Luxe Loft - Inner City - Napier

The apartment was clean, modern, very reasonably priced and centrally located.

I wasn’t real keen on the parking space that was provided in fear that someone might clip our hire car

The apartment was beautifully set up for 2 couples. Very comfortable & well appointed. Perfect location for beach & Art Deco walks. A little early morning city noises but only what you would expect in the location. Highly recommended

The lockbox is located at the carpark side of the building not at the street address so we did spend a few minutes searching before we realised.

Clean and spacious and very well appointed. A delightful stop on our north island trip.

Great location, a beautiful new feeling apartment with a lot of space, high ceilings, natural light, comfy beds and all the little extras that are appreciated, like decent shampoo and conditioner, coffee machine, extra pillows, deck of cards, and a designated parking spot right outside. My friends were also very impressed! Tania was a responsive helpful host and made things easy for us. Wouldn't stay anywhere else now we know this place is here!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean, comfortable, and set in a great environment. The instructions provided were clear and helpful, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. All the facilities felt new and were in great working condition. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

This lovely apartment was a perfect place to spend our time in Napier. Tania has thought of everything down to the littlest detail. We felt at home and wished we were staying longer. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fantastic and has pretty much everything one would need. Definitely worth the cost.

Great location and a spotless apartment that was really well-equipped. Kitchen had everything you could ask for - including a rice cooker & basic cooking supplies like oil and other condiments. Bathrooms were spacious and had amenities like shampoo/body wash/cotton pads etc. We really appreciated the pack of playing cards that Tania included in the kitchen drawer, and she has games/books for children, though we didn’t need it. Sofa and beds were comfortable. Design was tasteful too! Tania’s a great host and super responsive, helping us right away when we had a little problem with the dryer. Our best stay for the trip.

This is a very comfortable and well-appointed apartment located right in Napier city. We were impressed with the luxury touches, toiletries, condiments, etc The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal.

We stayed for 5 nights and were woken every morning at 4am by the street sweeper, this noise went for around 20 minutes every day and then was closely followed by the street rubbish collector, who delighted in banging the bins as they are emptied. We realise that this is an inner city location however it would be reasonable to expect that local authorities might respect that there are accommodation facilities in the area and commence their duties later in the day. Perhaps double glazing in the apartment might alleviate the noise levels.

Everything is perfect,much better most of the motels /hotels and even some luxury hotels. Can you imagining: even cotton swab and sanitary pad are provided ? I love travelling and book sooo many hotels and bnb，this apartment is the best in my mind and even in whole New Zealand. Another thing : all kitchen stuff ,chairs,beds， all are good quality,not from Kmart or The Warehouse

Spacious, great bedrooms, lovely linens and decor. 2 good bathrooms. Very central for all restaurants and activities. Parking found at back of Willis building. A bonus for Art Deco weekend.

Nothing to dislike about the accommodation. A mention of entering the building through the Willis arcade would have made the search for the loft easier.

Beautifully presented; well designed layout; top quality furnishings; very very comfortable. The person we communicated with was absolutely lovely and helped us out with a late checkout.

Lovely clean apartment. Ideal location for access to main shopping area and restaurants. Very comfortable beds.

Lots of street noise...particularly at 5am in morning when rubbish is collected and streets cleaned.

Location was excellent and apartment was exceptional and well equipped. king bed would have been nicer

instructions for key collection were quite detailed, and yes keys were in lockbox as directed, however address given was for front of building and the lockbox was at back of building. if a kind shopkeeper had not helped or if we had arrived after hours we would not have found keys. car park was down alley off another street.

This was perfect for our weekend away. We have a 5 and 2 year old and it was great as we could just walk everywhere we wanted to go in Napier, it is central to everything and noise wasn't an issue at night time. The unit is amazing, it is extremely well finished and has well thought out extras like kids plates, cups and games.

The couch is slightly more stylish then comfy, but not really an issue at all.

High spec, perfect location. I don’t usually leave reviews, this being an exception.
