The swimming pool is not suitable for children.

property is clean and comfortable. easy to access from parking until the room. the host is very good and fast reply. always help customers.

Un soucis pour récupérer le code de la porte . On a du attendre 1h. Sachant qu’on est arrivé à 3h du matin les enfants etaient fatigués.

Tout était parfait. Établissement proche de bukit bintang environ 15min à pieds. Chambre parfaite avec belle vue. Frigo clim fer à repassé

It was such a pleasant stay!! Definitely will stay here again if I visit Kuala Lumpur again :) Room was very clean and big, it can fit up to 4 adults and 1 kid. It was also equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle, and also the cutlery. Best part: Staff is very helpful and nice, you can ask them everything around the clock and they would answer immediately. Kuddos for everyone!

The rooftop pool is the main attraction! Breathtaking! The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great place.

Nice experience

1. Pool it's great( but expect no where to sit) and outside guests all day taking selfies. Hopefully they charge at least for towels? Owner should have some folding chairs for guests to use. Pool view amazing but every high rise has a pool and view. 2. Washing machine ( but no where to hang clothes) luckily we have our own drying rack 3. Location is good, close to restaurants luckily they were all kind and nice at least the ones we went to.( go to Bottega it's great) 4. Christoper was great to work with from management he fixed our hot water situation very quickly and got back to us in a timely manner

1.Communication about deposit, I understand there is a deposit but should be called incidental like every hotel does( not cash). 2.All staff not friendly at building( reception, pool, restaurant, security, people staying there) 3. Out dated apartment( bathroom ok but mold around sink) 4. Elevators( not enough to handle building size) 5. Pool chairs, lounges not enough sitting not once did I get a chair. Restaurant doesn't want you to use chairs unless buy food or drink ( which I understand. 6. Distance to KL tower not a five min walk( unless go through park but pay $10 to do so 7. Notes posted everywhere in apartment on things not to do or be fined( we were told at least 3 times while checking in) never have I've seen this usually you sign a sheet that states you agree. Not notes everywhere. If you need this then wrong guests staying.

Smooth check in, great informative hosts, beautiful apartment, extremely clean and well equipped, comfortable and the views are amazing. Really feels like a home from home. Rooptop pool is a bonus clean and magical

Washing Machine, TV, Toaster, Hair Dryer, Microwave, Kettle everything is provided. Plus we all know the epic rooftop pool view with all 3 skyliners lit up at night. They will create a group for you beforehand with 4 to 5 helpers in the group, in any issues you have. They returned the entire deposit money, without any issues. I dont know why some complain about deposit money being held.

The only negative is the lift and the concept of a key being used to access lift at any time. I travelled with a family. And entirely 5 of us had to move at the same time, if any one of us: wanted to go somewhere🤣😂. there is 1 elevator key for the entire family.. which is pretty flawed & restrictive of freedom. I know its done to reduce elevator traffic. but there should be a better solution. There is a good Washing machine but no single spot in room or floor to sun dry the clothes. I used the hair dryer to do it

Waiting for an elevator can take a long time Apartment not really set up for a family of 4 - it just about works, but kids sleep on the large window seat - had they been any taller wouldn’t have been suitable - also kitchen only has 3 of most things so is a bit of a faff doing breakfast etc - that said, it was fine for 3 days

Card key did not work when i arrived Wifi worked for 1 hour then off till checkout the day after We agreed on 2 mattresses or extra bed but what i got is a single mattress by the window ( see the photo ) Room decoration and furniture was so poor compared with others room hosts i rent before in the same building

The view was good, the pool is also nice, with a nice view of the KL tower. There is a washing machine. The check in is very easy and fast and the hosts are super nice and responsive.

The studio is on a high floor so you depend on the elevators to get down, however there are way too few elevators for such a busy high-rise building. At one time I had to wait 20 min for the elevator to stop on my floor. The studio is not cleaned thoroughly, there is some dust in most places and I don't know why but the smell in the bathroom was horrendous the whole time I was there. This location does not have many restaurants around.

Everything was on point

Nice view over KL. Responsive staff. Good Internet connection . Very nice location. Easy check-in and check-out. Good A/C. Ceiling fan was convenient as we prefer not to run the A/V at night. Small mini market in the building.

The bathroom had a horrible smell. It was sometimes more, sometimes less, but very unpleasant. The mattress needs to be replaced. Uneven and uncomfortable. Something makes a loud noise every few hours. Perhaps the fridge. Some small insects in the bathroom. 4 elevators for a huge number of units. Sometimes you have to wait quite a while.

Only issue was that the fan was working slow and rest everything exceptional.

It was really worth staying. Amazing place. Attraction point is the swimming pool view of kl tower and petronas tower especially in night. Highly recommended

Finding the location through google was little difficult coz as per booking site the hotel name does not exist in google. If we update the hotel name in google it could be better to find the exact location.

I like how cozy the ambience and everything was provided. For instance, all the five of us were provided with towels and toothbrush without any additional charges. The bathroom is clean and the aircond work very well. Almost like a hotel room at the best price. Will definitely come again.

Nice view, the swimming pool is great and we liked the central position. It's good that there's a mini Mart at ground floor

We did not like the additional beds. The apartment is great if you are 2. But any additional person has to sleep on low mattresses on the floor and that's not the best...

the room and toilet are very clean.All electrical items function well. outdoor view also nice . The host also very helpfull and understanding

The owner's generosity in extending our check-out time for a nominal fee exemplified their hospitality. Moreover, the strategic location, merely 6km from Kuala Lumpur Hospital and within proximity to numerous attractions, amplified the convenience of our stay, enriching our overall experience.

1) Clean and well maintained room. 2) Water Heater, Iron, Washing Machine (Detergent powder included), Hair Dryer, Refrigerator and Microwave oven all in good condition. 3) Bathroom was clean. Water pressure was good. Soaps and Shampoos were provided. 4) Good view from the room. There is a common area in that floor where you can have a better view of KL Tower and KLCC Tower. 5) Strategic location. Approximately 15mins walk to Jalan Cangkat & Jalan Alor where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants and massage parlors. 6) Very helpful and considerate host. Gave us extra mattress, pillows, blankets and towels upon request. Immediate actions were taken by the host when a complaint was made. She also gave us extra extension cable to charge our phones.
