Rundum ein super Hotel – alle Jahre wieder! Wir sind jedes Jahr sehr gerne im Day One Hotel und fühlen uns hier rundum wohl. Die Lage, das freundliche Personal, der Service und die gesamte Atmosphäre sind einfach toll. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt, und man merkt, dass hier Wert auf die Gäste gelegt wird. Für uns ist das Day One jedes Mal aufs Neue eine wunderschöne Auszeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt! ❤️ Klare Empfehlung – alle Jahre wieder!

Es gib nicht zu beanstanden.

Mooi en schoon hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, vooral bij de receptie. Het ontbijt was prima en het was fijn om in het restaurant te kunnen ontbijten. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was prachtig, vooral vanaf het balkon tijdens de zonsondergang. We voelden ons hier helemaal op ons gemak en hebben echt tot rust kunnen komen. In het gedeelte voor hotelgasten was er altijd wel een plek om te zonnen. Onze kamer lag aan de beachclub, maar de muziektijden waren prima en we hebben hier totaal geen overlast van gehad. Massagefaciliteiten waren heerlijk en ontspannend. Vervoer, taxi was voor het hotel makkelijk en snel te vinden. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

De eerste nacht kregen we een tweepersoonsbed in plaats van twee aparte bedden. Dit was vooraf bij het boeken ook wel duidelijk aangegeven, omdat het hotel niet kan garanderen dat twee aparte bedden beschikbaar zijn. De tweede nacht kwam er een kamer met twee aparte bedden vrij en mochten we zonder problemen van kamer wisselen. De kamerwissel was echt top en heel netjes geregeld, zonder dat we hier veel hinder van hebben ondervonden. Vanaf het strand de zee in gaan is wat lastig, maar via de pier gaat dit prima.

- We were welcomed warmly and offered minty-lemon detox drinks on arrival - We got upgraded from the standard room to the room with pool access because of an operational error on their end, so we were very happy about that. - The room was spacious and comfortable with good storage options. - Bathroom and shower are very spacious and very comfortable to use. - Room accessed pool was very comfortable, perfect cool temp for a hot day. - The few cats on the property were the most adorable and not invasive in any way. - Reception staff were always available and helpful. - Breakfast cold options, fruits, and dry foods were very tasty. - The wooden deck the extends over the sea with sun mattresses and food service was amazingly calm and relaxing, and the waiter working there was super friendly and would remember people's order requests from days before. and the food was delicious as well of course.

- Hot breakfast options were slightly disappointing in their quality. - When requesting fresh orange juice at breakfast, 2 out of 3 breakfasts, we were given orange juice that was squeezed the previous day and not fresh (yes, one day makes a big difference). - When receiving out room, on the balcony was an old cookie on the floor covered with ants and stuck to the floor (suggesting it was there for a while) and its plastic packaging beside it.

Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel insgesamt sehr zufrieden und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Personal war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit, die Atmosphäre und der Service haben uns sehr gut gefallen, und wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ein kleiner Punkt, der uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die teilweise sehr laute Musik beziehungsweise die Disco am Abend. Gerade wenn man sich entspannen oder früh schlafen wollte, war die Lautstärke manchmal etwas störend. Vielleicht könnte man hier zukünftig eine etwas angenehmere Lautstärke finden.

Ons verblijf was werkelijk perfect! Het resort is prachtig, luxe en uitzonderlijk netjes. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig, waardoor wij tijdens onze vakantie bijna voortdurend op het resort zijn gebleven. We aten iedere dag in het Origin Restaurant en werden daar steeds voortreffelijk geholpen door Napoleon en Sehmuz. Ook bij de pier en de cabana’s zorgden Berk en Iskender ervoor dat het ons aan niets ontbrak. Een bijzonder compliment voor Tatiana: zij stond altijd voor ons klaar, beantwoordde al onze vragen en regelde zelfs extra zaken voor ons als service. Haar behulpzaamheid en persoonlijke aandacht maakten ons verblijf nóg specialer. Het is lang geleden dat wij zo’n luxe, verzorgde en gastvrije plek hebben gevonden. Wij komen absoluut terug!

Helemaal niets. Ons verblijf was van begin tot eind perfect en overtrof al onze verwachtingen.

Sie bieten nur Frühstück an, ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit war der Rest a la carte und etwas teuerer im Verhältnis zu anderen Restaurants in der Stadt jedoch alles im fairen Rahmen immerhin war es ein eher luxuriöser Resort

Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage und war super schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Putzfrauen besonders die Ayse hat sich immer erkundigt ob sie noch was machen oder helfen kann. Der beachclub war auch eine super Abwechslung und auch am Abend konnte man gut abschalten oder auf der Rooftop Bar feiern gehen. Das Konzept ist sehr gelungen.

Ich habe nichts zum aussetzen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Пожалуй, самый красивый и самый «парный» отель в Аланье. Очень стильные и эстетичные номера и территория. При этом по номеру сразу видно, что отель действительно ориентирован на отдых вдвоём и приватность — здесь продумано огромное количество деталей именно для этого. Отдельно хочется отметить шторы: они полностью закрывают номер от внешнего мира, но при этом не перекрывают вид на море и бассейн. Благодаря этому можно чувствовать себя максимально уединённо, даже когда вокруг находятся другие гости, а мимо бассейна постоянно кто-то проходит. Очень много зеркал, причём они расположены действительно интересно: отдельное зеркало напротив кресла, большое зеркало в ванной и другие детали, которые создают совершенно определённую атмосферу номера. В ванной есть очень удобный столик — достаточно большой, чтобы разместить косметику, личные вещи и всё необходимое. В целом номер явно создавался с расчётом на то, чтобы пара могла проводить время вместе максимально комфортно и приватно, и это чувствуется буквально в каждой детали. Очень понравился абсолютно бесплатный мини-бар, который обновляли каждый день. При заселении нам также принесли комплиментарную фруктовую тарелку и бутылку красного вина — приятный бонус, который сразу создаёт настроение для особенного вечера. Ещё один большой плюс — падел-корты на территории и бесплатные ракетки. Рядом находится спортивная зона, но в этой части территории практически никого нет — настолько спокойно, что создаётся ощущение отдельного приватного пространства.

1. Дверь в туалете не имеет полноценного замка или защёлки и установлена на рельсовой системе. Из-за этого она не всегда закрывается до конца, а иногда может самостоятельно открываться. На мой взгляд, для такого уровня отеля это стоит исправить. 2. Завтраки. Выбор закусок и отдельных блюд достаточно большой, однако при этом не хватает некоторых базовых позиций. Например, практически отсутствуют мясные блюда и простые гарниры вроде каши. Хотелось бы более полноценного и разнообразного выбора именно для завтрака. 3. Работа охраны. Один из сотрудников охраны не говорил ни на английском, ни на русском языке. В одной из ситуаций, когда мы находились в уединённой части территории, возникло недопонимание: сотрудник не смог объяснить нам причину своего замечания на понятном для нас языке, начал говорить на турецком и связался с ресепшеном.

Das Frühstück war super, man hat einen riesige Auswahl. Frisches Obst und Gemüse, aber auch Türkische Spezialitäten gibt es. Die Strandbar ist auch super, das Essen dort war auch sehr lecker.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer. In beiden Zimmern hat es an und um der Klimaanlage geschimmelt. Wir haben das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht, aber es wurde so darauf reagiert als wenn es nicht Interessiert. Im Bad hat auch die Decke geschimmelt, sowie die fugen zwischen den fließen.

We’ve been staying here for the third year running, and everything is amazing — the food, the service, the atmosphere, and the whole set-up. We absolutely love this place! Our favourite waiter, Suleiman, makes every visit extra special. Redvan at the Beach Club is always incredibly attentive and makes every day by the amazing pool unforgettable. Emri at the Privée Club always takes such great care of us and makes us feel so well looked after. A huge thank you to the whole team for making every stay so special. We already can’t wait to come back!

La chambre était propre et le lit confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant , ils trouvent des solutions à tout vos problèmes. Le restaurant Origins est super bon avec une très belle vue au bord de la plage. Le petit déjeuner varie tout les matins. Il y a deux piscines une pour les clients de l’hôtel et l’autre en club beach donc vous avez les deux ambiances selon votre envie . Le service est rapide et de qualité. Le seul bémol les parasols sont un peu bancals car certains étaient cassés. Je le conseille fortement !

The room had amazing views, and the breakfast was exceptional. Every morning, there was a chef cooking eggs to order, which was a fantastic touch, and a waiter taking your order for drinks. One of the highlights was our room with direct pool access. We loved being able to order drinks and food right from the pool and getting it brought to our sunloungers beside the pool. The waiter provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was always attentive, quick to take our orders, and made sure we had everything we needed, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The prices for cocktails, drinks, and food were a little higher than those in Alanya city centre, but that was to be expected at a hotel. We did find a dead cockroach in our room one morning but it wasn't a major issue and it didn't take away from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Полный бардак с ночной дискотекой. Мы бронировали люкс на свадебное путешествие, в итоге до 4 утра через тонкую стену у тебя бьют басы, вопли пьяных людей и полное отсутствие возможности уснуть. Хамство со стороны управляющего отеля вообще за гранью понятия гостеприимства.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and the rooms were spotless. The biggest surprise of our direct pool access room was being able to open a tab with the beach restaurant and have food and drinks brought straight to our patio. A special shout-out to Levent, who regularly took our orders and always provided exceptional service. He always made us feel welcome, was happy to help, and genuinely added something special to our holiday. Levent is definitely one of the reasons our stay was so memorable. We were initially concerned about the music after reading some negative reviews, but it wasn’t an issue at all. The beach bar music was limited to the afternoon, and although Privee nightclub operated at night, we could barely hear it from our room. As a cat lover, I also loved the friendly cats around the hotel who would often stop by our patio for a visit—just one of the many things that makes Turkey so special. We would happily stay here again!

Nothing! The only minor downside was that the room sockets did not include built-in USB-A or USB-C charging ports. Many modern hotels now offer these, so it would have been a convenient addition for charging devices without needing extra adapters.

Отель немного уставший. Если присматриваться к мелочам в номере или на территории, можно заметить, что реновация если бы то давно. Где-то что-то шатается, где-то пошкрябано.

This resort is wonderful and takes care of your every need. Breakfast at the beach, bar at the beach, restaurant at the beach. Plus all other amenities like pools, spa, gym, ... there is not really a reason to ever leave the resort. Everything is of high quality and the service is exceptional.

There is clubbing every day and there was a spectacular rave at the pool bar at night. Sleep is not an option while it's going on.

God mat i begge restaurantene. Levent som serverer og holder orden ved pool/strand er helt super! Hyggelig og blid hver dag, god service. De to damene fra Bali hadde gode behandlinger med hamam og massasje :)

Ekstra betaling yoga og pilates. Dyrt på spah/hamam. Litt stive priser generelt ift mange andre steder. Men steder er vakkert.

The hotel location is right on the beach. The hotel has a seafront cafe and an adjacent restaurant, "Origin". The breakfast at Origin is fantastic, and the restaurant's atmosphere is so beautiful. The staff of the cafe and the restaurant are very nice and friendly. Jayne, the customer relations manager at the restaurant, was so nice to speak to her. She was looking after the comfort of all customers with no bias to any nationality. The open-buffet breakfast has almost everything, and the omelet station was superb. The staff during breakfast were so nice and served tea/coff/ornage juices. The front desk staff were so helpful and did their best to make my stay more enjoyable. I truly appreciate Ozan at the front desk, who speaks English very well. I appreciated that the beach club stops the music during Azan, "the call for prayers". Five-star staff.

Die Lage war super, mit einem Privatstrand, abgesichertes Gelände inkl. Security, Überwachung der Autos auf dem Parkplatz, kein Zugang für Fremde etc. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, insbesondere war die Betreuung am Pool von Levent hervorrangend. Er hat sich stets um jeden Gast gekümmert und alle Wünsche umgesetzt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, Mittag- und Abendessen in den hauseigenen Restaurants wurden frisch zubereitet und qualitativ gut. Das Besondere an dem Hotel ist, dass es nur 47 Zimmer hat und somit kein Massentourismus auf dem Gelände stattfindet. Alles in einem, sehr zu empfehlen!

I like location and it has a good restaurant and spa and in the same time a good club

I should say no for example when on weekend, they have any events in Club, you are not able to sleep in your room because you are able to hear huge amount of sound. Other thing is a rule was in another part of this resort and you should walk too much and they don’t have any elevator for you will be able to go to your room in first floor so you should bring your luggage yourself from stairs and it’s really terrible and help of them is not really enough I think we should rank them as a four star hotel, not five star

The staff are super nice and friendly. They tried to solve each and every situation we had a comment on. The breakfast is sooo yummy! Based on what i saw this was the best hotel in the area.

Only the lack of attention to details. For example, the water leaks from shower door until the toilet door, the photo frames are all leaning not straight, but these things are not major in comparison to the positive things.

Отлично супер! Были в нём два раза. Первый раз всё было потрясающе. Второй раз был более старый номер, но ощущения всё равно остались самые хорошие. По ошибке забронировал отель на 1 день раньше, на что сам управляющий отеля сделал нам скидку на бронирование дополнительного дня и бесплатный обед. Очень хороший персонал, отзывчивый, понимающий, высокий уровень сервиса. В номерах каждый день проводится уборка. Роскошная территория отеля и пляж. Всё выглядит супер! Отдельная любовь - это завтраки, огромный выбор разной еды, мяса, фруктов и овощей.

Домики расположены рядом и имеют общую стену, из-за этого у нас возникли проблемы с соседями. Каждую ночь они очень громко пели и мешали спать. Когда мы звонили на ресепшен и просили уладить проблему, то никто из сотрудников отеля этого не сделал и нашу проблему не поняли. Поэтому снижаю один балл отелю за это.

A truly amazing 5 star resort, The food is great at there onsite restaurant origin as well as cocktails are flavorful I would recommend the “feel good” cocktails. Thank you to Mustafa for giving us a great service at the restaurant and showed extreme knowledge with the food and drinks. The beds are extremely comfortable & the rooms are clean and modern. We had a private pool room and it’s extremely private lovely for a couples get away the balcony watches out to the pool with beautiful views. The cleaning was particularly well and accommodating aysè was very helpful with our request to a very high standard The location is great for walking around onsite beach and 15 minutes to great strip of restaurants and stores some closer Thank you to the staff for being extremely professional and accommodating

Ligger fantastisk lækre omgivelser. Fantastisk poolbar og mad i poolbaren. Dejlige værelser.vi kom lørdag hvor der var fest som der er hver fredag lørdag. Så man skal være forberedt på støj ind til kl 02.00 disse par dage. Toiletterne i morgenmads restauranten søndag efter fest var ikke særlige lækre. Men det var kun den ene dag. 🤗. Vi brugte også 2. Dage på at få en ekstra dyne. Men alt i alt et lækkert sted. Og kommer helt sikkert tilbage

Støj på værelserne fredag og lørdag nat. Det tog alt for lang tid med æggene til morgenmad . Men ellers dejligt morgenmads personale . Frugt udvalget var meget minimeret i forhold til da vi var der i okt.

1. Тихий район, но если хочется веселья, то можно пройтись пешком или проехать на велосипеде, или на такси - и все развлечения рядом. 2. Аренда велосипедов в паре минут пешком от отеля. 3. Потрясающие завтраки. Помимо кофе,чая, воды, предлагают фреш апельсиновый. 4. Если брать номер с общим бассейном, и повезет с номером в середине бассейна, то красивый вид. 5. В Апреле мало туристов. 6. Тихо по будням. 7. Уютный номер. 8. Очень хорошая продукция в ванной комнате: шампуни, бальзамы и тд. 9. Дружелюбный персонал в beach club . 10. Чистая территория. 11. Компактная территория. 12. Мягкие халаты. 13. Красивый интерьер. 14. Есть spa. 15. Замечательные массажисты. 16. Вкусный ресторан. Вежливый персонал. 17. Кошки

1. При въезде оказалось, что тёплый бассейн отсутствует. Он на ремонте. 2. Вся зона, где номера «с собственными бассейнами» оказалась в ремонте. 3. Вид из окна - ремонт, и горы мебели. 4. Ночью шум дороги сильный, тк отель находится в нескольких метрах от дороги. 5. При заселении в номер с собственным бассейном- в бассейне плавали волосы!И на вопрос: «когда уберетесь?», ответили: « уборка бассейнов в 16:00». 6. При просьбе переселить в другой номер (тк номер не соответствовал заданным критериям) сперва мне ответили, что это невозможно, тк бронирование было совершено на booking , а не на сайте отеля. После споров всё же переселили, спасибо. 7. Довольно дорогой ценник на spa. 8. В ресторане дважды приносили разбитые бокалы.

Excellent location, food was amazing, spa was excellent and a good value, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They treated us very special and we felt like part of their family. We had the large suite and it was easily Top 5 best hotel room in which I have ever stayed. (I spend around 40-50 nights a year in hotels). I highly recommend a stay at Day One if you will be on holiday in Alanya.

The air conditioning was a little under performing and hot water took a bit but likely due to staying off season.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They were always available whenever we needed assistance, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Güzel bir yerde. Denize sıfır. Sahil boyu yürüyüş yapabilirsiniz.

Вже п'ятий раз зупиняюся в цьому отелі. Дуже приємне місце, л'юбязний персонал, смачна їжа. Особливо мені подобаються сніданки на берегу моря, лише заради цього варто тут зупинятися. В майбутньому планую поїздки в Аланію, обов'язково знову оберу цей отель.
