Reviewed Jul 6, 2025I had a wonderful stay at the CEOZ1 Duplex 1BR Suite in Bayan Lepas. The unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The modern design and cozy interior created a very welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect — close to USM, SPICE, and many local attractions, which made it very convenient for my trip. The host was very responsive and friendly, providing clear check-in instructions and quick replies to my questions. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a good night’s rest. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the stylish decorations and the well-equipped kitchen area. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was very helpful for both work and leisure. Overall, I felt like I was staying in a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Penang and would gladly stay here again in the future.

The Entry Door feels unsafe, not private as we can hear sound from outside. Sometimes we can hear the sound of a water pump or some machine operating at the building.

It's situated in a bustling area with a plethora of food shops and eateries just a stone's throw away, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Whether you're craving local Malaysian cuisine or international dishes, you'll find plenty of choices within walking distance. The staff handling the suite were exceptionally nice and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying at the CEO Building Penang Duplex Suite. The combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service made my visit to Penang truly memorable. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation option in the city.

The smell of mothballs throughout the apartment, ineffective air conditioning, the bedroom on the first floor with no possibility of opening the window. The hostess insisted on a deposit even though we were there for one night. She finally gave up. Some fruits, such as dragon fruit, cannot be eaten in the apartment.

Just 1 toilet and it was at downstair..not friendly use for older like mom or nanny.
