Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Very spacious room and beds for 6 pax. There are proper utensils in the kitchen drawer. Very convenient if you buy food stuffs back, and keep room clean as there's rubbish bags provided.
Never knew is a hotel but under different management. Hence, no hotel service (for room nor towel in swimming pool), and parking is not foc. Figure ourselves on the sofabed, but seems hollow in the center. Whatapps was not responded during the stay. There were some bed bugs too, but luckily nothing serious. Hopefully is fully cleaned for next guests.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025The swimming pool is conveniently located right next to the room, allowing children to enjoy it easily and peacefully.
From the moment I entered the room, there was a very strong unpleasant smell, which appeared to be coming from a clogged sink. A guest’s first impression upon entering a room should be a clean and fresh scent; however, the odor was overwhelming. I even purchased an air freshener, but it did not eliminate the smell. The toilet also had a very strong odor, and the sink near the shower area was clogged. In addition, the curtains were extremely dirty and looked as though they had not been cleaned or replaced for a very long time. There were cobwebs in the room, the floor felt sticky, and the outdoor table had not been wiped at all, with visible food residue remaining. Overall, the room was in an extremely unhygienic condition. I was also very uncomfortable and unable to sleep properly, as this was my first experience staying in a hotel room where lizards were present. This experience was very disappointing and does not reflect the standard expected of a hotel. I hope the management will take this matter seriously and take immediate action to improve cleanliness and maintenance. Thank you

Felt conjusted a bit, but that's fine.. Unexpected the unit doesn't have a balcony, the windows was frosty and can't open to feel the fresh air. Lacked in home entertainment with an old fashioned TV Parking - total disappointment. Stayed 2 nights and no cleaning services?? another minus point.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2025The place was exactly shown in the picture. However during check in the Wifi was not working but it was rectified once they were informed. The hot/room temperate water dispenser is handy. The location is not so close to jonker street however it is still walkable (if you do not mind walking). The place is nearby the famous Jalan Bunga Raya Popiah. The place is also situated along the Melaka river and the view was great during night. The bed was comfortable. The sofa was not so comfortable. Overall it was a great stay.
the lock was upside down and it is quite difficult to enter the password to unlock.

Walkable to Jonker about 25mins, 7Eleven less than 10mins walk, 24hr cheap halal eatery Seri Sahabat abt 15mins walk. Bed & pillows were comfortable. My wife appreciated the hair dryer, iron & board. A/C was cool & good water flow in the toilet. Superb host who gave step by step guide for check-in/out.
Room seemed dilapidated & not maintained well. Furniture looks worn out & the ceiling fan was not available at the balcony. Room maybe last painted more than 5yrs ago. No drying rack to hang wet clothes out of the pool. Fortunately we only booked for a night & spent most of the time outside & only went back late at night to sleep. The pool off the balcony was the saving grace.

The room could fit roughyl about 5 person, though I stayed alone so it felt odd staying in such a spacious place. Excellent hygiene and fresh-smelling sheets. Very cute retro game console that comes with the TV to bring back nostalgia. The toilet facilities and also the water dispenser was a bonus plus point!

Two major concern about the room, 1. Broken tiles on the floor which was covered up by carpet. Dangerous to walk over the area. 2. Sofa bed which does not have foam in a few spots, can't sit nor sleep on it. It's worn out. Other wise, it is a good apartment.
