服务热情。酒店提供每天上午三个班次的免费巴士服务，可以接驳强罗站或雕刻之森美术馆。如果也能为抵达的客人提供此相应的接送服务就更好了。

Le meilleur hôtel de mon voyage. Endroit magnifique avec des personnes très attentionnées. Le onsen privatif est incroyable, ainsi que tous les autres équipements et la nourriture.

Peaceful garden view, home made meals. It was a nice quiet break after Tokyo

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Asante Inn. La chambre de style japonaise était très spacieuse. La pièce commune avec vue sur le jardin japonais était relaxante. Le petit-déjeuner japonais délicieux. Nous avons pu facilement nous déplacer en bus vers les différents points touristiques autour d'Hakone. Il y a également une navette le matin pour Gora station ou le Hakone Art museum. L'onsen privé etait très apprécié par toute la famille après nos journées touristiques.

Très jolie établissement notamment la salle commune avec vue sur le jardin japonais. La restauration sur place le soir. La navette le matin. Un dortoir féminin de 4 lits appréciables. Siège massant, salle de sport, onsen très beaux. Les livres et jeux mis à disposition dans la salle commune.

La disposition des lits dans le dortoir n'offre pas le même confort à toutes. Les cintres à disposition ne sont pas en plastique et la propreté de ceux ci laisse à désirer. Le plus petit onsen était tiède. La propreté de la salle commune dépend des personnes qui l'utilisent et certaines ne respectaient pas le lieu. De plus, les enfants en bas âge sont acceptés ce qui peut occasionner plus de bruit que nécessaire, et l'isolation n'est pas très efficace ce qui peut perturber le sommeil.

第一次尝试女生宿舍，虽然只有我一个人住宿，但是体验感还是挺好的。主要是性价比太好了。酒店每天三个时段有专车把客人送到强罗站，很贴心。环境很美，有枯山水石庭、有温泉、有健身室、大厅空间宽敞。天黑下来，灯火可亲，旅人闲坐的画面很美呢。

Nous avons aimé : - le onsen privatisé par horaire par chambre - le personnel très gentil et serviable avec possibilité de navette gratuite - les repas sur place (très bon rapport qualité prix) - parking gratuit juste devant l' hôtel - les jeux pour enfants dans la pièce commune que les enfants ont beaucoup appréciés notamment le mini babyfoot

- Cela fait partie du concept de l hôtel mais un peu dur pour nous de dormir sur les futons - prix un peu élevé pour la prestation - le jardin japonais est bcp plus petit que ce que j imaginais

La struttura è accogliente. Dormivamo in una camera al primo piano molto bella, tradizionale con tatami e letti a terra. Lo spazio in comune dove si fa colazione e si cena ma dove si può anche semplicemente stare a lavorare o a rilassarsi è molto bello, con affaccio sul giardino zen. Anche la cena era buona (per fortuna perché intorno di aperto non c’è nient’altro). Non abbiamo provato la colazione perché ci sembrava un po cara per gli standard a cui eravamo abituati. Punto forte: le due vasche onsen, da usare privatamente prenotandosi la mattina per la sera.

Tutto bene. Unica cosa non vicinissimo alla stazione e in cima a una salita. La mattina c’è una navetta che dall’albergo porta alla stazione. Sarebbe utile organizzare anche un pick up all’arrivo. Il paese la sera è deserto, come tutti i posti di Hakone eccetto Yumoto. andate a Gora consapevoli che la mangerete in struttura e vi rilasserete in un onsen

Un ryokan tradizionale nella tranquillità e nel verde di Hakone. La stanza tradizionale con i futon affaccia sul giardinetto zen, la sera si può prenotare una sessione privata nell’onsen della struttura, magico.

Per chi arriva con i mezzi pubblici, l’autobus lascia alla base di una stradina in salita un po’ pesante da fare se si hanno bagagli pesanti

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme du lieu et sa convivialité. Des jeux sont à disposition dans l’espace commun. Le personnel était particulièrement serviable et a l’écoute de nos besoins. La navette jusqu’à la gare de Gora était très appréciable. Ne prenez pas les escaliers si vous êtes chargés il sont très étroits irréguliers et glissants. La réservation des bains est très bien organisée et il y avait également un siège massant.

Une très grande cote doit être montée à l’arrivée mais l’ascension en vaut la peine

Difficile dire cosa mi è piaciuto di più: il giardino era incantevole e fare colazione o fermare davanti a una vista genere era davvero rilassante. Le due onsen sono curate e invitanti come in foto. Staff super disponibile e accogliente, tutti sempre sorridenti e pronti all'ascolto. Il dormitorio è piccolino, ma grazioso e pulitissimo, con yukata a disposizione. Colazione deliziosa. Spero di poter tornare di nuovo. Grazie ancora

The retreat house was great, i really like the ambience and vibe. It gives me a home/family feeling, so that was awesome. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden was absolutely spectacular.

Only draw back i have is the location. I think if only shuttle bus can be provided with much higher frequency, the experience would have been much better. It is really not suitable to walk from Gora station. If you got luggages, don't even bother walking, just take taxi. My room wasn't clean everyday, which i only found out when i checked out that i was supposed to tell them to clean the room when needed. Wish that was communicated properly when i checked in.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, even bringing my son's forgotten cuddly toy down to the station for us when we forgot it. Booking an onsen time was so easy.

Everything has a slightly musty smell but this is likely due to the climate - it was warm and humid when we were there.

I stayed in the dorm-style room, which is a standard hostel setup with bunkbeds separated by curtains. I loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the hotel. In particular the common area/dining room looking out onto the little garden and the onsen were both very relaxing. The staff were helpful and attentive. The location was decent for exploring Hakone by foot or bus, though it was just a little bit out of the way. They did have a shuttle to town a few times a day. I paid extra to have breakfast, which was delicious. There was also food available to buy in the evening. I had some ice cream with red bean paste and little rice balls which was excellent after a day of exploring and then relaxing in the onsen.

I would have liked a dinner option that had both vegetables and protein together, but what I did have was very yummy. Also this wasn't an issue for me but the short walk from the bus stop is quite steep if you have a lot of bags or mobility issues.

The 4 person bunk room was small and noisy, woke up many times. I stupidly took a taxi for $60, make sure you take the taxi from hakone or gora only. Much easier if you are driving.

Great clean place with an amazing private onsen

We really enjoyed everything about this accommodation. The view was stunning, the location was perfect, and the onsen experience was excellent. We especially appreciated the private onsen, as that was something we were a bit concerned about before arriving. It was great to find out they offer private onsen sessions in the evening—you just need to book on the same day. The room was clean and had a beautiful view overlooking the mountains.

It was beautiful and well maintained

More than didn’t like, we went in late may and it sunrises very early (like at 4 am in the morning!) and the room that we stay one of the windows didn’t had a way to black out the light so it was impossible to go back to sleep.

Beautiful property, room size was what we needed for an overnight stay. Very clean. Private use of the onsen was great. Breakfast was worth adding on.

Ruhiges Hotel mit privatem Onsen. Der Fußweg geht einen Berg hoch, aber absolut machbar. Es gibt auch einen privaten Shuttle der aber nur 3 Stunden täglich verfügbar ist. Das Frühstück im Hotel haben wir nicht getestet, sollte man wahrscheinlich aber buchen, da nichts in der direkte Umgebung vorhanden ist. Was nach wenig Fußweg aussieht, ist aufgrund der bergigen Lage gar nicht so einfach :-)

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De onsen was heerlijk. Alles was duidelijk goed schoon. Prima ontbijt en prachtige tuin. Ook handige locatie om vanuit hier bij de bus te komen.

We’ve been staying in several 4-star hotels during our travels around Japan but this was easily our favourite despite having a lower star rating. It offered something much more special, a truly authentic and traditional experience, which was exactly what we were hoping to find. While not every room had full private facilities, all rooms had their own toilets and the overall experience more than made up for it. It felt less like a hotel and more like a warm, welcoming homestay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to help. The meals were plentiful and delicious and one of the highlights was dining alongside other guests, families and couples alike which created a really lovely, communal atmosphere. Our kids were especially happy, with games and activities available that kept them entertained throughout our stay. The Japanese garden was absolutely stunning, particularly at night when the lighting brought out the most beautiful colours, it created such a peaceful and magical setting. The onsen was another standout feature, easily accommodating our whole family and honestly as good as, if not better than, other private onsens we experienced in Hakone. A particularly thoughtful touch was the shuttle service arranged by the owner each morning to Gora, which made getting around so much easier and really enhanced our daily plans. I genuinely can’t rate this place highly enough, it was a highlight of our trip and somewhere I’d recommend without hesitation.

Despite a booking error on our part regarding the room type, the staff were so gracious and helpful in accommodating us. Their kindness turned a stressful moment into a wonderful stay. The private onsen experience was exceptional and very relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept better here than anywhere else on our trip. Thank you to the wonderful team!

Sehr schönes Ryokan. Gepflegt und sehr freundliche, bemühte Mitarbeiter. Gutes Essen, auch leckeres Western-Frühstück. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre in der Unterkunft. Schönes Onsen für das man sich beim Check in anmelden kann. Zum Bahnstation in Gora kann man in ca. 25 min laufen. Alles in allem eine der besten und gemütlichsten Unterkünfte die wir in Japan hatten.

A very good place to relax. Bed was confortable, the private onsen was very nice. In February, the fireplace in the common area was a very nice touch.

The Zen garden was beautiful, the staff were all very helpful and polite, and I think I achieved enlightenment for a moment in the onsen.

This is not a negative or a dislike--keep in mind because of the location and resources, they run a tight ship: breakfast and transport must be requested at least the day before. Respect the timetables!

Magnifique endroit, on a eu une grande chambre pour ma famille, vue sur le jardin, le bain thermal qu'on peut réserver est top, la salle à manger avec le poêle à bois est très agréable et pratique de pouvoir manger sur place le soir, bouilloire dans la chambre. Le service de navette le matin est aussi super, on l'a utilisé pour le musée en plein air. On a très bien dormi sur les tatamis. Parfait pour une clientèle pas trop pressée qui aime l'authenticité. Contents d'avoir envoyé nos valises à notre prochain hôtel et d'être venus juste avec des sacs à dos.

L'emplacement demande un peu d'organisation concernant les horaires de bus (si on veut éviter de marcher vu que les routes n'ont pas vraiment de trottoirs) mais si on a accès à internet on peut voir avec google map... Être un peu flexible car douche partagée. On fait son lit en arrivant (mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé).

Lieu calme et reposant. Le personnel est adorable, j'étais dans le dortoir, tout est bien organisé, les serviettes sont changées tous les jours, on a même à disposition un kimono pour aller au onsen. Repas possibles sur place, pdj et dîner, très bien, le pdj est copieux! Accès au onsen de manière privative à l'heure que l'on réserve c'est super! Le jardin et les parties communes sont superbes. Feu dans le poêle le soir très apprécié. Si j'avais pu je serai restée plus longtemps !

La lampe du lit n'est pas bien située, elle devrait être accrochée plus haut, l'édredon est un peu court niveau jambe. Il y a une montée assez raide pour accéder au ryokan depuis l'arrêté de bus.

The walk up to the hotel is a little steep so be prepared

It has a beautiful garden and a nice commune area for guests to have tea, coffee and meals. The onset is free and has a nice setting too. They also provide traditional Japanese dress for guests.

I absolutely adored this place! Felt traditional, loved the tatami mats and comfortable bedding provided. The Onsen was great and we reserved a spot at check in. There was a wide variety of dinner options so we stayed in and ate there and everything we had was great. There is a general common area where you can play games and eat and there is also tea that you can make
