Horrible el sistema de ascensor, solo puedes acceder a tu planta con la tarjeta, no puedes moverte entre plantas y muchas veces tienes que esperar hasta 40 minutos a que el ascensor pare, porque incluso salta tu planta

Sky pool and roof garden with gym were great, the view was spectacular. It was really nice to have a covered taxi area so that with the rain we wouldn’t get wet on our grab movements in and out. The room was modern, spacious and beautiful view of the skyline.

The first impression of the staff at check in wasn’t amazing. They looked at us as we were annoying them. Slowly it became better, but I would work on that. Also we were given one towel each. Fortunately we only stayed one day and a half, but with a bathroom without a window the towels stayed wet and to be honest stinked a bit because they stayed humid. Lastly the shower should have a glass or some sort of tent, cause the water would just go on the toilet.

La struttura è situata in una buona posizione tra la zona di Bukit Bintang e Chinatown, facile quindi spostarsi a piedi per visitare questi quartieri sia di giorno che di sera. L' edificio offre buoni servizi. All' interno é presente una infinity pool con una bella visita sullo skyline di KL (anche se potrebbe essere un pochino più curata, alcune piastrelle erano rotte), un minimarket, ATM, un ristorante a buffet per la colazione e un bar/ristorante per aperitivi e una cena veloce, un piccolo chiosco appena al di fuori dell'ingresso per bere un caffè al volo prima dell'arrivo del taxi. La palestra é ben fornita e gode di una bella vista.

Purtroppo la pulizia della stanza non era ottimale. Le lenzuola avevano una grossa macchia, gli asciugamani in dotazione (solo 2 teli per doccia per 2 persone per 3 notti) avevano un cattivo odore ed erano molto ruvidi. Il deflettore del condizionatore era rotto e, non potendo direzionare l'aria, ci ha fornirto molti disagi durante la notte. Dalle finestre entrava molta umidità, le pareti poco insonorizzate tanto da poter sentire distintamente i rumori e le conversazioni provenienti dale stanze adiacenti. Il personale alla reception è stato scortese e poco accogliente.

Die Zimmer, die sich direckt gegenüber liegen sind nicht isoliert. Wenn man Glück hat, hat man ruhige Nachbarn wenn nicht wird es schwer mit der Nachtruhe.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. La camera era molto spaziosa, confortevole e con una bellissima vista. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la piscina all’ultimo piano e il bellissimo giardino con vista panoramica. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, ideale per raggiungere facilmente i principali luoghi di interesse. Anche la pulizia della camera e degli ambienti comuni è stata impeccabile. Consigliato!

The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. We had two very large suitcases and various hand luggage bags, and there was plenty of room for us both to move around even with all of the bags open on the floor for packing/unpacking. We had a great view over the city and 118 tower. The bed was very comfortable. We have commented about the lack of hooks in the bathroom for towels after previous stays, and it's great to see that these have been added. The facilities team were contactable via WhatsApp all through our stay and were very responsive. Our bathroom light wasn't working when we arrived. We messaged the facilities team and they had it fixed by the time we got back from dinner. The location is great - a short walk from Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor.

There were several times during our stay when we would be waiting for the lift and watch it skip our floor. Other guests also commented on the same issue. It was particularly frustrating when one of the lifts was out of order so the remaining lifts were more in demand. The fixed price breakfast at the 7th floor café is ok value if you are having cooked food but, if you only want cold breakfast, it doesn't offer enough items to justify the price.

Muy buena ubicación, apartamento grande (estudio triple confort) con cocina y camas cómodas. Instalaciones muy buenas, lo mejor la piscina con vistas a varias torres, jardines pequeños en diferentes plantas, un bar donde dan comidas y supermercado pequeñito al lado de recepción. Personal amable. Relación calidad-precio inmejorable.

No hay servicio de desayunos. Al entrar al apartamento olía a humedad y lo podrían habar limpiado un poco mejor. En los 4 días que estuvimos alojados no hicieron ningún día las camas ni vaciaron las papeleras.

El alojamiento está bien, buena ubicación y limpio, nada destacable.

Hay demasiado ruido, se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle además del ruido de las otras habitaciones. El baño resulta un poco incómodo porque la ducha está junto al wc y no hay cortina ni nada por lo que cuando te duchas se moja todo (creo que esto es típico de Malasia). Otra cosa que no me gustó mucho es los ascensores del hotel, entiendo que son muchas plantas pero es extremadamente lento, te puedes tirar esperando más de 15 minutos.

Die Lage ist super: kurze Wege zur Food Street, nach Chinatown und KLCC. Der Pool und die Dachterasse bieten einen tollen Blick. Ein kleiner Laden versorgt einen mit dem Nötigsten.

Im Bad roch es immer wieder ganz fürchterlich nach Kanalisation. Ab und zu gab es erträgliche Phasen, aber die währten nicht lang. Das war für den Preis absolut inakzeptabel. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Es ist nicht unangenehm dreckig, sondern schon besenrein, das Bad hygienisch und das Geschirr sauber. Aber für den Preis würde ich mehr Mühe beim Ausbessern von Flecken auf Polstern, von verschmutzen Wänden, Fenstern oder Ähnlichem erwarten. Am Pool ist wenig Platz für genügend Liegen für die Zahl der Gäste. Das ist verständlich. Absolut unverständlich ist, dass nicht wenigstens ein paar Regale mit Fächern aufgestellt werden, in welche man seine Sachen legen kann, anstatt diese auf den nassen, dreckigen Boden legen zu müssen. Für derartige Fächer wäre auf jeden Fall Platz genug. So insgesamt ein bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit für die Ausstattung mit Haken an den Wänden, Fächern, Bügeln in den Schränken etc. würde der Unterkunft mit wenig Aufwand sehr gut tun.

Le comportement du personnel très désagréable le jour de notre départ le 18 août a 4h du matin l'agent d'accueil absent du comptoir nous étions a sa recherche pour lui remettre les clés de nos chambres il c'est énervé parce que nous l'avons dérangé dans la salle de bain nous voulions juste récupérer notre caution de plus le taxi nous attendais dehors pour nous emmener a l'aéroport . Son comportement nous a vraiment fait peur a nous et les enfants. C'est inadmissible.

Nada, habitación sin medidas de higiene. CHINCHES saltando en el sofá de la habitación, toallas y ALMOHADAS AMARILLAS CON MACHAS DE TODO TIPO. Recepción diciendo que me reembolsaría e hiciera check out esa misma noche. A la una de la mañana tuve que buscar otro hotel por no quedarme con mi hija en esas condiciones a riesgo de infectar toda la ropa y que te piquen y no se hicieron responsables. Es un hotel donde parece más una multipropiedad de diferentes dueños. No recomiendo la estancia aquí por salud y menos si viajáis con niños, lo barato sale caro.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. We stayed for two nights and were unable to properly sleep on either of them. The soundproofing is extremely poor — the walls literally feel paper-thin, and you can clearly hear conversations, voices and noise from the neighbouring rooms. On the first night, after travelling for more than 20 hours, we were kept awake by guests in the room next door. At around 2 a.m., we had to go down to reception and ask for help. A staff member spoke to them, but the problem was not resolved. Even worse, after being warned by the hotel, those guests came to our door and rang our doorbell, which made the situation extremely uncomfortable. We asked to change rooms, but were told that no other rooms were available, so we had no choice but to return to the same room. We barely slept at all that night. The following morning, we were finally moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second night was no better. Once again, we could hear everything from the neighbouring room, this time a couple arguing and shouting. After our experience the previous night and the lack of an effective solution, we did not even bother contacting reception again. The attitude of the reception staff throughout our stay was also disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we did not feel particularly welcomed or well treated. We were also uncomfortable with the check-in procedure. Despite our Booking reservation already being secured with a bank card, we were asked to provide another card as a guarantee and the card details were copied. Having personally worked in hotels, I found this procedure unusual and uncomfortable. We also had to leave a deposit, and there were already several defects and signs of damage in the room when we arrived. We felt it was necessary to take photographs of everything immediately so that we would have evidence that the damage was already there and avoid potentially losing our...

Struttura caotica (tantissima gente a qualsiasi ora), camera datata (il letto cigolava e non c’è separazione tra doccia e WC). In 3 giorni non ci è stata rifatta la camera ne cambiati gli asciugamani.

Posizione comoda e ottima per raggiungere i punti di interesse. Reception 24h un buon servizio. Ragazzi in generale disponibili, camera standard con vista sulle Petronas molto suggestiva

Qualità lenzuola pessima, odoravano di saliva; qualità asciugamani pessima, macchiati, odoravano di muffa subito dopo la prima doccia e abbiamo chiesto di cambiarli. Non c’erano asciugamani del viso. Il phon non andava e ce l’hanno cambiato il giorno seguente. Il pavimento della camera era molto rovinato a causa della doccia del bagno senza tendina, che inevitabilmente allagava tutto, non ci hanno fornito nemmeno un tappetino. La piscina al 37esimo piano ha solo 5 lettini, noi siamo stati seduti a terra ma, a differenza di quelli della camera, gli asciugamani profumavano. Per finire gli ascensori: capisco che i piani siano 39, ma una sera abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti per riuscire a salire al nostro piano.

Ceylonz suites was in the perfect location in KL - walking distance to KL tower, Chinatown and food street. Great room with a kitchenette too which was handy. Beautiful pool area and bar on the rooftop with incredible views. Recommend!

Possibly could do with more lifts

Mi è piaciuto molto il rapporto qualità prezzo e la vicinanza al centro.

Non mi è piaciuta la pulizia della camera, mancanza di asciugamani per il viso, cambio lenzuola e asciugamani in tre giorni non c è mai stato, carta igenica solo un rotolo e mai aggiunti altri, mancanza di appendi asciugamani in bagno, mancanza di cassaforte e camera un po' umida.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist grundsätzlich optisch schön und die Aussicht großartig.

Das Zimmer roch nicht besonders frisch und machte insgesamt einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Einige Möbel waren dreckig und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Toilettenbrille ist zum Beispiel kaputt und abgenutzt und sicherlich nicht besonders hygienisch. Aber am schlimmsten waren die dreckigen Handtücher. Ich habe direkt mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufgenommen, es hat aber zwei Nächte gedauert, bis dann noch mal neue Handtücher geliefert wurden. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Location was ok.

We had a very uncomfortable stay at ceylonz suites. Room was very very warn and quite unclean. Air conditioning made the room smell a little bit funny also. Their housekeeping rules are also a little bit strange. You only get your room seen to by housekeeping if staying 4 night. We stayed 4 nights and no housekeeping came, when we asked to change towels we were asked to pay for it. We had neighbours making noise and having what can be described as a party every night from 1am-5am. We asked them each time to please stop and when they didn’t, we went to security who each night said they would deal with it. But they didn’t even come and try to ask them. Swimming pool was dirty, with green algae growing around the sides, plus with 3 sunloungers for a massive building, no body could sit. When you took a seat round the tables and bench area near the pool the restaurant staff would shoo you off of them. Their checkin is also a pain, 3pm and there is no room for negotiation. You can’t pay for early check in or request it it would seem as there were 20+ people waiting around to get into their rooms every day. Not to mention if you’d like your luggage stored that also costs extra. Please don’t make the same mistake we did and choose a different place to stay.

Falta menaje de cocina, como algún plato, vasos, etc. Solo habia 2 cubiertos y 2 tazas.

Room was dirty and rundown-bare wires, outlets hanging loose from wall, holes in the floor. No hand towels or washcloths provided without extra charge. No duvet covers for the beds (unsanitary).

Calidad precio increíble. La piscina lo mejor!!! Las vistas de la piscina INCREÍBLES!! Además está abierto hasta las 12 aunque creo que solo puedes bañarte hasta las 21. No obstante como tienen un bar con unos camareros SÚPER MAJOR , puedes quedarte allí con buenas vistas hasta las 12. La habitación también tiene vistas increíbles, está todo muy limpio y es muy cómodo. La ubicación perfecta también porque no estás en el CAOS pero estás a 20 minutos andando como MÁXIMO de todo !!

El personal de recepción no son muy majos… yo pedí una habitación alta y me dieron una planta 10.. que aún así las vistas son chulísimas. Nuestra habitación tenía del baño olor a tuberías, lo comentamos y nos mandaron a un chico que nos echó un producto pero no nos cambiaron de habitación ni nada… también pedimos si tenían pasta de dientes ya que era nuestro último día y el chico de recepción nos dijo que no nos podía dar… de una forma un tanto antipática

The location, the facilities are really great.

The hotel was really crowded and staff seemed overwhelmed to deal with all that. Solution simple: hire more staff and increase the number of check-in counters.

Das Hotel entsprach unseren Erwartungen voll und ganz. Hervorzuheben sind die vielen Aussichtspunkte, insbesondere auch am "roof top". Schön wäre eine Bewirtungsmöglichkeit an den Aussichtspunkten.

Tesisin konumu her yere yakın, Kuala Lumpur'da görülmesi gereken yerlerin çoğuna yürüme mesafesinde. Odamızın Petronas Kulesi ve Menara Kulesi manzaralı olması bizi etkiledi. Ayrıca Sky Pool nefes kesici.

Temizlik biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Biraz da rutubet kokusu var Malezya iklimi için bu da doğal gibi görünüyor.

Man musste teilweise ewig auf den Aufzug warten und in den 39. Stock laufen ist keine Option.

The beds were very hard. The bathroom smelt very bad. My fridge was hor.

Zimmer sind abgenutzt und die einzigen zwei Handtücher die man bekommt waren fleckig und schmutzig. Badezimmer hat Schimmel, keine Handseife. Unfreundliches Personal, waren froh nur eine Nacht dort übernachtet zu haben

The location Is very good.

No room service, no restaurant or bar in the premises, no cleaning. Only one card per room even for families, but you need the card to access everywhere in the building (eg the elevator). Shower in the bathroom leaking water. Every little service is addon cost.

The location is nice. The pool is fine but to little places to lay down.

There are only 4 lifts and you have to wait everytime for 10min just to ge out or to the pool or other floors. The company send me whatsapp in which they said that i need to pay for the property although i already payed with booking. They were not responsive when i had questions. I would definitely not recommend that to somebody. The bar is not working. People in reception dont speak english.

Dużym udogodnieniem jest lokalizacja😉 personel również pomocny. Restauracja na 7 piętrze jest bardzo smaczna a obsługa niesamowicie miła.

Bardzo cienkie ściany. Bardzo słychać sąsiadów za ścianą. Brak mydła w pokoju i tylko jedna rolla papieru na kilka dni pobytu w dwie osoby.

Amazing staff, GREAT VIEW saved money by looking at the view from the sky deck and sky gym instead of wasting it at the twin towers. Fantastic pool. Our room was beautiful and had the best views as well.

Other people staying weren’t very quiet and were loud at night. Not the hotels fault just the patrons.

Could do with a serious deep clean, there was dust everywhere and stained sofa/ curtains and damaged cupboards. The pillows were yellow and marked (i looked underneath the pillowcase) which was really unhygienic and unpleasant. Just use a pillow protector? Or get new pillows for paying guests.

Habitaciones muy céntricas con vistas a la torre de televisión y a una de las torres.Tenia un pequeño sûper justo en el hall y la piscina maravillosa donde te proporcionaban toallas.

Pool was great and the shop at the lobby was handy, views were great too. Kitchenette was good and worked well.

The flooring was quite worn, there was a stale smell in the bathroom on the first day. We fixed this with some bathroom cleaner quite easily though. The room was also prone to ants. Soundproofing to next room was also not great.

I like that the location is just perfect - you can see all major and famous buildings literally from the hotel's rooftop. For such money, I think it is more than a great hotel.

They only give you one key per room, and you need the key to go everywhere in the hotel, so it's a bit inconvenient if there are more than 1 person staying in the room

The hotel, location, panorama is great. Facilities are also fascinating.

Hotel crew (reception) is very unprofessional. For every simple thing they ask money. I booked a room. Check in time is at 3 pm (thats not normal tbh). I came at 2 pm. They asked money. I said ok, i will gather the city and then come back after an hour, to keep luggage again you need to pay extra money for each suitcase. Receptionists are not for that luxury hotel.

I liked the smooth and fast check in and check out. The view from this higher floor was good (Menara Maybank and Merdeka 118). I liked that it was a larger unit.

I could not find the wifi pw in the room or in the message. Tried calling MyKeys number and sent whatsapp msg to them but no answer. Luckily i found the pw on the access card the next morning 😅

Odalarda böcek vardı, temizlik kötü yerlerde önceki misafirlerden kalan artıklar vardı. Yatak çarşafları temiz değildi.
