Clean and everything you need for a few nights, convenience stores close and street food in the alley!

Very noisy at night with dance music blasting till the early morning but could be fun!

The accommodation was conveniently located and easy to find by following the directions and video provided by Bin. The place felt safe with a digital lock and security camera at the gate. While located near the road, it was quiet enough at night. Toiletries and towels are also provided and neatly kept in a basket. There is also a small fridge in the room. Bin was also responsive to my queries and took care of the concerns raised promptly.

There was a foul smell from the toilet. The smell was strong at times but not always present. I couldn't really figure out what was the cause but suspected either the drainage from the basin or the ventilation fan bringing in smell from the streets when turned on.

There’s plenty of street food in the area, plus services like laundry, small shops, and all that stuff.

The apartment I stayed in was fairly small and very dark. Even with all the lights on, the room still felt dim. There was a noticeable smell of damp and mold, and it didn’t feel properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. It was also noisy at night, and the surrounding area had quite a bit of music coming through. Overall, the place wasn’t cozy at all. In fact, it felt more like the complete opposite of cozy.

Clean and spacious apartment with the necessities you need. Located in a small alley where locals prepare delicious streetfood so ideal to start the day after a breakfast outside the door. Fluent and friendly contact with Bin via WhatsApp.

Such a pity that they allowed the reopening of a night club around the corner because the sound pollution at night is bad. You absolutely need airplugs to be able to sleep.

franchement RAS

Great location, great communication via whatsapp with the owner. Comfortable and clean, good value.

Beware of the loud music coming from a nearby club. If you have trouble sleeping this might not be the place for you. I sleep in any situation but I needed earplugs in this case.

Tudo perfeito! Adoramos a acomodação, o conforto, a localização...

Everything was perfect as described and both Bin Minh was very helpful and friendly and I highly recommend this property in Ho Chi Minh. Special thanks to Bin, Minh and the cleaning lady. Also don't forget to have delicious steak and eggs breakfast ar the first floor for just 50, 0000.

There is nothing I didn't like, everything was perfect.

Spacieux

The room was clean and cozy. The instructions from the landlord were really helpful.

Early in the morning I woke up because there was a guy standing in my room. It was several hours before my check out and that was the next guest who had some questions why I was sleeping in his room. The guy wasn't really nice but I have zero pretension to him because it was a fault if the landlord gave him instructions and keys not one hour before check in as he said he would send to me but at least 6 hours before. The funny thing is that the landlord didn't send me instructions on time and I needed to push him twice while I was in the airport. I am a large guy but I felt really uncomfortable and not safe to stay in the room after a morning guest. Luckily the guy didn't steal anything but who knows what would happen if I would be a nice solo travelling girl.

Amazing location! You can get quickly to any attraction. Also the host really knows how to take care of the guests. He also sent a great guide to the city with some excellent food recommendations!

It can get a bit loud some nights as he mentions but it was not an issue for me.

The room is fine during the day.

At night it is very noisy, as all the reviews say. Light come in from the stairs through the glass door. The mattress is thin on a hard base.

Great location! We had a lovely time here. Bin and Minh are so lovely, offering great recs for food and activities!

There was nothing negative!

It was a bit noisy at night from the karaoke and bar. The sheets were clean but had a damp smell, so I think they should be changed with new ones

This is a really cool place to stay, tucked away in an authentic back alley right in the centre of the city surrounded by street food stalls. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with everything I needed and more. There's even a little kitchen and projector to watch movies. Bin was a really helpful host who booked me into a good Mekong Tour and gave clear instructions. It's a little more pricey than I'd normally go for but it was definitely worth it. Large clean bathroom too and quiet at night.

Nothing, all good!

During the day, it was easy to walk to markets, boutiques, and Nguyen Hue. The host was super helpful, sharing directions and even arranging a Grab when we arrived. I especially enjoyed cooking simple meals with ingredients from the local market and doing laundry right at home.

Very helpful staff. Tnx a lot!

My partner and I spent five nights here. The bed was comfortable, and the fridge stocked what we needed.

Wow , what a wonderful stay. Fantastic location , Bin was exceptional. Very quick to respond to our requirements and needs. Room was absolutely perfect and spotless . Shower was awesome. Felt right at home and very safe. 100% recommend!

There was some noise from neighbouring club/bar, but to honest, we were in a big city , and it was nothing our earplugs couldn’t solve. Such a fantastic place, we would return .

The host was excellent

The surroundings are a bit cramped.

Owner provided good communication for us and accommodated our needs.

No small towels but owner asked us if anything could be improved so we mentioned that. It was nice that he asked.

The location was absolutely fantastic, right in Central Saigon, District 1, and within walking distance to one of the main walking streets. There were plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, which made it super convenient. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with fresh towels, toiletries, and a small kitchen area that included a microwave and kettle. The host was super helpful and made the stay even better. A great experience overall!

It’s on the 4th Floor with no lift, however the hosts helped me carry my luggage up and were happy to help.

Everything was provided: micro-kitchen, fresh towels, toiletries, and even an iron. The studio had a boutique hotel feel but with more privacy.

Nice touches like toiletries, hairdryer, and blackout curtains.

I stayed here during a busy work trip, and the fast WiFi impressed me. After long hours, I loved relaxing on the small balcony with a drink.

The studio felt modern yet cozy. The black-framed windows opened to small city views, and the bathroom was sleek. I enjoyed having a washer inside the unit. It saved me laundry trips. Plus, the host shared great local food spots nearby.

Despite being in District 1’s centre, it’s located off the main hustle and bustle—quiet, secure, and relaxed. Walking to Nguyen Hue, Ben Thanh Market, or the Fine Arts Museum took only a few minutes, making exploring on foot a breeze. Inside, the space was clean and well designed. I appreciated the kitchenette, washing machine, and a small balcony with a view of local rooftops: perfect for breakfast or winding down. The host was super responsive and even helped arrange a taxi. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Compact and practical: washer, kitchenette, clean bathroom.

Perfect location <3 only a few minutes’ walk to Nguyen Hue, yet tucked into a peaceful alley. The studio was clean, modern, and had a washing machine and kitchenette.

The apartment is spotless, with a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and even a washing machine. It’s central enough to reach Nguyen Hue and Ben Thanh Market on foot, yet feels private and quiet. The self check-in was smooth, and the host responded promptly to my messages.

Excellent location. Good restaurants and cafe within walking distance. Basically, it's close to everything. Extremely friendly and supportive host. Value for money.

The mosquitos seem to be hungry.

Moving out

Everything

Big and nice apartment! I really enjoyed my time there. No much sun comes through as there’s a building in front blocking it but it wasn’t a problem for me. I would come back!

I like everything. The neighbors are a little noisy tho.

A great spot in a quiet part of the city that is still close walking distance to a lot of popular places. The studio was clean and the service was fantastic. Anything I needed was a quick message away. WiFi was great too.

The host was helpful

Super noisy and very hard to find

Close to everything that you can walk around the area. There are also several stalls outside that you can buy your food, and a com tam right below that I usually purchase food from. Free laundry powder too! The host also helped me talk to the locals when I lost my earbuds, which is truly appreciated. I also get to check in early and check out late. Defo a great deal!

The balcony is sealed, but I think this is because to help sound proof the room as it sometimes get noisy at night due to bars nearby

It was in a central location. It was clean and stocked with basic necessities if needed.

I have no negatives

I am very grateful to the owner for the warm welcome and sincere care! He is always ready to help and tell in detail about all the nuances, which made our stay especially pleasant. The only small minus is a little noisy outside the window, but it was short-lived and did not spoil the impression. Thank you very much for the pleasant greeting and congratulations! I recommend this hotel - a great place for a comfortable stay.

Exceptionally clean and modern. Far exceeds any of the hotel rooms I’ve stayed in and also like priced apartments on a number of previous visits to Ho Chi Minh City. Owner easy to deal with. A little tricky to find but once that’s achieved, the place is a gem.

The studio apartment was great - nice bed, small desk and sitting area next to the window. Lots of wardrobe space, great bathroom. Kindest host ever - Bin, he was super attentive and friendly, really went above and beyond for the WiFi problems especially when I had a job interview during my stay.

It was loud from the club nearby - it went on until 2:30am, it was told by our host but we didn’t realise how loud it was going to be!! You definitely need earplugs! Only nitpicking but a TV in the room would’ve been a nice added bonus!

Great location, friendly and kind host, clean apartment as it looks on the photos!

Nothing

The staff were helpful and accommodating

We had a fantastic stay in Bin’s apartment. We had just arrived in Vietnam, and Bin made us feel extremely welcomed, and gave us lots of helpful tips for things to do, arranged a tour for us and gave us food recommendations, and even brought us amazing salt coffees! Bin really went above and beyond and was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment itself was fabulous, clean, and well equipped. It was in a perfect location to explore the city. Our favourite stay in our travels so far.

Great place to stay in district 1

Good value for money, the studio has everything needed

The location is in a dirty street and you need to get through a garage where people cook, clean and smoke to get to the rooms.

It had everything you need, and it’s CLEAN.

Big room. Nice location.

Balcony was small. No room for chairs and table.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we're underwhelmed with it. The apartment was large and comfortable enough, but we had expectations of a light and airy apartment with a city view. The reality was different, our window looked out onto a wall barely 2ft away. The bathroom although clean really needed to be updated, the sink just leaked all over the floor when you let the water out and the door was delaminating as there was no shower curtain. I'm sure the other apartments are better and in keeping with the pictures.

The bathroom needs to be updated

There are a few nice food options on the little street it’s on. It’s well sized. The host was responsive. I actually feel sorry for the host, but he SHOULD NOT be renting this property out until the sound issue is resolved with nightclub.

I’ve never in my life heard such loud music in a hotel I’ve stayed at. There seemed to be some sort of nightclub next door playing unimaginably loud music until about 3am. This was EVERY NIGHT. It was so loud that the DJ might as well have been in our bedroom. We asked for 50% refund which was refused. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP.

Great location, host was very helpful and huge bonus having the washing machine. There is a nightclub close by that plays music until 04.00 most nights but also the people directly downstairs are also making noises and washing pots and pans until very late.

The room is spacious and equipped with almost everything you would need (iron, kettle, microwave, electricity extension, hair dryer, toiletries, water heater for shower, refrigerator) and the real plants inside the room adding a "feel at home" to the stay. The room has a mini kitchen with some utensils if planning to cook, as well as a full automatic washing machine and clothes dryer. The apartment is located in a small aisle at a centralised area where you can reach all famous touristic spots easily and just by foot. There is a 24/7 supermarket very close to the apartment. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with very fast communication, and the locals at the restaurant down the building are very friendly and always smile to you whenever passing through. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Ho Chi Minh 👌🏼

The room's soundproofing is a bit weak as I could hear the loud sound of music coming from a nearby nightclub until 2 am. every night. The hosts informed the they've filled a complaint to local authorities against the night club.

We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it for others. The host was very gracious and couldn't have been nicer.

The only caveat is that there is a club nearby that can be a bit loud into the wee hours but perhaps that's comes with staying in a lively city area.

Very very beautiful and buffet breakfast that was included was delicious and has lots of options for food

Can not dirty towels because will be charged extra.

this is a very cozy room that suited all of my needs very well. in addition, the staff (Minh) was so kind and really helped me experience the best possible trip to Saigon.

Minh was super helpful from a couple of days before I arrived right to helping me with my luggage to the taxi. He was very patient with all my questions and helping with site visits. The apartment itself is very cosy. A nice home away from home. I love the plants, a nice touch. Very well located, not far from the main market, and also other tourist sites.

Great location, a welcoming and attentive host, and a spotless space!

The area can be a bit noisy at night, and a few neighbors were less friendly than expected.

Nice cozy apartment with everything needed close by.

Music was a bit loud from a neighboring bar. Maybe better sound isolation could help.

Really nice :) it’s an apartment, not a hotel

Staying at A Little Hanoi felt like a home away from home. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and even remembered my name throughout my stay. The room was compact but very well-organized, and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. The highlight was the proximity to all the action—restaurants, shops, and attractions were all within walking distance.

While the hotel is not overly luxurious, it’s clear they prioritize cleanliness and customer service. I especially loved the balcony in my room, where I could sit and enjoy the city view with a cup of tea. The location is fantastic, with Nguyen Hue Walking Street just around the corner. For the price, it’s hard to find a better option in the area
