Man musste z.B. für Aperol Spritz extra bezahlen...

Kleineres, ruhiges Erwachsenenhotel. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Für uns ein Grund, seit mehreren Jahren hierher zu kommen.

Es müsste so langsam über eine Renovierung nachgedacht werden ( Laminat in den Zimmern kommt hoch, Wasserhähne verkalkt, Zimmer wirken ein bißchen abgewohnt. Der hauseigene Strandabschnitt ist ungepflegt. Alle Liegen sind sehr schräg, Holzstege kaputt und wackelig. Die Abendunterhaltung ist langweilig und laut. Die Tonqualität der Sportanimation ist sehr schlecht und viel zu laut.

Allora, il soggiorno è stato perfetto: le camere spaziose, dotate di tutto il necessario, pulite, con un sistema di illuminazione particolare e interessante, con un balcone comodo con vista mare. Ma soprattutto eccezionale il pasto. Io ho fatto la versione all-inclusive. La qualità del cibo e la varietà del cibo sono state straordinarie. I servizi, come per esempio la spa e i massaggi fantastici, in particolar modo Maryam per i massaggi eccezionali.

Allora, le cose che dovrebbero essere migliorate sono: La chiusura della piscina è alle 6, che d'estate è molto presto. Ci sarebbe la possibilità di rimanere in piscina per un'ora abbondante. Le persone sono praticamente invitate ad alzarsi perché lo staff inizia a chiudere tutti gli ombrelloni e l'area. L'altra cosa veramente disagevole è che la musica, anche la sera, è molto alta, tipo discoteca, che si sente anche dalle camere e che tutti i giorni, almeno d'estate, c'è un'attività di acqua gym a un volume altissimo. Le casse sono di bassissima qualità. La ragazza che tiene le attività urla per tutto il tempo. Per mezz'ora, in una fase molto importante anche per rilassarsi, le persone non sono completamente in grado di percepire la musica con gli auricolari, per quanto siano forti la musica e la voce fuori. Bisognerebbe fare l'acqua gym soltanto se si hanno a disposizione due piscine, non una sola.

Vi har haft et virkelig skønt ophold på dette dejlige voksenhotel. Værelserne var skinnende rene, og personalet var igennem hele opholdet utrolig søde og top-serviceminded. Noget af det, der virkelig overraskede os positivt, var buffeten. Det er sjældent, man oplever en all inclusive, hvor maden er så god og veltillavet! Derudover er det super lækkert med både cafeteria, poolbar og den smarte tunnel, der fører direkte til stranden på bare 1-2 minutter. Et absolut højdepunkt var hotellets spa, som vi vil give vores varmeste anbefalinger. Den ledes af Serkan bey, som er utrolig sød og imødekommende. Vi købte et 5-turs massabekort, og efter at have prøvet massage mange steder i verden, kan jeg konkludere, at Ayu er fuldstændig enestående dygtig. Min mand fik massage af Santi og var også yderst tilfreds – hele teamet er knalddygtige. Alt i alt et fantastisk ophold, som vi til fulde kan anbefale!

Nabo-hotellerne kunne ind imellem være lidt ubehøvlende og spille ret høj musik.

Отель продолжает держать хороший уровень. Отдыхала в этом отеле с 2019 года около 4х раз. Там работают все те же люди, что работали в нём в мой самый первый заезд. Это удивительно! Хорошая кухня, отличная кондитерская, отдых очень хороший, хороший пляж со своим пирсом. В этом году было много физических активностей (у отеля появился свой фитнес-тренер), раньше такого не было.

Однако, видно, что отель устал. Номера требуют косметического ремонта: сколы мебели, отклеивающиеся и отваливающиеся элементы фурнитуры в ванной. И в целом все хорошо бы обновить: белье, полотенца, матрасы, подушки. Постельное белье и все полотенца (включая пляжные) требуется заменить. Белье от старости уже всё в катышах (им неприятно пользоваться и на нем спать) полотенца истонченные от стирок, а пляжные полотенца уже жёлтого цвета и с протертостями. Есть проблемы с выполнением просьб: как-то я ела персик в номере, он был такой сочный, что несколько капель упало на пол, оставив липкий и прилипающий след. Я попросила помыть полы в номере. Мне кивали головой на ресепшене, но полы так и не помыли. За 12 ночей моего проживания в отеле полы помыли 1 раз. Матрасы и подушки - о необходимости их замены я отмечала еще в первый приезд несколько лет назад. Сейчас их качество только ухудшилось. В отеле какая-то проблема с канализацией: суммарно 5 дней по утрам в ванне стоял отвратительный канализационный запах. Я просила чтото с этим сделать, проверить трубы или еще что-нибудь. Ничего сделано не было, запах с разной периодичностью возвращался. Иногда спасало то, что постоянно включен был кондей, но в какойто момент и это перестало помогать. Напоследок отмечу, что очень неприятно на завтраке, обеде и ужине, когда персонал бегает и убирает тарелки со стола. Гость еще не поел толком, не насладился процессом, а к нему несутся убирать тарелки. Еще более дико для меня было, когда за приёмом пищи мимо меня проезжала тележка с отходами, сотрудник останавливался с этой мусорной тележкой (даже не заботясь о том, что в нескольких сантиметрах от него едят гости) и собирал тарелки и остатки. Т.е. ты ешь, а перед носом и глазами у тебя мусорное ведро. Культуру стоит улучшить в этом плане.

Преимущество отеля: 1-пирс 2-питание 3- отель для взрослых 4-местоположение 5- приветственная фруктовая тарелка (это было приятно, спасибо!) 6- спа! Восторг! Отель находится на первой линии, путь на пляж разделяет дорога , но есть подземный переход, это очень удобно. На пляже можно купаться с берега, но с пирса намного приятнее, вода чистая, есть рыбки. Ресторан: Бывают дни средиземноморской кухни: креветки, мидии, раки... И вкусная рыбка на гриле каждый день Для любителей мяса тоже есть выбор. Каждый вечер музыкальная программа, не навязчиво, но приятно.

В день приезда комната была не проветрена, думала затхлый запах так и останется, но на следующий день горничная убралась и всё стало ок. Жаль, что нет кондиционера для волос и молочка для тела! Девочек это радует, подумайте об этом...

Les repas étaient bons et l'emplacement de l'hôtel était bien. Les chambres étaient propres.

Les animations du soir à l'hôtel n'étaient pas du tout amusantes et gaies. Les touristes semblaient s'ennuyer. Cela manquait de musique entrainante et de représentations de danseurs.

The air conditioner didn't work. The people at the spa were pushing us to pay in cash and to come back for a repeat treatment without even letting us enjoy our current one. Should be rated a 4 star.

На 5 звёзд не тянет. Уставшие 4 звезды. Первый день не могли выветрить в номере ужасный запах освежителя. Утром проснулись с першашим горлом. В душе, на стене дозатор как в общественном туалете. Это и гель и шампунь, качество ужасное, красные пятна по телу пошли. Пришлось покупать гель, шампунь, ополаскиватель, молочко для тела. Бассейн маленький, всегда аншлаг, само собой. Ибо пляж никакой: маленький, грязный, каменистый, полно семей с детьми из соседних отелей. В хамам не пускают, если там кого-то пенят за деньги. Типа подождите 30 минут, у нас там клиент, посидите пока в сауне.

The all inclusive, the pool and the beach were amazing. The beachbar was the best. The services made my stay more comfortable. It is also not so far away from Alanya centrum where I think Yőnet Bamse is the best place to eat steak. In Alanya centrum there are a lot of bars but when it is many people in Queens Garden then it is the best bar that is there. I also loved the bar melani in Oba.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good near the beach and it was nice that the hotel had their own pier too. Staff were helpful. Pool was nice and there was enough sunbeds for everyone. The hotel's main chef Halil (?) was really helpful with gluten free food diet. He was really awareness of gluten contamination. He made really good gluten free pizza in the owen on its own baking tray. There was also gluten free pasta available from kitchen when asked. Dinners as a gluten free traveller were great success. I hope that in the future there will be more selection of gluten free food in the breakfast and lunch as well. Bread, vegetables and eggs didn't keep me full for long. I hope that regardless of the dietary restrictions everyone has the opportunity to enjoy a five star all inclusive experience when it comes to food. I think this is something the hotel management should improve, rather than placing the responsibility on the head chef alone. Halil already did a great job with dinner, which shows that providing excellent gluten-free meals is possible. I truly believe the same level of quality could be achieved for breakfast and lunch as well, provided the hotel management is willing to make the improvements. Thank you for a great stay and warmest thanks to the chef!

Everything was five stars and hotel was very nice

We stayed at Sunprime C-Lounge for one week in July 2026. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday, although the hotel did not quite reach the standard of other five-star adults-only hotels we have visited. Sunprime C-Lounge is a well-maintained hotel with outstanding staff, but it is beginning to show its age in several areas. Rooms The rooms were spotlessly clean and obviously well maintained, but they are beginning to show their age. Refurbishment would improve the overall experience. Our room was also rather small. It contained two beds and a daybed, which ended up being used mainly for storing the large decorative pillows from the beds. Personally, I would question whether the daybed is the best use of the available space, as removing it would make the room feel considerably more spacious. The air conditioning in the room was not particularly effective, especially during the hot July weather. The same applied to several public areas of the hotel. In addition, the lighting throughout the hotel was rather dim, making many indoor areas feel darker and less inviting than expected. One thing that deserves special praise was the bathroom. The shower worked perfectly and the water pressure was excellent throughout our stay – something many hotels fail to provide. Beach and jetty We spent most of our days on the jetty, which was an excellent place to relax and enjoy the sun. We had no difficulty finding sunbeds as long as we arrived reasonably early. The beach area was clean and well maintained. The only downside was that drink service on the jetty was rather slow. Smoking on the jetty occasionally became disturbing, and there were also children using both the beach and the jetty. Although they appeared to belong to another hotel, it still felt a little odd at an adults-only hotel. Food For us, the food was by far the hotel's biggest weakness. Everything looked attractive and was nicely presented, but most dishes lacked seasoning and flavour. The buffet appeared extensive, yet many dishes were simply different variations of the same ingredients rather than genuinely different meals. Lunch and dinner were also very similar, so after a couple of days we stopped using the lunch buffet and preferred the Snack Bar instead. The highlight of the entire holiday was the Turkish lady preparing fresh stuffed flatbreads at the Snack Bar. They were absolutely delicious and easily the best food we had during the entire week. She was always smiling, welcoming and genuinely friendly, and she deserves special recognition. One small suggestion for the Snack Bar would be to offer at least one additional sauce besides ketchup, as several dishes felt rather dry. The desserts looked beautiful but unfortunately tasted mainly of sugar rather than having distinctive flavours. One policy we found difficult to understand concerned the Patisserie. One afternoon, when the Snack Bar was completely full, we decided to have lunch there instead. However, hotel guests were not allowed to order food because it was market day on the street outside, while non-hotel visitors could. We found this policy rather confusing. Regarding the ice cream, previous reviews mentioned difficulties obtaining it. In our experience, everything worked exactly as advertised during the published serving hours. Drinks The drinks included in the all-inclusive package were perfectly adequate. However, many cocktails contained so much alcohol that the other flavours almost disappeared. Presentation was also very basic, with little attention paid to decoration or balance. They were mixed quickly rather than crafted with the care one would expect from a five-star hotel. Staff Without any doubt, the hotel's greatest strength is its staff. Before travelling, I wondered whether good service depended on tipping. It absolutely did not. Everyone we met was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. It was a pleasure to leave tips simply because the service truly deserved it. Five stars for every member of the staff. Gym The gym was perfectly usable and better than many hotel gyms. However, it is rather small, somewhat cramped and poorly air-conditioned. Some equipment would also benefit from maintenance, as a few machines required tightening or adjustment before use. Location The location is very good. The hotel has direct access to the beach, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Final thoughts Although we enjoyed our holiday, we did not experience any real positive surprises during our stay. The greatest strength of Sunprime C-Lounge is undoubtedly its staff. They consistently provided excellent service without making guests feel that tipping was expected. The hotel's biggest weakness is the food. If the kitchen focused more on flavour and variety, and if some areas of the hotel were modernised, Sunprime C-Lounge could easily become one of the best adults-only hotels in the area. Would we return? Possibly—but only after improvements to the food and some of the facilities.

This was my first massage, and it was a wonderful experience. Ayu was very professional and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The massage was very relaxing, and I would definitely recommend Ayu to anyone looking for a great massage.

I had a full-body massage with Santi at the hotel spa and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The massage was very relaxing, and Santi was attentive and professional throughout the session. He regularly checked that I was comfortable and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. One thing that surprised me was being asked to remove my bra as well, but this was only because I had not encountered that in previous massages. It was handled professionally and respectfully. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying a massage at least once during your stay. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience that added to my holiday.

My best holiday in Turkey, i trully felt relaxed

Excellent massage by Meriyem at Sunprime C-Lounge! She is a highly professional and attentive therapist. From the very first minutes, you can feel her experience and personalized approach. After the session, all muscle tension was gone, and I felt relaxed, refreshed, and full of energy. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and welcoming. Thank you, Meriyem, for the outstanding service and genuine care. I will definitely come back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality massage experience.

Perfect location,close to beach/town. 10 min cab-ride to Alanya. Nice and quiet atmosphere within the hotel. The room showed sings of wear, could use a bit of work. That being said, always clean and tidy thanks to a professional staff. No disturbing traffic noise, even at daytime. Chec-in/out in a flash. The little lobby shop would offer all necessities not included in the all inclusive, by a super welcoming shop-keeper. The restaurant would offer a fine variety of different menues to all meals. A special thanks to Alladin who took extremely good care of us at the beach, wich by the way was kept nice and clean at all times. All in all, very good value for money, and I'm pretty sure we'll visit again for a fourth time

A very belated review from my eighth trip to this wonderful hotel, in March 2026. I had a fantastic time, although the weather was the worst it’s been on all my trips here - which includes twice in February. Nothing the hotel can do about the weather though! As always, the hotel is absolutely immaculately clean. The staff are a credit to the owners. They are all consistently fantastic, so hard working and always with a smile and very often humour! That the majority of staff have been there all the years I have been there, I see as a positive too. The food in the buffet restaurant is excellent and varied. There is a wide choice of dishes, and a Pide (pizza) section and large salad bar. There are two choices of soup and a large range of different breads and rolls. There are theme nights (Mexican, seafood, Italian etc ) and a show cooking station where you can personalise choices. The dessert choices are also plentiful, delicate cakes, traybakes, baklava, rice, crème brûlée as well as various fresh fruit options. Linda and Jeff (or ? Geoff) a lovely couple from Yorkshire I had met in March 2025, mentioned it would be so good to have ice cream too - which I totally agree with! As I’ve visited in October a few times I know that ice cream is available from the coffee shop for a few hours a day. It would be good if that was all year round and even better if available with dessert in the buffet restaurant! I have no complaints about the food, as above, however when my partner and I visit Turkish restaurants in Scotland our favourites are Sucuk, Guvek (with cheese topping!), spicy ezme,and a yoghurt tapa with soft cheese, avocado, carrot, and garlic to mention a few. Be great to have more traditional Turkish dishes on offer. Although I acknowledge there is then the potential some will complain about lack of ‘British’ food (whatever that is?!) as I recall a guy complaining that the tomato, chilli sauce for chicken kebab wasn’t like his takeaway back in England 🙄. So looking forward to my ninth visit in October 😀

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere in a convenient location. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very nice. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was excellent, and we especially appreciated the chef, who kindly arranged for us to have dinner earlier on the day of our departure so we could eat before leaving for the airport. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Sun Prime Hotel once again. Excellent hotel!!! Great conditions. Very professional and friendly service. Wonderful cuisine, delicious dishes. Top-notch cleanliness. Great location. I especially want to thank Pinar, Leyla, Shafak, Burak, Ramazan, Murat and Aynur for the best gozleme 👏. An utterly tasteless and deeply unpleasant hotel with a buffet so revolting it looked as though the hair and worms were competing for space in the food. Every meal felt like a biological experiment gone terribly wrong. The entire place carried the atmosphere of a damp grey prison rather than a holiday destination. To make matters worse, they introduced me to a bizarre-looking man who was supposedly the hotel manager. A painfully inadequate individual who could barely string together a sentence in English, yet wandered around the property wearing the expression of someone entirely unaware of the disaster surrounding him. He simply stood there grinning vacantly while guests were left to endure the filth, the miserable atmosphere, and the spectacular incompetence on display. At one point I realised the manager perfectly reflected the buffet itself: empty, unappealing, neglected, and impossible to take seriously. That was the exact moment I understood I was staying in one of the most dreadful establishments imaginable. The staff looked deeply unhappy, the environment was cold and lifeless, and the entire hotel felt colourless, soulless, and aggressively ugly. Not luxury, not comfort — merely a sewer with beds pretending to be a hotel.

Just returned from our third visit to Sunprime C Lounge. Standards are still very high with the added bonus of excellent staff. The extensive, quality food choices and professionalism of the catering staff are to be applauded. Likewise, the housekeeping staff go above and beyond to maintain excellent standards. The gym is well equipped and aircon there and in the rooms/ public areas works very well. Spa treatments are available and provide good value for money. Reception staff are helpful and professional - nothing is a problem. Staff in the bar areas, patisserie, snack bar and beach are a credit to the hotel. Special mention to Yasmin - great in the patisserie and her new roles in the snack bar/ restaurant, the three Ali’s, Nour- patisserie , Layla - fab as usual,and Pinar - breakfast service, finally Ibrahim - maintains beach to a high standard. Hopefully see you all again in the future 💗

Back yesterday from this incredible hotel , lost count of the times we have been , but all I can say it gets better and better. Everything about this hotel oozes class . Not going to name names as everyone of the staff are an absolute credit to this place (you all know who you are ) Thank you so much for the surprise on our wedding anniversary , its things like this that make you stand out from the rest. Very good hotel, friendly staff which makes the atmosphere welcoming and enjoyable. Having their own jetty and small tunnel makes it also easier to access the sea, the beach although the have good size swimming pool which you can just relax, sun bath with plenty of sun beds. The spa staff knows how to make you feel more relaxed (Aiyis and Aiyu) . It is worth the value, good location if you don’t mind two and half hour transfer time from Antalya Airport. The rooms are spacious, clean which is amazing, my only problem was no good choices of cocktails if you are all inclusive because most known cocktails are on extra cost. Thanks for a surprise birthday cake for my husband which made our trip extra special and unforgettable 🥰

The medical Turkish Bath we had was beyond exceptional and Alqul (not sure of her name spelling), did a massage which truly revived me.

Ohhhh and ice creams .. wow Comfortable beds , spotless to a fault Thanks to ALL staff especially Leyla… so efficient and helpful, would truly love to re visit.. but 3 hours coach transfer is too much for me

Just back from Sunprime C-Lounge and honestly… this place nearly ruined all future hotel mattresses for me. I came home and my own bed felt like a prison sentence. Rooms are genuinely excellent, loads of space, ridiculously comfortable mattress, proper pillow selection (finally a hotel that understands not everyone wants their neck snapped overnight), noise-reducing doors, Chromecast on the TV so you can binge your downloaded Netflix shows, strong shower pressure, and even 3-ply toilet paper. Luxury. Only downside in the room: the shampoo/body wash 2-in-1 dispenser. I understand the eco-conscious vibe, but at these prices I shouldn’t have to launch a side quest for conditioner. My hair survived, but only just. Food was top tier throughout, especially lunch where you can rotate between buffet, poolside BBQ, and à la carte by the pool depending on how fancy or hungover you feel. The drinks menu is stunning too, loads of cocktails and a great alcohol selection. Regular live music in the lobby bar gave proper holiday atmosphere without feeling like a dodgy karaoke cruise. Special mention to the 24/7 room service. Ordered a cheesy toastie and chips at 3am after drinks and it arrived fresh, hot, and glorious for about £4. That toastie deserved its own standing ovation. Check-in was super fast and they immediately hand you a welcome drink, which is exactly the energy I want after airport chaos. Location is brilliant as well; easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. Pool was a good size and not ridiculously deep, although it could definitely be cleaned a bit better. There was green algae around the edges and it rubbed off on my white bikini, which was an unexpected souvenir. One thing smokers/vapers should know: this hotel is VERY strict on no smoking. Rooms and balconies are completely non-smoking, including vaping. As someone who enjoys a morning coffee and cigarette on holiday, I was mildly devastated. That said, I survived by strategically positioning myself near the smoking area by the pool. Adapt. Overcome. Also, staying hydrated takes effort because bottled water isn’t really available outside the room due to the hotel’s environmental policies. Great for the planet, slightly less great for your hangover. Overall though, genuinely one of the best hotels in Alanya. A few small tweaks needed, but I’d absolutely return.

My first ever massage and it was amazing. My masseuse Ayu, was very smiley, and sweet. The actual bath and massage was very thorough and I left feeling like a new person honestly. Definitely want to go back! Shout out Ayu 💯💯💯

Locations: Right in front of the beach with some shops 5 minutes away walking but they also have their own tiny shop here Atmosphere: Really nice stuff in here and everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms: super clean! It gets cleaned once a day around breakfast time depending on your room floor. Mini fridge gets four waters a day and beds are always made! Value: Feels extremely worthy and luxurious Noise level: Everyone here respects everyone’s privacy and space so this place is very peaceful

we arrived early Sunday morning after a 3 1/2 hour transfer. When we checked in at 2.30am the receptionist kindly got us some food and water. The room was impressive, large sea view and very comfortable king size bed. Cleaned every day and fridge stocked with water only. The tea making facilities only had powdered milk, so I would get an empty water bottle and fill with milk form the restaurant. We were all inclusive and the food was spot on. It was on a buffet basis, with the exception of the Al a carte which is a 10Euro supplement PP. Worth the money. The drinks are local, but not the usual rubbish served up by some all inclusive hotels. The staff are amazing and work very hard to up hold the hotels values and reputation. This hotel is adult only, and has an amazing spa and fitness centre within it. My wife and I had the couples spa at 110 euro pp. The two masseurs Anis and Santi were brilliant. That gets you a Turkish bath, steam room, sauna, body scrub, face mask, and hot stone massage for 1 hour 30 mins. As the transfer back was 3.5 hrs, we decided to get a private transfer from the hotel for 70 euro. This cut the journey time down by 1.5 hours and was ultimate luxury in a Merc people carrier. All in all we had a great holiday at the C-Lounge.

Good things; Staff. All helpful, friendly and hard working. Hotel and rooms are spotless with constant cleaning going on. Food is very nice and varied. The pier for sunbathing is great as is the tunnel to get under the road. Pool and beach drink service excellent. Coffee shop a nice addition. Not so good things; The layout of the lounge /entertainment area is bizarre. Badly placed chairs and huge tables are not condusive to sit with groups. The piano is stuck on a platform next to the shop. A shame. Some sales guy selling apartments opposite the only bar. This space would be ideal for the piano. There is no towel exchange at the outside pool. Towels have to be returned to the spa where you are pestered about treatments. Off putting. Wouldn't go again as its too far from the airport. Between 2.5hrs and 3+hrs.

Very good level of food quality, the staff are very friendly and helpful, nice location. The beds are very comfortable.

The no smoking policy is quite strict which isn’t highlighted. No smoking even outside on your balcony is a bit over the top. Toiletries have been reduced to a couple of soap dispensers, makes it feel more like a 3 star than 5, the little details make a big difference, it was disappointing that the experience was cheapened for the sake of a euro or two. The outside light for do not disturb/ clean my room had the switch beside the door and wasn’t labelled & wasn’t noticed so room was passed over for cleaning. The minibar only had a couple of bottles of water , no soft drinks etc. I’d expect from 5* all inclusive for guest convenience that they’d at least provide a couple of soft drinks in the room.

I had the pleasure of visiting the spa on a number of occasions while on holiday at Sunprime. Everyone was wonderful at the hotel but Anis at the spa was the best. She really gives the best treatments and I enjoyed the massage helping the back pain I was experiencing. I can highly recommend the spa and Anis.

So the reviews are amazing, and rightly so. Half way through my week here and everyone is smiling, the staff ensure that you are always priority and the Pizza's at lunch time just at the entrance to the restaurant are absolutely amazing. I love pizza, but these pizzas melt in your mouth and I cannot get enough of them. The spa is very top notch, Sekran the manager will do his best to convince you to have one, but please do! Iluh looked after me in the Spa and she is amazing. I seriously felt like she was an angel flying around me during the massage... first class! The rooms are spotless and everything works and is refreshed daily. The access to the beach is convenient and while here this week they are laying out the jetty for the season at the sea, so hopefully be on there tomorrow for a sunbathe and drinks which are serviced to you as part of the all inclusive. To the management.....keep up the good work, you have a great team.

First time in Turkey and was not sure what to expect. Selected the hotel as was adults only and had good reviews. Well the reviews were very accurate, this place is superb. It is not a big hotel with lots of facilities, but for us it was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The check in was seamless and a lovely welcome by staff with our luggage taken to our room for us. The room was large and well equipped with bath robes, slippers, iron and ironing board, large TV (limited English channels), lovely comfy beds, and large bathroom with one of the best showers we have had in any hotel. This place is kept absolutely spotless, we were totally amazed at the level of cleaning and care taken, your room is cleaned to a very high standard every day. Pool is lovely and spotless with plenty of sun beds and the staff take good care of you and the drinks are delivered regularly. The food was plentiful with a good selection every night, you would struggle not to find something you liked The deserts are amazing, no good for the waistline as they were so good even my husband had one every night, and he NEVER has a pudding. Lovely cafe, again serving delicious cakes and cookies. The Spa was the icing on the cake. We tried the Turkish bath and it was amazing, so much so we booked 3 more sessions we loved it so much. I would recommend everyone to use these services, extremely competitively priced and worth every penny. As it is smaller you get to know the staff better, and they are so lovely, can't do enough for you. We like to tip good service, so we tipped a lot as the service was excellent and they were so grateful. Finally, the entertainment, the bands they have found are top class, really fantastic and again, some of the best we have ever come across - well done to whomever sources these. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and we can't wait to visit again. Only very slight set back is it is quite a journey from the airport, so next time we will get private transfers to make this quicker and more comfortable, but a small price to pay for such a fab hotel in a super resort.

Great hotel, very good atmosphere and I had a fantastic massage at their Spa from a lady from Bali named Era, recommend her very professional massage, cured long time back and shoulder pain.

We spent 18 days at the C lounge & found it excellent. We had a seaview room on floor4 which was really comfortable , clean & relaxing with v.good view. The food was of a high standard and plentiful & staff very friendly & attentive.Also , very good coffee & cakes in the pattiserie. Despite a lot if rainy days, we returned home relaxed & refreshed & hope to return next year. Thanks to all the staff & management. Martin & Christine

The hotel was amazing couldn’t fault it one bit staff are really friendly we went for a full spa an Turkish bath an they sang happy birthday to my partner an then when we went upstairs they left him a birthday cake with a card an a few niggly bits location is perfect right on the beach front bus stop out side ( look out for the letter D on a blue sign) they the busstop on the right of the hotel an get the 101 bus an tell them you want to go to central plus you can go the harbour there an go on a boat trip which was really lovely, the only thing I didn’t like about the shops al the owners were always at you come come in an buy in every stall which I got a bit pancaking over other than that r holiday was perfect from start to finish I would recommend it 💯 jsut wish we had stayed longer but we’re deffo gonna go bk for longer thank you to all thw staff for being so friendly and make you feel welcome

We stayed for a week from 15th March, hotel was spotless throughout. Restaurant had a wide range of food and was excellent. The staff were fantastic nothing was to much trouble, 2, i would single out were Vasin and Layla in the bar area who were exceptional ( just hope I have spelt their names correctly) Thank you all for making the run up to my birthday so special.

We had a fabulous stay at the Sunprime C-Lounge Hotel. As an adults-only hotel, it offered a perfect, relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. The staff were truly amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. A special shout-out to Yasemin, who looked after us so well in both the restaurant and bars – her service really made our stay extra special. The hotel itself is one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in, with every area maintained to a very high standard. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed in this hotel for one week and I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday. The staff were efficient and friendly and I have to thank Leyla who was always so cheerful behind the bar and all the staff in the restaurant whose service was second to none. The food was delicious: very healthy, plenty of it and a good selection. The wine was out of this world. I have never had such good wine in an all inclusive deal. The spa was fabulous and I had a number of treatments as some of the excursions I wanted to do were not available due to the time of year. It was very early in the tourist season. Thank you to Era who was my masseuse. She had more strength in her little finger than an entire football team! My only suggestion is that the hotel should liaise with tour companies to arrange tours locally. I would have liked to go to Side to see the Roman ruins and to do a jeep safari. The hotel receptionist told me the hotel did not arrange tours. I think Sunprime C-Lounge is missing out here. I made my own way to the castle, but a tour of Alanya would have added to my stay. Thank you for a very pleasant week and I will be back to Turkey to see the rest of the Roman ruins.

The hotel staff were friendly and all staff went above and beyond. The hotel was clean and was constantly being cleaned. The food was superb with plenty of variety. There was a spa, indoor and outdoor pool. There were occasional nightly entertainment which was variable. The beach were close to the hotel and you had to walk or bus service to local attractions. Overall I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.

The spa was really good and professional. It was clean and Era made me feel like a brand new person. I strongly recommend

Had an amazing experience at the hammam spa 🙌 Akgul looked after me and honestly gave one of the best hammam + massage treatments I’ve had — proper pressure, super relaxing, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. My wife was treated by Era, who was just as good — she came out saying it was 10/10. Both were professional, welcoming, and made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re visiting — we’ll definitely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just back from a week at this hotel! The hotel is absolutely spotless big & airy. Our room we had 2 as had to be moved from 430 due to essential maintenance- this room was amazing moved to 610 needs a little TLC. Our housekeeper was Nazam she was just the best. The entire staff at this hotel are a credit to C Lounge. Layla from lobby bar was so attentive around pool. Downside we only ate In restaurant I day out of the entire week. Due to football teams staying ! We ate in the walk way to pool in bar area! Dark & cold! Miserable! Food was less than half served in restaurant. Salads & fruits plentiful & delicious. Hot food bland boring & repetitive However not what we should have had. So we won’t be going back! But thank you to the lovely staff you go above & beyond to ensure your guests have the best time. Footballers or not

We came for our ten year wedding anniversary. I have never been to Turkiye before but I will definitely be coming back! Everyone in the hotel is so friendly and welcoming. They can't do enough to make sure you are comfortable. It is no wonder that many of the other guests are return visitors. All of the employees here go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. The room was spacious and clean. There was a pillow menu and complementary robes and slippers for the spa, as well as soap and shampoo and a scrubbing mitt. The shower was large and the water pressure was great. We got an all inclusive package and we're never stuck for something to eat or drink. The value was great and the buffets were varied. There is a lunch menu as well where you can order pizzas and paninis. The vegetarian options were good, even for the fussy eater I brought with me. The spa was a highlight. We had a traditional Turkish bath and massage which was excellent. Burul was very professional and gave a wonderful experience for a first time spa visitor. I felt I was in safe hands even when she was pummelling my muscles! Thank you so much!

Amazing hotel, and staff. I had a Turkish bath and 2 massages with Erol and have never felt so relaxed in all my life. Food was good with plenty of option. I would suggest some more veggie options but I managed to eat something different every day. Poor area was lovely and mostly quiet. There was building work happening inside the hotel so a lay in or naps were out of the question, but relaxing by the pool made up for it.

Very impressed with the overall professionalism of sandal PUTU gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had and I fell asleep during even though it was a deep tissue massage and she was dealing with not in my muscles. I very much endorse sandal, Turkish Bath and spa.
