Cozy, well equipped home stay. Fantastic view from 18th floor, great facilities on 22nd floor. Car park at level 2 very convenient. Check-in and check-out process was smooth.

Noisy neighbours, even late at night. No shower curtains, wet bathroom. No cold water from Water Dispenser Parking a bit narrow.

服务不错，有问有答。有急事在营业时间打电话也会接电话回应。住宿方还提供吹风筒，熨斗及熨斗板，热水器，碗碟，杯子，叉，匙，刀等等，设想周到。

主卧室的冷气就算开到16度，但还不是很冷。一些风扇及冷气的遥控器没电池了。

Fantastic view from 18th floor. I stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment. The facilities on 22nd floor are great: the infinity pool is really long but narrow. I swam at 708am on the 2nd day of my stay and it was great as there was no one and enjoyed the pool with the view. In the afternoons and evenings, it is hard to swim as many are using the pool. The gym also has a gorgeous view of the hills/mountains Car park was at level 2, so we didn’t need to drive many rounds to get to our carpark unlike other condos. Check in and check out process was easy, and the person managing property was very quick to respond to my queries via WhatsApp.

Unfortunately the aircon to the master bedroom was not functioning. I was glad that the person in charge got back to me and managed to send someone to check on the aircon despite it being a Saturday afternoon. Despite the gas being full and aircon turned down to maximum 16C, the room remained warm throughout my 2 day stay. Just our bad luck. But the person in charge was very quick to respond as I said. The second thing was there were no shower curtains in the 2 bathrooms and once someone showers, 2/3rds of the floor of entire bathroom becomes wet. A simple curtain shower ( or ideally a glass enclosure) would make the bathroom give us a more comfortable experience.

The parking lot is not suitable for big cars,going up and down all narrow and stressful, swimming pool 11.00 but 9.00 closed . somemore the water yellowish... Lift not clean after the people from the pool enter.

I took video for before returning the keys n keep update of the house. I received msg upon returning the keys n being inform there is lipstick stain and dirt on the towel which we was aware on the dirt before using and lipstick stain is washable. The owner deducted Rm50 for wash which is done by us n not reasonable to wash 1 towel. Ridiculous behaviour from the msg.

Jalan kaki pun boleh, rumah ade 4 bilik. fully aircond. cuma rumah tak boleh memasak. hanya boleh panaskan lauk2 je. lepas tu water purifier hanya ade yg panas dan suam je. Jd kena kena sejuk kan air dlm fridge. hehehe. overall 10000/10

Everything. Easy check-in and check-out. Apartment also have water filter so no need to bring bottled water. There's also a washing machine. Comfy enough for 5-6 person.

Although requested for 2 access cards, our request was declined only one access card to be shared among for family members. Some equipment in the gym was labeled as out of order for the duration of stay

The fire alarm was triggered during our stay. The response from the security team and the quality of the PA system need to be greatly improved. Please enhance the SOP for Fire Safety/ Evacuation and quality of training among the security team members. Clothes hooks should be installed in the bathrooms.

Nice mountain view and nice swimming pool. The room is very clean and water dispenser is provided. Overall experience is good.

The aircon in master bedroom isn't cooling enough and the aircon remote controls are out of battery.

Location is good. Easy access. Beds were comfortable. Unit itself is ok.

Parking is very narrow. Unit was not clean. No instructions how to use the TV. Host was just average and very calculative about timing. Cant even provide disposable toothbursh & paste. Didnt bother to check on guests or ask if everything was fine. Better options available elsewhere.

房间设备简陋,没有衣橱或梳妆台,厕所没有地方挂毛巾衣服,不方便

屋子很多问题 热水器开关坏了， 即使维修员来弄了还是坏 主人房冷气没gas, 浪费了3个小时等他加gas。 加gas前还尝试叫我们开冷气和风扇， 跟他说了房间非常热才愿意去加gas。 Wifi太慢用不到 房间置物架很多灰尘 Car park只有一个, 有visitor parking不给人用 游泳池很肮脏 Security说话很粗鲁，没礼貌， 只是在lobby下行李却赶我们走

Clean, well maintained and in a good location

No shower screens causing wetness all over the bathroom. Shampoo not provided. The entire communication is done on WhatsApp (zero human interaction).

It was a great choice! The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable just like in the photos. The beds were cozy, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was well-maintained. The location was also convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely book again in the future!

One of the security guards at the swimming pool didn't know much about his work , has no idea where the facilities are, and was more concerned about his programme he was watching on his phone.

Great communication from owner. Parking space available. Accommodation was quite large, 4 bedrooms and ample space for our family of 4. Home was very neat, modern and clean. Felt like a home away from home. Beds were comfortable. Washing machine and water dispenser provided. Beautiful view from balcony. Infinity pool was amazing, very clean, spacious and an incredible view. We only wished we had stayed longer here! Highly recommend!

The first bedroom bedsheet had stains. There was a millipede in the corridor bathroom. The unit I viewed had a blue sofa and the i.d.was fresh. That booking.com scam. The breach under hotel advertising is regulated under the Advertising Standards Malaysia (ASA) Code. For me it's an important clean bathroom and bedroom.

The house is neat, good location, spacious room.

Apartment is good except very stingy on toilet paper. There’s 4 adults staying in the apartment for five days and only allocated 4 rolls. We need to request for it and only given 2 rolls until we need to buy our own tissues. There was no water during one night in toilets and we were unable to flush and wash hands till next morning which there were no communication or warning. Unable to make drink water or make beverages too.

This was a fantastic apartment. It was clean and comfortable, we loved that it had a balcony, it was really quiet and the aircon was excellent. The facilities are brilliant and the security guards were really helpful. Check in was easy and the host was contactable for anything. There are restaurants close by and you are a short walk away from a shopping mall, including a supermarket. It's a short ride into the old town, but grabs were always easy to get. Would highly recommend.
