Vi var afsted fire voksne fra den 27. til den 29. Stedet er hyggeligt, og maden var god. Det er dog tydeligt et familiested, og vi var blandt de eneste gæster, der ikke var afsted med børn. Eventteamet gjorde meget for at give os en god oplevelse og arrangerede ture ind til byen om aftenen.

Sehr sauber, der Bungalow war sehr ruhig gelegen, nahe anveinem kleinen Pool für 10 Bungalows. Personal super freundlich, Speisenauswahl sehr gross. Ab 22:00 Ruhe, keine Animation. Top AirCon!

Liegen an den grossen Pools waren morgens schon reserviert-Personal hat nichts gemacht. Getränkequalität eher niedrig, Strand mit Kiesel und steilem Einstieg, Fitness Center Spinning Rad uralt.

Hyvä ruoka ja kaikki tarvittavat palvelut sijaitsivat resortin alueella. Lastenallas oli katettu ja kuntosali oli erinomainen! Siivoojat (huoneet/allasalue/ruokailut) olivat erittäin ahkeria ja pitivät hyvää huolta siisteydestä.

Pääosin kaikki meni hyvin, mutta joissain tilanteissa asiakaspalvelussa olisi ollut parantamisen varaa, jotta asiakaskokemus olisi ollut täydellinen. Huonekuvaus ei kaikilta osin vastannut huoneen varustelua (keittiövälineet puuttuivat).

Rent och fräscht! Så stor skillnad gentemot lös andra hotell vi varit på i Turkiet. Älskade detta och kommer att komma tillbaka.

Vi fick ingen handtvål när det tog slutmål rummet, men dom visste nog inte att det var slut, vi sa inte till. Använde schampoo från duschen sista två dagarna. Men annars, wow! Så rent, så fräscht! Inte alls som resten av Turkiet, perfekt!

We have been coming to this hotel with our family for the past five years, and every visit has made us very happy. Over the years, we have become like family with the staff and the animation team. That is why our child always enjoys staying at this hotel and returns home happy every single time. We would like to thank all the staff and everyone who works hard to maintain the high quality of this hotel. We truly appreciate everything you do.

The only thing that ruined this holiday happened on the very first morning. I always wake up early and go for a walk. I have done this every year for the past five years while staying at this hotel. At around 6:00 a.m., when there was absolutely no one around, I was quietly lying on a sunbed by the pool, listening to the sound of the water and checking my emails. Then an employee, who introduced himself as the night manager, came over and told me that entering the pool area before 7:00 a.m. was forbidden. He then said that he would “allow” me to stay there this time, as if he were doing me a personal favor. I find this attitude completely unacceptable. I was simply sitting quietly at a hotel where I have been spending my holidays for five years. I should not have to feel as though I am receiving a favor just to sit peacefully in a place where I have always been welcomed. A hotel of this quality should never employ staff who treat loyal guests in this manner. Because of this single employee, our family has completely lost the warm feelings we had for this hotel. We have recommended this hotel to many friends over the years, but after this experience, I don’t think we will recommend it to anyone again. Perhaps this review will be read, perhaps it won’t. But management should understand one thing: a single employee with the wrong attitude can seriously damage the reputation of an otherwise excellent hotel.

We had an amazing experience during our stay. The accommodation, food, location, and staff were all excellent. It was our first time here, and we can confidently say it won’t be the last. The room was very clean, and the mini fridge was replenished daily, which we really appreciated. The food selection was outstanding. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered a wide variety every day with different menus. Having the option to reserve Italian or BBQ dinners added a nice touch and made the dining experience even more versatile. The location is great as well. The beach is very close, and the market is within walking distance. The free daily shuttle to Alanya city at 20:00, with pickup at 23:00, was a fantastic bonus. We stayed for 9 nights, and honestly, everything was just wonderful. This resort is especially good for families, with plenty of activities for children throughout the premises. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Var det noe klage så var det solsengene ,det var altfor trangt og att dei vart opptatt fø klokka vart 8,30 da springer man huse av seg for å legge handuker på og så forsvinne ,det var gjevla irriterandes ,var mykje klage på dette

Great value for money paid. Good service, various of food, mojito was also good :) The beach is a bit stony, but go a bit to the right side, then you get more "sandy" experience. Block 1 and 2 are a bit older room standard, we paid a bit extra to move to block 3. Blocks 3, 4 and 5 are newer and more modern. I didn't like going all around freely, but it is my problem :) they love cats and some of the tourists does too.

staff very good,very friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant. Spacious double room. Clean large restaurant, good pool. All round clean place and good room service staff. Some of food was good. Drinks very good. Coffee machine very good. Evening meal food at the main restaurant was good, very good salads and deserts. A shame that food later on when restaurant semi closed hardly had anything, not even a sandwich.

shower gel, shampoo & towels in the room very poor,had to buy these myself on day two. Hot food for breaksfast wasnt enough choice. Some days the snack bars didnt have a good choice apart from burgers and mincemeat kebabs. Then the day after there would be nice chicken kebabs and better meat, The sun loungers where packed together, beach towels far to small and quite old. The hotel was very very busy therefore the pool areas could not accommodate, pool staff should stop guests from putting towels out early in the morning, by 9.30am 80% of the loungers had towels on with nobody sat on them, clearly they had never been there at all. The tv in the room had hardly any choice in english. Main reason I didnt score my stay very high even though there where some very good points about green garden is because the price i paid was ridiculously high for what i got, it wasnt good value. From speaking to other guests from europe and russian areas they got a far better price deal than me.

Every year we are returning to this hotel, it is our favourite ❤️ all the personal is doing their best. Guest relations - Aleksandra is the best 🙌 There is a lot to do in the hotel, this year the food was even better than before. Also, there is a new cocktail list, which was a good addition to the beverages and drinks)) we will definitely come back again, with our friends and relatives ☺️

The first night went very badly, because the room was situated just behind the lift. Fortunately, this problem was solved on the next morning for additional fee, we changed to sea view room.

It was truly the best holiday we have ever had. The resort is simply amazing, and the staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the guests' experience. Usually, promotional photos show a place in a better light than reality, but not here. Everything was exactly as it seemed: beautiful, modern, clean, and incredibly welcoming. A Truly Special Celebration: We came here to celebrate Abigail’s 18th birthday, and the experience surpassed all our dreams. It was an incredible milestone for all of us, especially for Abigail, as she was invited to be the "face of the resort" for their marketing! The photoshoot by the pool was an unforgettable experience that made her 18th birthday truly one of a kind. As a wonderful gesture for the photoshoot, the resort gifted us the use of a private pavilion, complete with strawberries, champagne, and a beautiful fruit platter. We felt truly special. Dining & Comfort: Being all-inclusive meant we were pampered 24/7. The flexibility with dining is fantastic—if you miss breakfast, you can head to a late breakfast; if you miss that, the "snack bar" is always ready. It’s stocked with everything you could wish for. The breakfast options were unbelievably diverse, making it easy to eat healthy and still feel full. Safety and Convenience: The beach is just a stone's throw away. To make things even easier, there is a short tunnel leading under the main road, so you never have to worry about crossing the heavy traffic. A really thoughtful touch is that the ceiling of the tunnel is lined with soft, red padding to ensure no one accidentally bumps their head. It’s these small details that show how much they value guest safety and comfort. Once you reach the shore, there’s a great beach bar where you can grab fresh fruit and water while soaking up the sun. The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. We have traveled to many places, but none of them compares to the Green Garden Resort.

Das angebotene Essen war mega lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Zu beginn war unsere Dusche defekt, diese wurde noch am selben Tag repariert. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.

Das Hotel scheint besonders bei Familien mit Kindern sehr beliebt zu sein. Wir waren als Gruppe ohne Kinder dort und teilweise war die Geräuschkulisse extrem anstrengend. Die Zimmer sind nicht gut schallisoliert und so beginnt bereits morgens um 8 ein riesen gepolter und geschreie auf den Fluren. Für Familien ist das Hotel gut aber für Alleinreisende oder Gruppen die einen ruhigen Erholungsurlaub wollen gibt es wahrscheinlich bessere Alternativen.

Sowohl das Essen, die Pools, der Strand und die moderne Zimmerausstattung waren super als auch das Personal besonders Herr Önder von der Aqua Snack Bar und der Coiffeur, Herr Sait waren besonders freundlich.

We have been to this hotel few times during past years. This time we were celebrating my husband’s birthday 🎁 guest relations’ stuff helped me to organise it, special thanks to Alexandra😍 our attitude is still the same as previous, we would like to come back to this hotel again) in the summer it is very busy with lot of families, and in the autumn it is much quieter)) the staff is very good everywhere, the cleaning service is also at the good level 👍🏻 superior Rooms are different, depends on the building, you will be accommodated)

It is still the quality of wines, even that is not so important, but still part of all inclusive. Also, we didn’t like the superior rooms, located next to reception.

Top Hotel with alot of facilities.

The food was good, a lot of options. The pool was fantastic. The room was very clean and nice.

The manager and his colleagues told me that I could upgrade my room to a seaview room for an amount. I told them yes without seeing the room. The room did not have a seaview unfortunately. I felt very bad since they even saw me pregnant with a little toddler. Therefore the low review.

The hotel is fantastic for both children and adults. The beach is just across the street, with access through an underpass. The city center is within walking distance along the nice promenade. The food is delicious and very diverse. Evening activities for both kids and adults are already available.

Some things could have been handled faster, but I understand that the staff needed time — if they didn’t know something, they had to find out, which caused delays. My invoice issue was resolved, although it could have been done much more quickly. The room booked through Booking.com was, located on the side with the worst view and on the lowest floor. But that’s probably typical hotel policy for rooms offered through booking platforms. The room itself was very nice, and I didn’t really need to use the balcony or care much about the view

The hotel, location, facilities and staff were all excellent. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were so comfortable, clean and very cosy. I loved that there was a library space and spa. The spa was particularly good, in terms of range of services and facilities. The turkish meals were outstanding

The only down side was the food. I understand that hotels worry about food poisoning and tend to overcook meat and fish, but that made the meals a little disappointing. The range of salads and fruit was great, as were the baked goods, but the food was a little overcooked

Everything was wonderful… We only stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The staff were so friendly and professional. Yes there were kids! but they were well behaved and sweet. We love children and there were no noise issues. The room cleaning lady did an excellent job every day, fresh towels and bedding. We were very grateful. Amazing food restaurant with vast, beautifully presented options for everyone. Lovely iced coffee and alcoholic drinks. Would highly recommend & hope we can visit again!

We arrived at 11am which was a few hours early before check in. We had to wait until our room was ready. This wasn’t a problem and we were happy to have something to eat / drink after a long journey. We were extremely tired however and it would have been perfect if we could settle into our room and rest.

A very cosy compact hotel with everything you need in a walking distance (restaurants, gym, indoor pool, pools, beach, cafeteria, shops, hairdressers, library, spa, kids club, football field, etc). The employees absolutely made the stay great - very welcoming and sincere. The hotel was actually very clean, inside and out., e.g. we used the gym a lot and it was cleaned daily. We were also happy to use the sauna every day. There were great waterslides for the kids, and free icecream was handed out throughout the day. Whenever we had a question/problem, the reception solved it immediately.

You had to use exit the territory, use a tunnel to get to the beach, but in fact everything is really close.

Exceptionally friendly people work here: everybody from the reception workers and the wonderful Client Satisfaction Manager Yuliya, to gardeners, waiters, transport guy, lifeguards, spa workers, animators and many others that took good care of making our stay great.

The pool is nice, however, you have to get in early to reserve a spot, even though this is not allowed. There is plenty of food available, with lots of choice. Rooms are nice and clean.

Based on our own experience, and the advice of other travellers, there was an outbreak of gastro at the resort when we were there. This made us less confident using the open buffet to its fullest potential

Nothing! As much as we tried our best to stay upbeat for the children, it was a holiday from hell leaving us never wanting to return to Turkey full stop.

Unwelcoming reception staff who never smile & are rude who never seem to want to help you when you have issues (only a handful of staff who could speak English & was willing to assist - Sedef, Habib & staff within the Marina restaurant - thank you!👍) Rooms not as advertised or like photos, we booked a "Deluxe" apartment which was in the old section with dated decor & building site views (do not fall for the fake modern room photos), asked for more money to move rooms to new building because they have "views" which is not advertised on any platforms including their website - absolute scam! Charge €5 per day for an iron - meant to be 5 star... Rooms do not have a sofa bed as it's just a sofa you have to sleep on with just a sheet, does not open into a bed as they advertise! Unsafe & dirty beach with tunnel access filled with graffiti & homeless people with huge waves & dip in sea bed leaving my daughter to nearly drown while hotel lifeguard watches his phone & ignores my daughters cry for help! Beach bar is not part of the all inclusive package either. Poor food standards & hygiene with cats everywhere including on food trolleys eating food! Shocking & disgusting! Hotel staff do not stop this leaving guests to intervene & remove cats. Staff shout at children in the restaurant & snatch serving utensils from them while talking turkish so you can not understand what the issue is or what they are saying. 2 x family members caught sickness bugs leaving us to visit a nearby pharmacy to get medication for sickness & diarrhea. All inclusive concept non existence with everything at extra costs & you are always being hassled by spa staff to book treatments while around the pool areas. Shocking experience & leaving us never wanting to return to Turkey again. AVOID!! Currently escalating with booking.

The resort is very good for a family. The staff are very welcoming and the activities kept us busy all day. The snack bar, the drinks and of course the ice cream are all excellent.

Wifi reception at the room was not good. Except for the breakfast, the food was not to our taste.

Villas were not renovated and didn't look modern Hammam wasn't clean, some mops and rugs were hanging around

Excellent resort at a nice section of the beach and close to Alanya center/castle. Amazing view from the balcony, great food every day with lots of options. Staff super friendly and helpful, you can tell about a proper management job.

You gotta pay for certain drinks and for all consumption on the beach, but prices were fair. This is a family resort so its full of children all around, quite noisy at times so you gotta expect that on arrival

With the family of seven, the stay was made exceptionally pleasant for us. Starting with smaller issues like having more room cards and beach towels to bigger issues like transportation or medication supply, then the hotel staff had answers and quick fixes for everything. In the hotel area, there are a lot of activities and places to see, and the kids will not get bored. We would especially mention Nurullah and Bunyamin from the dining area for providing class A service, thank you guys! Thanks to that duo, dining and eating there was the best part of the day, we truly enjoyed it.

If we were to mention something than it would be the smoking in non-smoking zones, some did that unwillingly, but you can tell that some just don't care and will light a cigarette right beside where people are eating.
