De eigenaar was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik was zeer tevreden; alles was volledig naar wens. Zeker een aanrader.
Toplocatie, prachtig zeezicht en een schoon, perfect verzorgd appartement met een zeer gastvrije eigenaar.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We especially liked having three TVs, one in each room, and the beautiful balcony view of the sunset. Cleanliness was okay, not spotless, but decent. Location wise, you really need a car to stay here, otherwise you’ll rely on taxis all the time. Overall, for North African standards, it was fine. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but a full-length mirror would have been nice. What we liked most was the space, the three TVs for everyone, and the balcony view 🌅 🌊
However, we encountered three insects (like cockroaches) two in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. One bathroom had a clogged drain, causing water to overflow into the bedroom, and we had to use towels.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026The best place to stay near Agadir. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and beautiful. It's easy to get to the city centre. Close to the apartment there were cafes serving tradicional breakfarst and a well-equipped shop. Host was very helpful and nice. The living room with huge sofa and TV and view of the ocean was the perfect place to relax. The beds were large and comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped. I'd definitely stay here again. The stay exceeded our expectations.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Il est très bien équipé, moderne et confortable, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. L’endroit est calme, sécurisé et parfaitement propre. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout en restant tranquille. C’était vraiment au-delà de mes attentes, je recommande à 100 % et j’y reviendrai sans hésitation !

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Locatie was goed, wat verderop kon je lopend naar het strand gaan, of kwartiertje rijden was je bij de grote markt. Zeezicht was heel mooi, appartement is nieuw, ruim en schoon, je had zelfs een strijkijzer tot aan koffiezetapparaat. We verbleven als familie daar, en je had ook plaatselijke eettenten op loopafstand. Love Morocco

It is on the main road so you do get a lot of noise from the cars below. Not a big deal if you're inside, but if you're sitting on the balcony, it will be loud. For this location you need a car. There is a convenience store and a cafe within walking distance but no restaurants. You need a car for that.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2025Me encantó lo espacioso que era y lo buen ambientado que estaba. Para el calor que hace en Marruecos tenía aire acondicionado en todo el apartamento. La ubicación está genial. A tan solo 10 minutos tienes la playa aunque no es la más bonita que tiene Agadir t para ir al centro de Agadir 100% tienes que coger taxi.

Anza itself is a little bit run down but seems to be up and coming - we visited other areas a lot such as taghazout- but good surfing in Anza, fab cafe called the jungle.. the apartment was a perfect base to visit other places.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2025Nice flat with good sea view, but completely ruined by the owner's attitude. We had no hot water and no working cooker, were kept waiting in for a plumber who didn't arrive, then he started accusing us of breaking things just to avoid taking responsibility. An extraordinary way to treat customers and not really what you need when just trying to have a few relaxing days away. Best avoided.
