Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Found this property at first but don’t want coz don’t understand the bed description. At the end of the day we chose this property coz got cancelled from other. The best choice always the first one u saw. I love everything abt this property. Especially there is playing area for kids. Check-in was smooth. The host was very good and fast at service. Bed was clean and comfy. 3 room with 9beds, perfect for 3-4 small family. Spacious living room with large sofa can sleep comfortably and large television can play ps5 very fun. I was hope to extend one more day. Thank you so much!
There is no toothpaste and toothbrush.

Condo facilities is bad. Especially the swimming pool. Water is very² dirty and oily. End up decided not to continue swimming. Kids were dissappointed. Made a complaint to guard and management but they seems cant be bothered.

The unit and the items provided itself could do with some improvements. Like the wallpaper could use a change. The pan provided has been previously burned & it could use an additional cooking pot for making late night instant noodles for hungry kids. The extra mattresses provided have also quite obviously been used for a long time. They were already tearing and the fabric was dirty. The rain shower was not working and the bathroom door had mould stains on them.

The host was absolutely amazing—friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions we had. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future.

I’m really disappointed and uncomfortable with this homestay. The condition of the house was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The toilets were not cleaned, the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped, and the window mirrors/glass were dusty and dirty. The plates, bowls, spoons, and cups were all dirty. The sink was clogged and looked like it had not been properly cleaned or scrubbed. The dining table was sticky and not wiped properly. Even the bedsheets felt old, worn out, and had a musty smell. Honestly, everything was very bad and far below basic cleanliness standards. I did not have a comfortable stay at all and I hope this issue will be taken seriously. PLUSSSSS ! There were loud noises 24/7, like chairs and tables being dragged nonstop. The place also felt haunted, especially in the master bedroom, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe during the stay.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Once we enter to the atlantis residence we dont have the access card inside the letter box we waited for 1hour+ its not easy to wait with kids we travelled from penang to melaka ....no proper response from the person incharge our booking date was on 7th march we reached 8th march .... atleast you should keep the card because we already paid .. And the house is not clean very dirty condition due to last minute house keeping ...wet floor....in the balcony there's cigarettes ash...behind the door got someone's used towel...inside the kitchen sink got rubbish....at the cushion and kids play area and also bedsheets there's a blood stain....and theres no proper reason.. Veryyyyyyyyy poor service

Pemandangan dari apartment pun cantik, memang beri suasana yang relaxing. Ini antara tempat yang saya paling enjoy sepanjang. Saya sangat mengesyorkan penginapan ini kepada sesiapa yang mencari tempat yang selesa dan lengkap! Apartment ini mempunyai swimming pool yang besar dan sangat menarik, serta pemandangan laut yang cantik yang pasti buat anda rasa tenang dan relax.terdapat kumadahan untuk anak2 bermain didalam sangat2 menyeronokan,Lokasinya juga sangat strategik kerana dekat dengan bandar, jadi mudah untuk ke mana-mana. Kemudahan yang disediakan memang lengkap, termasuk dapur dan ruang BBQ yang memudahkan untuk memasak dan luangkan masa bersama keluarga atau rakan-rakan. Yang paling saya hargai adalah layanan owner yang sangat baik dan responsif—memang banyak membantu sepanjang penginapan. Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah tempat yang sangat berbaloi dan pasti akan membuatkan anda ingin datang lagi!

Das Apartment liegt etwas abseits vom touristischen Zentrum und nebenan wird überall gebaut. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal eher eine Unterkunft in Altstadtnähe bevorzugen. Der Pool ist groß aber auch ziemlich kalt und es fehlt an Infrastruktur wie Cafés oder Ähnlichem. Die Wohnung selbst ist ok, aber bei genauem Hinschauen gibt es auch diverse kleinere Mängel.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Location very near shop lots thus no need to worry about food and stuff purchase. Like the cleanliness, cozy and large condo, very easy to get parking spot, facilities is good, swmming pool is big and fun. 10 minutes to Jonker street, very convenient.
Condo lift could be improve, it hang and shakes when going in, little scary. The TV is small, but it's ok. Got some smell near washing machine.

Besides, the bedrooms are clean and comfortable too. The view of all the rooms are beautiful, able to enjoy the sunset at evening. Toilets are big and clean too. The TV can access to YouTube too, it was so convenient.
