Habitación de dos estancias perfecta para familias. Habitación muy amplia, limpia y cama muy cómoda. Se encuentra ubicada en una zona menos concurrida, aunque cuenta con algunos restaurantes de comida local muy ricos y a buen precio. Tienen opción de desayuno occidental. Además, solicitamos si podían añadir algo de fruta en el menú de desayuno y lo hicieron sin problema.

Para ir a los principales lugares turísticos está algo alejado, aunque para nosotros no fue problema porque Didi funciona muy bien.

白像街は歩行者専用なので、車をホテルに直づけはできない。 道路近くにエスカレーター付きの遊歩道があったが、電源がとおっておらず。 ホテルの責任ではないですが、家族連れの多荷物の場合、苦労しました

Nos alojamos en un duplex dos adultos y dos niños. Estaba muy bien decorado, moderno y limpio. Nos proporcionaron numerosas amenities, fruta de bienvenida, bebidas, snacks y agua. El desayuno incluido en el precio era abundante y muy rico. Además, la persona de recepción era extremadamente amable y siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudar. La ubicación es correcta, con Didis te puedes mover por toda la ciudad.

Vackert och välstädat rum med rolig planlösning, där sängen stod uppe på ett loft. Blev väldigt stort och trivsamt. All minibar ingick i rumskostnaden. Trevlig personal och god kinesisk frukost med olika alternativ.

La habitación de dos pisos era muy grande y totalmente equipada. Las chicas del personal muy atentas y amables. La camas y las almohadas eran sublimes! La cama más cómoda en la que hemos dormido en todo el viaje. Lo que es la habitación nos ha encantado, las instalaciones del hotel no mucho. En la zona hay varios restaurantes y un Starbucks.

Es complicado llegar al hotel, ya que se encuentra en una zona que no pueden acceder vehículos y desde la carretera hasta el hotel es muy confuso, hay muchas escaleras e ir con maleta grande es complicado. Tienen ascensor para llegar hasta la habitación pero llegar hasta él es un poco rebuscado, tienes que entrar como por un local en obras que está al lado del hotel.

Very nice and comfy room. Very helpful staff, went out of their way to organise take-away breakfast for us as we had a flight at 6:00 am.

The hotel is in an 'old town' area on White Elephant street. There were some renovations going on along the street but not immediately near the hotel. In a few months, that street would be even nicer. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was ever so helpful and friendly, they helped us to organise taxis, left luggage , organise short cruise etc. We walked from the hotel to lots of attractions. Beware Chongqing is hilly.

The breakfast is currently served a bit late , at 9am. They gave us take-away breakfast when we have to leave earlier.

Accueil de l’hôtel parfait, qui nous a même surclassé. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Les équipements modernes et fonctionnels. Il était également possible de demander un café ou des snacks gratuitement, de même pour une lessive (pratique en cas de voyage long).

Rien (à part peut être la situation du logement, assez éloigné du métro, une vingtaine de minutes à pied, mais c’est assez commun à Chongqing, et c’est le prix de la tranquillité)

Very nice old style building, got a free upgrade which is awesome! Staff super friendly and helpful, very nice area, very local, breakfast also good. There is a mahjong house downstairs, interesting to see how it is. The gym is also cute. There are also 2 Chinese medecine exchange center nearby, def worth visiting!

A boutique hotel in the old area. We enjoyed walking form the hotel to Hongya Cave (30-45 minutes) through Chongqing. The room was upgraded to a duplex room. The staff is ultra helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would be returning here to stay after our Yangtze cruise.

The breakfast is not served till 9am, a bit late for our preference. It might suit other people

Очень приятный персонал, интересное расположение, удобная кровать, в номере есть все необходимое. К отелю нельзя подъехать на машине, зато ночью очень тихо из-за отсутствия дороги рядом. От точки высадки идти примерно 2-3 минуты.

Завтрак скудноват: в европейском варианте завтрака одно жареное яйцо, тост, сладкая сосиска и сладкая ветчина. Дополнительно идут фрукты и кусок рулета, которые скрашивают этот прием пищи :)

The retro style of building is blend in this historic area , I personally like the atmosphere here. Not far from central of tourist attractions without huge noise, though take city walk in Chongqing is quite challenging .staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is super clean, breakfast is tasty. A tiny gym set in self laundry room, it’s perfect for doing Pilate or cardio exercise while waiting.

The room was well stacked and clean. Very comfortable furnitures. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

We had a good stay in Chongqing in a very spacious, two-story apartment-style hotel room that worked especially well for a family. The space itself was comfortable, quiet, and felt safe, which made it easy to relax after busy days exploring the city. However, despite the language barrier and limited English, the staff were genuinely kind and very helpful whenever we needed assistance — and that mattered much more to us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place particularly for families looking for a spacious and safe accommodation option in Chongqing.

The hotel seems to have been put together a bit weakly in some areas, and you could notice that the overall finish and maintenance were not perfect.

The owner was very kind and helpful. We were stucked somewhere with all our luggage. She came to collect us. She also helped with arranging a taxi and pre-paid for us. What a service!😃

The location is not near a subway exit, but at the other hand, the neighbourhood is quiet.

Location was convenient and the place was so fun for a group of friends. Service was excellent and staff were responsive to our multiple requests. We had a great stay as a group of 4.

Only downside was that there was only one shower and one bathroom, so we had to balance our time when tidying up, but it was overall very manageable

Personal de 10 (nos dejaron guardadas las maletas un día entero y encima nos dieron unos regalos). La habitación era genial, camas cómodas, baños limpios, confort. Incluso botellas de agua, té, cola, aperitivos...incluidos.

Por poner una pega, el desayuno "americano" no era todo lo bueno que esperábamos.

He tenido la mejor experiencia que haya vivido en un hotel, hubo una confusión al reservar y la manager/dueña nos solucionó el problema de una manera increíble. La solución fue darnos dos habitaciones habiendo pagado solo 1. Poca gente responde de esta manera ante una situación de confusión y error. Quería agradecer de corazón a los encargados porque se han portado de lujo. Una experiencia increíble, las habitaciones son una auténtica pasada, una calidad precio increíble.. Ya estoy con ganas de volver otra vez la verdad. La zona es increíble, construida en estilo tradicional de ladrillos mezclando elementos occidentales con orientales, en una calle dónde hay restaurantes, tiendas, centros de masajes 24h... En definitiva, este hotel situado en la zona Baixiang, una parte de la ciudad increíble ofrece todo lo que necesitas para tener una estancia de lo más maravillosa.

Todo es increíble, nada que destacar por nuestra parte. La zona está en reformas a 03/2026 en unos pocos meses habrá centros comerciales y nuevas instalaciones por la zona que dará mucha más vida de la que ya hay. Así que todo lo que os encontréis ahora será para mejor.

AMAZING. First thing i want to mention. When we presented the staff with our passports, she texted me 10 minutes later on WeChat to congratulate my girlfriend with her birthday. That was such a nice little interaction wich made us both extra happy with the stay. The room was also perfect. 1 to 1 from the pictures. (By the way, the toilet has a heated seat 😛). The bed was very comfortable, we had a lot of facilities. The fridge was stocked with free snacks and drinks. Overall a stay i would book again!

Good-looking hotel in the center of Chongqing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Service was exceptional and personalised and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were warm and friendly and even accommodated us by doing our laundry. The hotel ensured there was good communication and we loved the modern style of the room with quality amenities.

The best decision I made during my entire trip. The property is spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The interior design creates a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, and the room is thoughtfully stocked with practical items for travelers’ everyday needs. The staff are incredibly helpful and understanding, adding a warm and welcoming touch to my stay. This place gave me the most impressive and lasting memory of Chongqing. I’ll definitely choose it again on my next visit.

The lighting system is a bit complicated, and it’s not easy to control the upstairs and downstairs lights separately. The stairs in the room are highly polished, which makes them quite slippery. Even with the warning sign, I unfortunately slipped twice during my stay. 😅

It is in the center of everything. Within the walking distance, you can reach the JieFang Bei, HongYaDong, 18 stairs. The facility is nice. We had the loft that can host up to 4 people. The bath room is modern and clean. The king size bed is super comfy. The best part is you can make the room so dark for a nap.

The stairs to the room need more work.

This gorgeous hotel was my favourite from my entire trip through China. The owner is exceptionally kind and even gave excellent recommendations for local food. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully designed. Everything was incredibly comfortable and every little detail (free tea, snacks etc) just added to the overall cosy feeling. The bathtub helped me relax after a long day exploring the city. It’s a very convenient location for exploring Chongqing, just a 2-minute walk for a taxi or a bit longer for the metro.

Beautiful room, attentive staff, great location. Loft style room with bed and bath upstairs, with toilet room and living room on lower level. Many shops and restaurants nearby, yet located in a quiet area off the main street. A great view which included a little of the Yangtze river. Excellent coffee provided complementary in the lobby. Highly recommended!

No kitchen, bar fridge only. Location was harder to find for taxi drivers and such as located a short walk away from the street on a pedestrian only path.

I’m not usually the kind of person who writes reviews, but this time I felt I had to — and this one comes straight from the heart. First of all, the hotel has a perfect location and offers a great balance between price and quality. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-designed — ideal if you’re traveling with friends but still want some privacy, thanks to the two separate floors in the room layout. But the true gem of this hotel is the staff — especially the owner. She was incredibly kind and welcoming. We honestly felt like we were visiting a distant aunt who was there for us no matter what. A genuinely warm-hearted person, always ready to help with directions, solve any issue, and make sure you feel at home in the city. Yes, it’s listed as a 2-star hotel — probably because it’s small — but I would add two more stars just for the hospitality and care alone. The breakfast was also authentic and really enjoyable! We stayed in several 5-star hotels during our trip around southern China, including Chongqing and Chengdu — and while those were nice, if you’re looking for an authentic, family-style experience full of warmth and human connection, this is the place to go. From the thoughtful recommendations to the personal attention — everything was simply perfect.

Lovely and beautiful hotel within reasonable distance from downtown. If you arrive by Subway make sure to use the ELEVATOR or you are in for a Chongqing experience. The owner communicates through a translator but was super friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Downstairs toilet is too inconvenient

The location is excellent 15 min walk from Jiefangbei street. The room was clean, the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast optional western style / Chinese style. The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. I needed support with a chinese airlines communication and they solved it.

This hotel is the most distinctive hotel I have stayed in recent years. It is very comfortable, the environment and service is very good, the lobby and rooms’ decoration are also very good.You can drink tea and coffee in the lobby in the afternoon, it is really convenient to stay here when traveling, and you can basically walk to all the famous spots around Jiefangbei. The stroll and walkway along the Yangtze River allows for running, with a round-trip distance of 8 kilometers, which is very comfortable and nearby the hotel. While running, you can enjoy the city scenery and admire the Yangtze River.

I got the loft-type that is very cozy & comfy. There are local shops and food/cafes around the area. The location is secluded and away from the noise, yet close to the main traffic/intersection for transport convenience. The music playlist is nice to compliment the ambience :) The ladies are friendly and helpful.

There are some stairs if u have quite a big luggage, but the ladies are very helpful :)

Quiet, off the main street but yet still within reasonable proximity to city centre. The staff attention to our request and questions were excellent. Beds were comfortable.

Common area around the hotel eg loft, corridor can do with some cleaning though. I believed these areas “don’t belong” to the hotel as the hotel occupy just part of the entire building and as such.. these common areas seems neglected.

Location is close enough to attractions and far enough from the noise. Room is clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff, trustworthy as well, recommended a few places for food that were enjoyable local delights.

A more accessible route to and from the hotel rooms to the reception area would be better. We checked out earlier due to our flight being in the hour of the owl and had to carry our huge luggage up the stairs.

Amazingly attentive and welcoming staff, provided us with local restaurant recommendations, a guide map, snacks, and coffee. The rooms are super super clean and beautifully designed. We particularly enjoyed how soft and comfortable the bedding and towels were.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and communicating on WeChat before and during the stay was very useful. The location is peaceful at night due to being in a pedestrian only area, and surrounded by places to eat. Highly recommend the Only Cafe next door. Clean and beautiful room and great amenities!
