Hotels 705 Porto Prime Home

Really nice and very new!

Nothing! Everything was perfect

The rooms were large and spacious and all the facilities were spotlessly clean and worked. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and was not only more than enough for us both, but also made a packed lunch and left us enough for snacks later, very generous. A lovely stay and would stay again.

The only (slight) issue was that the property was a little further from the centre than we expected. It took about 30 minutes to walk to the river (all downhill). Walking back (uphill) was a challenge, however an Uber cost just 4 euros back and the Metro (station 2 minutes from property) was just 1.40 euros, so there is no need to walk back. The quality of the property more than outweighed the location issue though 😀

Soggiorno top❤️ La struttura è elegante, bellissima e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio.

Nada a declarar.

Extra bed a little too hard

Modern, cleanliness, spacious, and comes with a kitchen and kitchenette, air condition, bar, and lies between two metro station, a six minute walk to Marques and a 9 minute walk to Faria Guimarães. a laundromat across the street and quiet and few grocery stores within a few minutes walk. It is away from the city noise and has its own uniqueness. We love the breakfast delivery to the room, it is a plus and took away from the morning hassle.

Not applicable to me.

The hotel is pretty new (opened 2 years ago I think) and is very nicely decorated inside.

We only stayed for a very short time, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Arbeiten fangen ca. 7:30 an.

Everything 😁

There was no pool

Breakfast was good and they were able to provide vegan pastries for the people with dairy intolerances. There was a great second hand market in the square by the metro on the Saturday of our stay! Great facilities in the room.

Appartamento spazioso e con tutti i comfort

Niente

The room and facilities were ideal for a young family. Very clean, attentive staff. The breakfast was lovely and a treat being delivered to the room. Location was good, amenities nearby like cafes and supermarket and could walk to points of interest easily. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Everything is new at the hozel, very nicely designed, rooms are well organized and cousy. Hotel provided both bad and feeding chair for our baby which was wonderful

Floor was never cleaned properly. As we had baby crawling around we noticed not dirty, but completely black traces on hands and legs. Despite our request at the front desk, same situation was next days

Rien

Although it was extremely comfortable getting breakfast brought to my room, it was really plain…

Was very modern, and felt luxurious and was in a quiet location

Just a bit far from the where things are happening than i thought

Equipo excelente.

We loved the apartment, the gym and the staff-ladies were so so nice and the cleaning staff so hard working.

There was no such thing. Maybe the lift and parking under the hotel😅

Die Ausstattung, Lage, Größe —> waren überragend! Einfach perfekt! Wären gern noch eine Nacht geblieben!

We had a great stay. Lovely for a family and excellent parking setup.

Very lovely apartment, cosy and well designed, appreciate the equipment all in very good condition. The personal were very nice and made us feel welcomed.

Nothing except for a little bugs that we found twice on the floor but it s oky.

Amazing interior, very modern and very comfortable to use. Literally every detail was well thought over, and it was a pleasure to stay there. I also really liked the communication via WhatsApp. No telephone. Last but not least, at first it was quite strange, but there are no keys to the room, no cards, just a code, which is very convenient because you don't need to remember anything to take with you.

I know it is very difficult to organize breakfast without a proper restaurant on the premises. But if you have organized it through a catering provider, it is better not to accept any customer-requested changes or to let them build up their breakfast via available choices on the WhatsApp form. Otherwise, consistency is going to be missed, as in our case :)

Clean. Aesthetic. Good location

Staff took a long time to supply an iron, nearly making me miss an appointment

The rooms and the breakfast and the cleanliness everything was excellent

The parking elevator was a little bit narrow and required careful maneuvering

Spacious room with large terrace overlooking city. Very comfortable bed. Kept spotlessly clean by friendly cleaning ladies. Great shower and well equipped kitchen. Reception staff very friendly and gave helpful info.

Nothing really but for some it may be a bit far from old town but the metro is a 3 minute walk so for us it was perfect.

Nice location, clean and great hotel with good value continental breakfast that’s served to your room.

Nothing

O quarto, travesseiros, o estilo do café da manhã

Nada que desabone

Serviço de atendimento de apoio ao cliente

This hotel/apartment was clean, new and provided all we needed for our stay. We stayed in the garden room, which was lovely having the space to sit outside. Staff communicated daily and made sure we were happy and if they could help in any way. We hired a car for our stay do it was easier to get around to tourist areas and explore northern portugal. Highly recommend staying, well worth it. You will not be disappointed.

Exceptional staff

Tudo no geral

Nada a apontar

Aconselho.

Nada a apontar.

The staff were amazing! From the receptionists to the cleaners all were so nice & welcoming. The property itself is in a nice location not too noisy as slightly out of the main city centre (8 min uber). The kitchenette area was super useful as we were traveling with a baby. The balcony great too even though there was construction happening in front of us (not anyone's fault but just adding this incase anyone is looking to go in next few months). The bed itself was super comfy but I did get a bit of a sore neck due to the pillows I think. A decent amount Halal food around too (walking distance or uber eats) & there is Pingo Doce literally 3 min walk BUT sometimes it doesn't appear on Google maps so maybe ask the staff but it is basically a small supermarket so you can literally get whatever you need. Again super useful when with a baby. Lastly, it may sound like a small thing but the fact that you can get unlimited complementary water from reception was amazing as not all hotels around the world do that! Overall, our stay was amazing.

Only downside was that the air-conditioning gave off a bad smell in the first day or so BUT not sure if that was purely due to it not being used for a while. The air-conditioning itself was facing the kitchen area side so a few times we had to open the door near the bed to let air in as it wasn't cold enough.

L’atmosfera accogliente, appartamento spazioso e la colazione TOP!

Personál veľmi milý a ochotný

Nič.

Švarus ir erdvus kambarys. Didelis vonios kambarys. Erdvus dušas. Didelė ir patogi lova. Netoli metro.

Vaikui nebuvo patogu miegoti ant sofos. Nebuvo įrankių virtuvėje - nei peilių, nei šakučių, nei šaukštų.

I depend heavily on reviews and so I read a lot of the reviews on here before deciding to go with this option. A kitchenette is also available in this studio type room equipped with all the essentials like a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction burner, oven, plates and pans. If you like to cook your own meals, then this location will be great for you. The bathroom was spotless and I am kind of a germophobe. Location was close to the bus stop and train station with restaurants nearby and a laundromat opposite it. We enjoyed our short stay and we will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Breakfast options need to be varied. We stayed only 2 nights and it got boring by day 2. But then again for a longer stay, you have everything you need in the room to prepare your own breakfast. P.S: Bring your own cutlery as none was provided. These were the only exceptions for me however, because overall we still loved our stay.

Modern, clean and close to metro line. Parking was included, staff were helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend!

A great location and a cozy apartment with everything you need

Jako uredan i udoban hotel, bogat doručak, ljubazno osoblje uvijek spremno pomoći.

Camera molto confortevole, staff gentilissimo e posizione vicina alla metro

Nulla

Very nice location, nice size of apartment.

We requested a crib and it was not ready once we got for check in. Also the room was beside the cleaning room so quite noisy.

Good selection of breakfast which is delivered to your room

Air con is tucked away in a corner so not very effective at circulating cool air

Quarto

Krásný čistý a nový hotel

The property was very clean . The gym equipment was complete. The garden is really nice . Unfortunately the bar was under maintenance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location for waling to the city is very good.
