Pas grand chose, le calme règne dans l'immeuble.

Sur le plan emplacement, propreté, sécurité qualité de l’équipement de l’appartement ainsi que l’excellent rapport qualité prix, je confirme que tout était au top et j’encourage tout voyageur désirant se rendre à Agadir d’y réserver pour en profiter de ce merveilleux deal. Le service de l’établissement est excellent.

Owner was waiting for us at 2am when our flight arrived. Great service... Apartment is nice and clean.

The property was clean & comfortable.Also liked the good view from the balcony .We had almost everything we needed provided for us . We arrived very late but we had someone waiting for us .

Nothing really Next time they should probably add an iron so that guests can straighten their clothes .

Tout Literie au top appartement propre Appartement ultra équipé. Nous louons souvent et c’est la première qu’on avait un parasol dans l’appartement c’est peut être insignifiant mais c’est ultra pratique quand on va à la plage Ça démontre que notre hôte pense à tout comme si c’était lui qui voyageait Notre hôte a été ultra disponible et arrangeant un grand merci

L'appart propre, sécurisée, confortable, on se croirait chez soi. La disponibilité du responsable, répond à toutes vos questions, avec réactivité.

La proximité du centre ville , la propreté de l’appart , l’emplacement vue sur mer et surtout surtout le bon accueil de si Ayoub qui était vraiment à la hauteur , Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour , je vous le recommande 🤗

Z okna widać było ocean. We wszystkich pokojach klimatyzacja, którą bez problemu uruchamia się, kiedy jest za zimno. Dwie łazienki. Cały kompleks był chroniony - kamery i osoby pilnujące, przez całą dobę. Niedaleko znajduje się duży sklep Carrefour. Tuż przy kompleksie - małe sklepiki i kawiarnia. Niedaleko Carrefour przystanek autobusu numer 8 i 31, którymi za tzw. grosze ( 5 dirham) mozna dojechać do centrum Agadiru. Niestety nie ma tu typowych wiat. Trzeba spytać miejscowych albo trochę poobserwować.

The flat was great, as described supplied with everything you need and the host was so helpful

The only thing is the blankets in the double room, we wished if it was duvet with covers that can be washed and replaced

All the apartments was great and very clean. We enjoyed our stay there comfortable and wonderful view over the Atlantic ocean beach of Anza.

A bit nosy road outside make sure you close the balcony windows to reduce the noice. Second most important is the sofa bed are hard not really comfortable as bed to sleep. We were 6 people and we had to switch by turn who sleeps on the sofa’s.

Nothing to add really, new apartament, quiet, can be dark if you want to, nice sunset, equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, guarded parking.

Nothing - great place to feel private.

Fresh clean apartments in quite new respactable apartment complex with very comfortable underground parking. Everything needed for comfortable stay was in apartment. Just 10 minutes by car from clean and calm Taghazout beach and 7 minutes from Agadir center. The owner was very helpful and thankfully not pushy.

It is nearly impossible in this country to find peaceful spot in terms of noise. Old smelly motorcycles with not working mufflers are everywhere. So, in the apartment we heard them also, especially on the balcony. But it is clearly not the problem of the apartments but of the Morocco itself. The apartments are very good.

Everything was immaculate, super clean. Brilliant location and views of the sea. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and settled. The apartment has everything you will need. Lots of shops and places to eat.

Construction works opposite apartment

A great place to stay. Excellent communication with the host whenever we needed something, they responded quickly and solved any issues right away. The apartment has a nice view. There’s a big supermarket nearby, as well as cafés and restaurants. Easy access to the city by public transport. Plenty of parking space in the area. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.

There were a few missing items in the kitchen equipment, but the host quickly provided what was needed.

Amazing place, great contact for propperty - will use again in the future

L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal : à seulement 25 minutes de l’aéroport, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. L’accès est simple et sécurisé, dans un quartier calme. Le logement est confortable et impeccablement propre. Si vous avez oublié quelque chose, il y a de fortes chances que vous le trouviez sur place. Merci à Ayoub, un hôte attentionné et aux petits soins !

Lovely apartment and very friendly host. The view was great and the place was incredibly clean and fresh. I really recommended this place if you're okay getting taxis into Agadir (10-15 minutes). If you're coming for surfing in Anza, it's ideal. I had to pay cash on arrival which I wasn't a fan of; card would have been much better. Also, some more towels would have made things perfect. Thanks!

Modern and nice appartment! Good communication with the host, and security guards outside for safety. The beach and the marked is in walkable distance. Recommended!

Hard beds, maybe it’s the standard in Morocco?

Nice modern apartement with sunset and ocean view. Big balcony where to enjoy sunset. everything you need was there. Apartement building is safe, guarded, with small garden. Free and safe car parking on street. Friendly host Ayoub advised us for transportation and shopping and was available any time by whatsupp. He speaks and understands english well.

The wide road close to the building is noisy but it didn't disturb my sleep. There is no direct road to the beach. You have to walk a little longer. The balcony windows could be cleaner.

10mins walk to sea. It is located Anza, that is 7 mins drive from city center.

Everything was amazing. The rooms were clean. The view was beautiful exactly like the pictures and they had provided every small thing that we needed. Including sunscreen, mouth wash, beach volleyball and beach mats. Extremely helpful host. A must take for anyone looking for a stay with a view.

Everything was perfect.

I liked everything about the property. It was clean and welcoming with the newly built structure. All the furniture are brand new and modern. Ayub, who is managing the property, he was very welcoming and let me check in 1 day early in last minute. He was very accommodating and available to help.

There is nothing to dislike in the property. I was really happy so that I have booked December for our next trip to morroco.
