The unit is a bit dirty but still alright

The room and kitchen need a good cleaning.

The location was really good. Its close to everything.

The property didn’t looked like it was well maintained. There were small cockroaches running around the flat. The host gave us another room for us moved to but the wifi was not working and seemed like someone had already slept on the bed.

I love the place. It's clean and big. It has all the essentials we need to stay their comfortably. Also, it's near the stations and malls. Very convenient.

I've stayed with so many units around Cubao area and this is the only unit that has drinking water — a gallon of drinking water prepared for use. Something that I personally liked since most units don't have that available. The unit is spacious enough and can occupy than 4 people.

Small cockroaches in the unit - tolerable because I'm not that sensitive to them but to others, this might cause an issue. Hot and Cold shower - maybe it would be nice to have a hot shower especially for upcoming cold months.

Room is really big, and all if us slept.comfortably

Clean is so poor. They need Insect and cockroach control . Furniture old and borken ...

- Listing included access to pool but we had to pay for it extra. - Bed sheets have some funky smell, might not be fresh. - Has some cockroaches all over (dead and alive) - The hallway smells like cigarettes smoke. - Living room AC could barely make the place cold. - Very thin (and not clean?) blankets on the room.

Good location as it is very close to everything. Communication with the owner were very good

The smell of the bedsheets and pillowcases, towels were not good and the bedsheets looks likes hasnt been changed at all. Spare mattress needs cleaning as it has some cockroaches. Washing machine should be provided .

The accessories or furnitures like toilet sit not intact.the cover sofa was dirty and the tv table has a dusty. And the smell of under sink was very terrible smell

if would be better if the blanket would be thick enough for bedroom to sleep as this would be much comfortable..

The proximity to all the nearest amenities. Mall is in front & close to MRT/LRT.

Lots of cockroaches everywhere. Found some dead cockroach In the cupboard. Also some live cockroaches roaming around. Lastly when I came past midnight as my flight from the province was delayed, the beds we're not yet fully covered & I was the one who fixed the bedding. Those are minors only but the most are the cockroaches who looks really scary considering their sizes & their smell. In all I like my stay except for those cockroaches.

When we walked in the door, roaches started scrambling in the kitchen. Ewww!!!!

The location of the place is very convenient for shopping & going around nearby commercial pkaces.

Everytime the other unit across the unit where we are cooks stinky food, they open their door. Because of this, the stinky odour seeps through the small opening of our door making inside our unit smells stinky too as well as the entire hallway going to the elevator.

The sofa linens were a bit dusty, but Ms Em replaced it immediately after we requested to change the covers. :)
