It was a great hostel. Clean, good location, nice view, friendly staff.

The location is fantastic, and the services offered there are pristine. Very spacious and comfortable, for a very good price also. The staff is also extremely kind and can help with any issue at any time.

The place attracting lots of tourists, it can be a bit noisy at night (even with closed doors)

Very Clean, great location and very friendly staff. It was my first stop in China and it could have not been better. This is a very good hostel and I would definitely recommend it! Close to main attractions as well as Bus and Metro. Clean bathroom and they provide towels. Nice common area. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Big Thank you!

Chambres confortables et propres. L’espace commun est beau également. Le personnel est gentil et l’auberge très propre.

Le seul point est la salle de bain, qui pour le rapport qualité/prix est très bien, il faut juste savoir que ce sont des « squat toilet » (comme partout en Chine) et que la douche se trouve au dessus.

Everything is great. The shopkeeper is very friendly and the air conditioning is very effective. I came here in 2023 once. This is my second visit

Central location

4 bed dorm is not a 4 bed dorm! It is merely upstairs (separated by a curtain) from the 6 bed dorm. There is 1 shower and 2 toilets for 10 people! There isn't a window and therefore its super dark. Photos don't represent the actual hostel - the ceiling is missing in the dorm!

Great location, very friendly staff, great value for money. Safe and well located hostel. Plugs to charge in capsule bed. Clean towel available everyday. The staff is very laid back and chill. They are very helpful

No window or natural light in the room where they put us westerners. A basic fan just to get some air moving in the room. Would be good a window to get natural light when waking up. Otherwise hygiene is not on spot in it all, but for the cost it is acceptable; only if you are a guy tho.

Very good location, not next door to metro but in a walking distance(very hard to find, cause it is in a alley). It is again not far from tourist spots like 18 steps and City on the cliff(I dont know in name but it like Hongya Dong but it is better vibe and feel much more comfortable).

Todo estuvo muy bien.

The beds had curtains and towels were provided which was appreciated and the shower was hot. This is a pretty basic hostel which for the price you can't complain.

It is worth noting that the 4 bed dorm is on top of the 6 bed dorm so while the 4 bed dorm is more private you are sharing 2 toilets and a shower with the 6 bed dorm (you have to walk through the 6 bed dorm to get to the toilet)

The 6 bed dormitory accomodates 10 girls contratry to the description of the room. And there is only one shower and 2 toilets for 10 girls when all the beds are occupied. The mattress was so hard it was impossible to remain asleep all night without my back hurting. No lockers in the room but there are lockers on the ground floor. The pictures are edited and the room looks more gloomy in real life.

had a really great stay at this hostel! everything was pretty much perfect from the moment I arrived. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and always happy to help with anything. facilities were clean and well maintained, the bed was also very comfortable😸 i had really great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others i'd happily stay here again! best place in cq👍 10/10

The room was freezing.. there was no heating system, just extra blankets which didn’t keep anyone warm

Owner was really nice, large bedroom with a good view.

The mattress was very hard, I couldn’t have a proper sleep, bathroom in the room wasn’t great.

How friendly and welcoming the owner (Jason) is how well he accommodated us. That we were able to hire scooters for very cheap. The location is perfect right next to good food/ convent stores the showers were great toilets clean room air conditioned has everything you need in a hostel.

Oh I love everything here. The service is amazing. The staffs are great. The hostel’s near from tourists attractions. They provide everything and it’s very comfy.

Clean and well located. The staff was also very friendly and helpful sharing infos about how to spend the new year. The room is quite big.

Even though it's not super close to the subway station, it's still not that far. The environment is very calm, not really a social hostel.

The people running this hostel truly go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I missed my connecting flight in Shenzhen and arrived very late in the night as a result. The man and woman running this hostel were very welcoming and accommodating to my situation, even with the inconvenience I had surely caused them. Rooms are clean, western toilet provided, shower is clean and large, good privacy in the beds too.

The localisatoin was near everything, the attrations and the metro. The personel was really nice, and the bedroom/bathroom was clean. There was a cat.

Wow!!! This place is really in the center of chongqing city and so easy to find, if you have wechat account (hostel sennt me detailed way to get to the hostel from the subway station and i found it easily) The room was so clean and comfortable and I could enjoy view from the kitchen windows, while I was having breakfast. Staffs were so kind and friendly, too. To me, it was really perfect for chongqing travel!!!! If any visiting chongqing again, I will definitely come back here again!

I liked the room temperature so much. I like sleeping in a little cool temperature myself. So it was the perfect to me. If someone not feeling good with low room temperature, just wear one more hoodie, when sleeping. It would be fine.

Location is good and the staff is very welcoming you also have a lot of restaurants around. They are very honest and offer you a refund if you are not happy with the facilities.

The photos from the hostel are from the good old days, when it was shiny new. When I arrived it smelled moldy, paint from the walls is peeling, beds didn't feel clean... It's lacking maintenance. It gets the job done for 1 night but nothing more, at least for me. It was my 2nd time in Chongqing and I'm sure that you can find better places for the same price. I hope they improve and give some love to the facilities because the location and staff is great.

The staff is very kind and helpful ! The location is perfect, you can visit a lot around just by walking (Shibati, Raffles City and even Great Hall of People if you really love walking)

There is no kitchen place but it's ok, you can go eat out or just buy something in a convenience store :)

Honestly for the 1 night i stayed it was perfectly fine. Bed was a little hard but i dindt mind it. Its perfectly situated in the city. The staff informed me of the events happening on the day and i got to enjoy a great light show and drones. Price value was just about right. 👌

A professional, clean and well ran basic hostel. It is Not trying to be everything to everyone. Its stated aim is to offer the basics to travellers and some Chinese workers and students at a low cost. The little sleeping pods are great with their own power sockets and light plus the privacy curtain. The showers and bathroom areas are good and clean and the common room is very large with huge opening windows. The logistics to navigate around Chongching might be a bit of an issue for some people. But if you take your time and use key orientation points and the metro then anyone should be fine. All the staff at the hostel offered a contact telephone number just in case you got totally lost and disoriented and there's always Didi taxis to fall back on. Do Not expect anything flashy. It does the very basics very well. The hostel is very laid back, it has good security, free large lockers and cold 660ml beers for 6¥ I have travelled for over 40 years and stayed in many many hostels and I would recommend this place to Any real traveller who wants to keep their costs low. The location is Superb and there are many local family ran food businesses and supermarkets all over the area. Approx a 12-15 min walk to the centre of time square.
