I had a wonderful stay at Mana-Mana Suites @ Ceylonz KLCC. The room was very clean, beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The view was amazing, especially the KL Tower view! The location is also very convenient and close to many places in Kuala Lumpur. Everything was perfect during our stay, and we really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you to the Mana-Mana Suites team for the great experience. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

the staff at the restaurant and bars in the building are the best part of this building

I can hear EVERYTHING from the room next to me, i was woken up at 6am with them having sex, again at 9am.... every cough, text message, you can hear everything as if you are in the same room, even when the staff come to clean the room after my neighbours left they are very loud and they must know i can hear every word. my room was also very grubby, and needs renovating. The wallpaper is peeling away, theres marks on the wall, my sofa was broken and sagging down, the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows are too thick, there is not even a single place to hang a towel? the building is very very crowded, you have to wait ages for the elevators. i would instead walk down the stairs but its easy to get lost because not every floor is labelled, the swimming pool has about 4 sun loungers there is no chance of getting one.

location is great, walkable to pavillion, walkable to good restaurants and bars. There is a breakfast option and rooftop pool has good views. Views from room are good. Cafe at the door is convenient for a quick snack. Probably still worth it for the location but good to know the negatives beforehand because tik tok does make this place seem like a dream.

We stayed for 3 nights and were quite shocked after what we had read about. Room isn’t cleaned unless you stay for 4 nights, so the shower area starts to smell quite damp. We ran out of toilet roll and were told “for your convenience you can buy more at a shop”. We asked for sofa bed on arrival and were initially told we couldn’t get sheets for this, the next day we eventually managed to get one sheet to somewhat set up the bed. Air con leaks A LOT of water. Pool is really nice but nowhere to put your stuff and crowded. Breakfast is an option but overpriced for what you get. Reception staff are lovely but can’t do anything as they don’t actually work for the company? The customer service we spoke to for Ceylonz say they operate more like airbnb rather than a hotel.

Good views only

I booked accommodation with breakfast. When I arrived to the property they told me they did not provide breakfast “anymore”. I asked about the money I paid for the breakfast and they told me to send a message through WhatsApp. It’s been already 3 weeks and no one is responding the messages or giving any updates about the money I spent for the breakfast I didn’t get. The rooms are not cleaned and the staff tells you to request things through WhatsApp instead of helping. I do not recommend to stay in this place. You will get robbed your money and your time.

Staff no simpático .establecimiento gerenciado por varias compañías de apartamentos de alquiler . Auténtico caos lo que resulta en un mal servicio . Mucho ajetreo siempre . Largas esperas de ascensores . Bastante gente que se quejaba como nosotros . Contratando desayuno 3 habitaciones que íbamos y la compañía anunció a última hora que ya no ofrecían desayunos con el hotel . Seguimos reclamando nuestros desayunos de 4 días . Booking nos está ayudando . Al día de hoy, hemos rellenado un formulario de abono de los desayunos . Veremos si nos los reembolsan . Durante los 4 días de estancia : NADIE VINO A CAMBIAR TOALLAS , NO RECOGER BASURA, NI LINPIAR ASEOS Y SUELO . Cama muy dura . Habitación regular , deteriorada por el sin parar de viajeros … Piscina muy bonita pero que se queda pequeña una vez la gente se junta allí . Buena sala de gym.

The only good thing from this hotel is the view and the pool. All the rest is a disaster. The staff cannot help with anything. If you need anything they tell you to send a message through WhatsApp instead of helping straight away from reception. They never cleaned the rooms for 5 days. Not a single day they clean the rooms.

They scammed us. We booked our accommodation with breakfast and then once we arrived to the hotel they said they didn’t offer breakfast. I showed them my booking and they told me to request a refund through WhatsApp. It’s been more than a week and they have not refunded the money from the breakfast I paid. The staff tell you to request things through WhatsApp instead of helping. They don’t clean the rooms. You need a key to access everything, without that key you cannot access elevators or anything, however no matter how big is your group, they provide only 1 key. They refuse to give more keys to take the elevator and move around. I felt this place it’s not worth the money I paid. They don’t even care about customers experience. A total waste.

The size of the apartment was good and had a lot of basics necessary. 24 check receptions is always helpful and ability to drop of bags early RM5 per bag cost. The little green pocket outside areas were stunning for views. Location is walkable to a lot of great tourist spots.

The ad says KL Tower View which is completely misleading. I am sure there are lots of these options available but this particular one had the photos in the add and title, but our room opened with a view onto a concrete wall. No response from management when I asked about this. The pool on the top deck is an amazing extra to have with great views, but is always packed with people - no towels available when we got there in the afternoons and no where to sit outside the pool.

Love this place. Our No1 place to stay when in KL Stayed many times, highly recommend.

Available last minute and easily accessible, staff were friendly.

Very thin walls, we could hear the people in the room next to us all night. Air conditioner leaked and no shower curtain meant water everywhere in the bathroom. We also requested 2 beds (one being a sofa bed apparently) but only one bed and no bedding to make the sofa into a bed.

Het personeel was heel erg grof. Vooral die aan de receptie. Ze doen niks aan om je te helpen. Voor dat ik iets vroeg werd er al “nee” gezegd. Zelf tot negeren aan toe. Ik vroeg bijvoorbeeld of ik nieuwe handdoeken kon krijgen en meteen raakte mevrouw/meneer(ik weet het niet eens maar het had kort haar) geïrriteerd. Dit is niet hoe je met gasten omgaat. Dus ik zou willen zeggen check je receptioniste maar even dubbel want dit kan echt niet.

The lobby when at night the door is close needed a card to tap and its soo humid plus it took very long for the lift to get to the ground floor and ots soo packed always.

No es un hotel,es una especie de residencia, El primer día no nos funciono el aire, luego saltaron los plomos y estuvimos toda la noche sin luz, tienes que chatear con alguien para que lo solucione cuando pueda ya que el personal no puede hacer nada. El baño no tiene mampara, o sea que te duchas y se moja todo. No lo veo más conveniente que para un par de noches. Es práctico y no lujoso cómo se promociona.

Strategic location and nice staff..

The staff service My itinerary from expedia said breakfast was included, but as soon as I paid the receptionist, they said that it wasn't and I couldn't take my money back. Regarding this issue, we tried to contact the manager, and we couldn't reach them. Bare in mind this isn't a hotel. it's a fenchise company.

The view was amazing and spotless. It was neat and clean.

When I first entered the room, the a/c wasn't working. Ater a while, the heat became unbearable. I made a complaint and had to leave the room while they repaired the a/c. The temperature outside was a lot cooler than the room. Due to the repairs, I was greatly inconvenienced. Then the wifi wasn't working. Again, I made a complaint and it took3 days before they fixed the [problem. On my 2nd day there, I told the reception that i would like to make a complaint to the manager. They said I can't contact contact the manager.. I have to leave my room number and the manager will then contact me. The call NEVER came

I had paid extra money for breakfast included however when we arrived the receptionist told us the cafe is closed and breakfast is unavailable. I was not happy because they failed to inform me about this. Otherwise I would have rebooked a different hotel. I got told I will get a refund, however nearly 4 weeks later I am still waiting for this. When I entered the room it smelt so bad of a gutter smell and there were fruit flies and mosquitoes in the room. I physically could not stay any longer in the room. I contacted management, who then moved us into a different room. This second room still had that gutter smell. The cleaner put something in the bathroom drain which masked the smell however I still was not happy. Management did move us into a better room the next morning. But all of this wasted a lot of unnecessary time which you don’t want when you are on holiday. The new room was really good and I can’t fault it. 4 weeks later I am still waiting for my deposit back too which isn’t very good.

Шикарное расположение: в минутах 15 находятся Башни Петронас, торговый центр TRX, в 10 минутах крутое инста-место, где напиток подаёт рука монстра, в 7 минутах улица, где расположено много шикарных баров и многое другое. Ещё из проживания хотел выделить отличный вид из окна номера и потрясающий небесный бассейн на 37 этаже! Персонал вежливый и оперативно решает любой вопрос. Однозначно рекомендую для проживания! 😉👍

Cet hôtel est un incontournable de Kuala tant par sa position géographique que par les prestations de services qu’il propose ! La vue du rooftop et des chambres est juste ouf !

Par contre , certains des réceptionnistes manquent de professionnalismes à l égard des clients ! Certains comportements frôlaient la nonchalance ! C est vraiment dommageable car le reste était impeccable !

Everything was clean, the bed, the sheets , the floor, no dust around...etc , good view from the room window to 118 tower and my bank building Location is amazing, walking distance to many places to explore during the day, and bars and music during the night.

Everything was as expected, I suprised the roof top bar was closed, under reno, The cooking equipment was not much, but in kl who needs to cook with all the yummy food places around.

Der Rooftop-Pool ist unglaublich, das Zimmer sehr groß mit guter Ausstattung - cool auch, dass ein Supermarkt direkt im Hotel war.

Die Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen waren teilweise anstrengend - die Zimmertür war schwer zu öffnen, auch das Schloss ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Am Pool gibt es zu wenige Liegen.

Location is very good. There is nothing else to say good about this property.

It is a very basic stay in city centre. But amenities wise it is pathetic. My room AC was so noisy that we could not sleep both the nights. They could not fix the noise problem. We were 3 and I complaint about not having enough plates, I never got the 3rd plate. No glasses to drink water. No cleaning done while you stay. No hand towels / napkins provided. We were charged for breakfast but they coudnot provide it as cafe at level 7 was not operational. Over all worst experience,

Tolle Lage, super Ausblick, Mega Dachtetasse (Pool, Fitness) und im Zimmer alles was man braucht.

Sofa war leider etwas kaputt und durchgesessen, Licht bei der Küche hat nicht funktioniert.

Das Highlight ist natürlich der Skypool in der 37. Etage und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer selbst ist gross und modern. In der Lobby gibt es ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. Ansonsten ist man zu Fuss schnell bei anderen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Teilweise muss man schon recht lange auf den Lift warten (nicht nur bei Check-In/Out-Zeiten). Das Café im 7.Stock war bei uns nur am ersten Tag geöffnet, danach wurde es geschlossen. Im Badezimmer fehlten Möglichkeiten Kleider aufzuhängen.

Staff is not helpful at all, there was no extra toilet paper, they didn’t even give a full roll to start with which is ridiculous. The AC is „working” but the room is hot anyways unless you literally stand in front of the wind. Rooms are not well made, you can hear people in a room next to you talking which makes it hard to sleep. Waiting for the elevator takes ages, and there is practically no sun beds by the pool so you can be in the water or stand which is also a joke.

Schöne Aussicht vom Pool aus und super Lage unweit vom Zentrum.

Im Bad hat es sehr schlecht gerochen und es war kein Haartrockner vorhanden. Meine Anzahlung wurde auch einbehalten, da ich den Schlüssel ein paar Stunden zu spät abgegeben hatte. Die Waschstation hatte nicht, wie angegeben, um 9 Uhr geöffnet und auf meinen Anruf hin wurde nicht reagiert. Zudem ist es sehr hellhörig auf den Zimmern.

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, der Pool, sowie die einzelnen "Pocket-Gardens" waren super! Es gab einen kleinen Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss, um sich mit dem nötigsten zu versorgen.

Es war extrem hellhörig. Wir konnten jedes Wort mithören, als die Dame im anliegenden Zimmer telefoniert hat. Das Bett war relativ hart und ein Duschvorhang wäre gut gewesen, damit das Wasser nicht das ganze Bad nass macht. Aber für den Preis war es ok! Eine Sache die einen sehr negativen Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen hat: das Zimmer haben wir vor Ort per Kreditkarte gezahlt. Zusätzlich wurde eine Kaution von 100 RM beim Check In verlangt. Diese sollten wir auf Empfehlung (!) der Rezeption aber in Bar bezahlen, was wir auch taten. Beim Check Out war der selbe Herr an der Rezeption und meinte wir hätten keine Kaution hinterlegt. Er zeigte uns einen leeren Geld-Umschlag mit meinem Namen drauf und fragte ob wir ein Foto von der Kaution gemacht hätten (wer macht denn bitte ein Foto, wenn er etwas bar bezahlt?). Nach etwas Diskussion bekamen wir die 100 RM dann zurück. Lasst euch bitte unbedingt einen Beleg über die Zahlung der Kaution geben.

The location of the hotel was the only positive; everything else fell short of expectations.

When we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell. The toilet was not clean, and basic amenities such as shower caps were not provided. The kitchen was not properly equipped, as there were no pans or essential items available. We stayed for four days, but there was no room service during our stay. Additionally, the pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall, aside from the location, our experience was disappointing.

Chambre très confortable bien équipée, vue exceptionnelle

La piscine, vue incroyable mais les abords sous dimensionnés par rapport aux nombre de résidents, quel dommage ! Il faudrait beaucoup plus de bains de soleil ou de quoi s installer,. peut-être envisager des travaux pour celà, en tout cas c'est peut être la plus belle vue sur kuala Lumpur, incroyable !

Špatné vybavení kuchyňky, pouze dva hrnky ani jedna lžička. Hrozný smrad z koupelny, jako velmi silné desinfekce, připomínala síru.

Für die Einlagerung der Gepäckstücke bis zum späteren Check-In forderte das Hotel eine Gebühr von RM5.

Man würde immer irgendwas finden, aber das wäre bei dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach nur Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Le service de chambre absent, on était obligé de demander aux agents de nettoiement de rechanger les serviettes et vider la poubelle, ce n'était pas automatique. C'est le seul point négatif

Dieses Hotelzimmer würde ich sicher wieder buchen! Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr gut, man konnte viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Auf dem Dach ist ein Rooftop Pool mit einem sensationellem Ausblick auf die ganze Skyline von Kuala Lumpur. Das Pool hatte bis späts Abend noch offen. In den grossen Zimmer ist es ruhig und man hört die Nachbaren überhaupt nicht. Das WLAN war super.

Das einzig negative war ab und zu die Wartezeit auf den Lift. Dies ist jedoch total verständlich, da das Gebäude sehr viele Stockwerke hat und man zudem bedenkt das die Leute zu unterst sowie auch zu oberst (Rooftop Pool, Fitness) einsteigen und in ihr Stockwerk gelangen wollen.

Das Personal war in der kompletten Woche nur einmal Bad und wc reinigen und Betten wurden garnicht gemacht Für den Preis war keine Getränke vorhanden

La struttura risulta essere nuova, a parte qualche piccolo dettaglio come un ascensore che risultava un po’ abbandonato. Per il resto, la struttura offre tutti i comfort necessari come palestra, piscina, ristorante, e un altro ristorante per la colazione dove con circa 6€ trovi ogni mattina un buffet ben fornito. Zona buona, ben collegata, vicina ad attrazione come il Bintang Market. Le camere dell’hotel sono ben fornite.

La struttura presenta in tutti gli ambienti un odore un po’ sgradevole, magari dovuto a qualche problema di fognature. Odore che comunque ho sentito in tutta la città. Per quanto riguarda la camera d’hotel, sarebbe opportuno inserire una semplicissima tenda da doccia per evitare che si bagni tutto il bagno.

El hotel por 15€ la noche del que venía estaba mejor en todos los aspectos. En éste: habitación pequeña, cama pequeña y dura como un ladrillo, el baño con olor a pis muy desagradable, lo menos un ambientador! no estaba limpio como esperas por lo que pagas. Tampoco ofrece ni una botella de agua por cortesia.La última noche nos dimos el placer de tener algo mejor por 60€ y no...
