Our stay at this villa was an utter nightmare. I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review before, but this was beyond unacceptable. First of all, rats. Yes, actual rats were seen scurrying around the property – an absolute health hazard and completely disgusting. The bathroom flooded within hours of arrival, and there was no hot water for showers. After a long flight, we were met with a freezing, dripping mess. The gas didn’t work, which meant we couldn’t cook, not that we’d want to in that filthy kitchen anyway. The utensils were burnt, stained, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. The pool was murky and green – unusable and quite frankly looked like a biohazard. To top it off, we found multiple dead insects around the house, including in our bedding and on the floor. Customer service was atrocious. There was no local help at all – everything is run from the UK, and they were slow, unhelpful, and completely out of touch with what was going on at the property. We were essentially left to fend for ourselves in a horrible situation. The location was awful, tucked away down a narrow, unmarked road. Taxi drivers couldn’t find us, and the GPS link we were sent was incorrect, leading to even more frustration. The WiFi didn’t even reach the upper room, so anyone hoping to work or stream anything upstairs – good luck with that. All in all, this villa ruined our holiday. We left feeling stressed, dirty, and ripped off. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It should be shut down until it's completely overhauled – if not condemned altogether. Stay far, far away.

Quiet location and spacious villa

The cleanliness, the bathrooms were clogged, and some equipment of the kitchen were not cleaned. No rack for the dishes as well. The swimming pool was not "full".
