Ipoh is a fabulous place to visit. We had no kettle but one was brought to the room straight away. Loads of room, comfy beds. The view from the pool is good but the water a little green. There is a BBQ area, gym and even a conference room on the rooftop area.

The TV didn’t work, we reported it and the staff offered to move us but we were only there for one night so declined.

Wir haben mehr erwartet. Irgendwie ist alles schmuddelig und nicht richtig sauber. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche hat alles Flecken und ist gelblich, obwohl wir schon vermuten das es gewaschen war.Im Bad gibt es keine Ablage und nicht mal einen Spiegel. Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus ist leider nicht toll. Der Check-in läuft über Whatsapp, da musste ich auch meinen Ausweiß schicken was ich nicht toll fand. Das hatten wir auf unsere ganzen Reise nicht. Einen Tag nach Check-in wurde ich von booking aufgefordert einzuchecken. Auf Nachfrage was ich tun soll bekam ich keine Antwort. Da gibt es sicher bessere Unterkünfte.

Mooie ruime kamer. 2 slaapkamers keuken en woonkamer. Zwembad was prachtig en heerlijk. Locatie dichtbij restaurantjes

This is my 5th time booking in this horizon stay but this was the worst ever ,house not clean,smelly, dusty, furniture broken,no extra dustbin also ,kettle rusted , its worst and im regretting, first I book for 3 bedroom but its automatically changed to 2 bedroom than room also worst

Una sola tessera x entrata e ascensore x 4 pax è insufficiente. Noi eravamo in 4 e l'appartamento aveva dotazioni x 3 (3 sedie, 3 tazze 3 piatti, ecc). La piscina con idromassaggio era guasta

El aire acondicionado

La piscina no se podía utilizar. Dijeron que el agua tenía productos químicos. Luego viendo otros comentarios nos dimos cuenta de que la piscina era el principal problema de este sitio... Solicitamos irnos desde el primer momento y nos dijeron que no nos devolvían el dinero. La verdad, el encanto de este apartamento era la impresionante piscina que tiene. Pero si no la puedes utilizar no vale la pena ir. Pagas por un servicio que no te prestan. Por otra parte, solo había 2 tenedores, 2 cucharas y 3 platos. Y éramos una familia de 4 personas. En fin, para olvidar

Le grand lobby de l’hôtel où on peut se reposer et attendre le grab. Les lits sont confortables. La propreté du logement.

Situation un peu loin du centre ville. On n’avait pas été averti de la fermeture de la piscine pendant notre séjour. Il n’y a pas de miroir ni de meuble pour poser les nécessaires de toilette. Le coin de douche n’est pas fermé, les toilettes à l’intérieur et tout le parterre de la salle de bain sont mouillés après la douche.

Appartamento spazioso, posizione buona per gli spostamenti

L'appartamento presentava vari danni interni e un bagno troppo piccolo per un appartamento così grande. Nel complesso la struttura non si mostra molto accogliente. La piscina è bellissima ma è stata chiusa per manutenzione entrambi i giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato, senza alcun avviso prima di arrivare (anzi ci hanno comunicato gli orari di apertura come se nulla fosse). Non abbiamo pertanto potuto godere del motivo principale della nostra scelta di alloggio.

Literie confortable. Spacieux. Mais sans aucun charme (voir même « hospitalier » comme ambiance)

Nécessite un gros coup de rafraîchissement. Les murs sont abîmés, le canapé très dur, la salle de bain est rustique (même pas un miroir…). 12 assiettes mais 2 fourchettes et pas de couteau, pas de verre mais juste des tasses. Un peu loin de tout si vous n’avez pas de voiture…

De grote van get appartement was prima.

Het was er niet schoon, de toppers die op de bedden zaten hadden op alle bedden (bloed)vlekken. De kraan van de keuken stond los, de eerste badkamer, daar lekte de wastafel en was de vloer helemaal nat. Verder was deze niet schoon. De handdoeken hadden gele vlekken. Al met al zag get er niet heel hygiënisch uit. Het gebouw zag er aan de buitenkant prima uit, maar aan de binnenkant werd er weinig tot niet schoongemaakt. Het zwembad op de top had heerlijk kunnen zijn, maar het water was zo groen dat we hier niet in wilden zwemmen.

Zeer schattig appartementje dat sfeervol is ingericht. Fijn zwembad met mooi uitzicht. Check-in verliep snel en goed. Prima appartementje in Ipoh

Niet op loopafstand van het centrum, maar met een taxi is dit wel goed bereikbaar.

Appartamento comodo e pulito. Piscina enorme e molto bella.

Bagno minuscolo e indecente. Spazi comuni trascurati. Check-in in autonomia con scarso supporto da parte dell’Host.

Appartement spacieux et propre. Magnifique piscine.

La résidence est éloignée du centre. Pas de service de bagagerie. L'appartement manque d'entretien général.

Nothing good to talk about.

This property is very dirty. Stained sheets , pillow covers are all stained. Only 1 sofa and is wet when we got there. You can see the water stains or someone pee on it. When we arrive the floor is full of insects. We did not stay and just left the property. I called booking.con but was not helpful. They refuse to refund me due to their hygiene problem. They do not think it is their problem. Which is ashamed you they run this airbnb .

The house was looking nice and the location is very near to everywhere.

The toilet and living area was unclean have stains all over.Hope the person in charge can put a bit of effort for the cleaning part.

Le fait qu'on ait pu avoir le remboursement gratuit assez facilement, sûrement car ils savent que l'appartement ne respecte absolument pas ce qui est indiqué sur booking

A peut près tout. On a eu un appartement au 7 ème étage, la vue au premier abord était plutôt sympa mais le reste de l'appartement nous a vite sauté aux yeux. Déjà le check-in n'était pas tres clair. Ensuite on arrive dans l'appartement, il sentait la cave et l'humidité, le plafond entier de la salle de bain était recouvert de moisissure, c'était sale, avec des tâches sur le canapé, les oreillers, les meubles. On a vu que tout ce qui faisait "tâche" avait était grossièrement recouvert de peinture: les moisissures, les fissures etc. On a demandé a changer de chambre et on nous a fourni celle a côté, qui était également dans le même état. Ensuite, preuves et photos a l'appui on a fait remonter cela au gérant qui a eu l'audace de nous dire que ce n'était pas de la moisissure mais de la peinture qu'ils n'avaient pas pu enlever alors que c'est bien visible! Pour des raisons respiratoires, nous ne pouvions pas rester donc nous avons pris un autre hôtel et avons fuis cette endroit. Dès le moment où nous avons demandé remboursement de l'appartement le gérant a commencé a nous ghoster, pourtant il était très réactif jusque là. Jai essayé de l'appeler, de lui envoyer des messages, mais une semaine après je n'ai jamais eu de retours, et mes messages whatsapp sont restés en vue. Je trouve cela complètement incorrect et un manque de respect. Je ne comprends pas comment il peut avoir une telle note sur booking car il ne l'a mérite pas du tout. Peut-être que la piscine remonte l'ensemble mais étant donné la situation, nous n'avions pas cœur d'aller voir. C'est la première fois depuis que je réserve sur booking où j'ai eu la sensation de mettre fait avoir et où les gérants ne m'ont pas semblé honnêtes. En plus, en termes d'emplacement il est au nord de la ville, assez isolé du centre et avec que des habitations autour.

De prijs. Het was goedkoop. Zwembad op het dak was vies. Verwacht er niet teveel van. Er was een verstopping in de wc die werd snel verholpen

The parking are not suitable for MPV family car & there is no mineral or drinking water is provided for the guest which is the important part as we have to go down again to buy the water

The outside of the unit, very dirty. actually this condo only 2 years from the year start up in year 2024. the developer should change, the maintenance of inside building looks very old, like 6 years, corridor and floors also dirty. Furthermore, inside the unit also no very clean, the covers of pillow dirty and toilets also dirty, already fungus... Fan and bairdryer also damaged. i will not stay again🤦‍♀️

Fast and easy and very fast responds from host on access cards.

The parking layout was really horrible. We both drove MPVs and the turning and parking layout was really too narrow. There is existing bang/scratches marks on the walls of the car parks too.

Easy to find, near to kedai makan and easy check in and check-out. Also have reserved parking but at level 5.

Die Lage war super. Pool war auch nice.

Leider war es nicht so sauber. Die Toiletten wurden auf Anfrage jedoch sehr schnell gereinigt – das war super! Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren leider fleckig. Auch der Teppich und die Couch waren sehr schmutzig. Außerdem gab es nicht genug Gläser und Tassen. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, aber man kann direkt an der Straße für wenig Geld Wäsche waschen lassen. Die Lage war sehr gut, mit Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einer Moschee in der Nähe. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kann man hier bleiben.

Decent clean spacious 3 rooms apartment for group or family sharing.

Many broken & damaged furniture such as chairs, bench, kitchen cabinet & leaking cup not repaired or replaced. All toilets have no mirrors & vanity tops.

Location is fantastic. The unit we stayed in was spacious n comfy just nice for 6 of us.

This unit is very dirty especially the master bedroom toilet 😡the toilet bowl is very dirty, yellowish stains. The bed sheets have blood stains too😡the furniture r almost giving way 😡one of the the kitchen cabinet door r broken.

I will repeat my booking.

The Key deposit box lock was faulty. The security was not friendly and shabbily dressed.
