We like how property is very well maintained and makes it feel like home

There is not hot water showering in cold water in this weather is real challenge 😓

Had a wonderful stay at Ben’s Villa Kannur! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The host was very sweet and kind helped for everything to find food and groceries. The peaceful atmosphere surrounded by greenery made the stay extra relaxing. The host and staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home throughout our visit. The property is well-maintained and perfect for families,or anyone looking for a calm getaway in Kannur. Great hospitality, good ambience, and excellent value for money. We were very confused about those low ratings but we realised it's not genuine ... Where we can find a room for 900 rupees for a clean room like this . People are selfish and ignorant that's why leaving bad feedback for this beautiful property. Don't have to think twice ! Highly recommended!

Cleanliness

Due to voltage fluctuations AC was not working properly (summer time). Also high noise from AC and fan. Fans were not working in the required manner. AC was tripping many times during night. Attitude of the host was very rude and behaved like free stay. Water was not available in toilet during night.TV was not working. Horrible stay.

We had a pleasant stay in this 2 bedroom unit - accomodation is 2 bedrooms inside the villa with attached bathrooms in upper level. The villa is nicely maintained and there were multiple sitting spaces in balcony with benches/chairs; we could enjoy dinner at night tea/breakfast in the morning. Owner can provide homely food if you could pre-order. Also, Swiggy delivers in this address. Villa is not exclusive to guest, there was an additional bedroom upstairs occupied by an unknown guest and owner was living downstairs. This did not affect our stay in anyway, we could stay in peace in our bedrooms and also enjoy well furnished common balcony area. Thanks to Ben, her Mom and family.

Beds were supportive and firm but mattress/sheets made it very warm and uneasy for us to sleep with just fan on. They have provisioned well maintained AC, so we switched AC on the next night and it felt better.

Waste of money

One of the best clen and quiet place in Kannur for budget rate. Room service as 5 star. Me and my friends enjoy our stay at Bens villa had a lots of fun.. Horse is very helpful and friendly, he arranged our drinks from the liquor store because we don't know the place and whereabouts. We had played music and blast day and night on Alexa device that is in the balcony. Host Mr. Benny was awesome guy who helped us alot and guided us to visit tourist places. Highly recommend anyone who are looking for clean rooms with budget rate. ♥️💐💐

I've actually booked 4 rooms and the AC wasn't working on the first day in one of the rooms where I stayed and later the problem got sorted out. Hot water issue - the only source to get hot water was from the solar facility. The day we went was not sunny so we couldn't get the hot water on that day which was a disappointing factor. Suggestion - They can have an alternate option as either electric or gas geyser as a back-up. Location - another important thing which I would like to highlight here is about the property location which is little inside from the main road. Property ambience - excellent and worthy. Breakfast at the property - ₹90 for two dosa and curry which I felt quite expensive because we will get unlimited kerala meals outside in the town for ₹50/60 max.

When we contacted the place after booking, there were no available rooms they said. We had to look for another place.

We liked everything.. Starting from the communication by Mr. Benny till our check out service.. Staffs were very supportive and kind hearted. We truly enjoyed to the core. Very nice and clean rooms with modern amenities. Everything Functional from kettle to air conditioning. Nice comfy mattress and clean bedding. The owners were warm welcoming and so much helpful in making us feel at home.

A bit tedious the drive from Kannur , may be coz of heavy downpour and late night drive.

Clean and quiet rooms in the lush green, easy access to mangalore highway and to the Kannur Airport. We are regular visitor at Parassinikadavu Temple.

So...good to be true! Awsome stay for the price we had paid. Lovely neat and clean! If you are coming to Temple visit in Kannur its perfect location. Parassinikkadavu ia on one side and Kottiyoor and mamanikkunnu is on the other side of this Homestay. Perfectly stays on the way from Mangalore and Calicut. You dont have to deal with Kannur town traffic and city's rush. Only thing you need is knowledge of using new age technology. Google maps!😄. Google maps will take you directly to this wonderful house situated in the middle of lush green neighborhood.. Road looks narrow but i have large SUV disnt have any issues to get there and also i have seen there Guests with mini bus.

Loved this place and hospitality of this host! Enjoyed my 3 days stay with my family. My family is also loved their food. Kids enjoyed outdoor. Played in thw garden. Beautiful place with greenery. We cant find this type of place too often. Away from the citys crowd and everything is just few feets away. Swiggy also delivered! Closest town has everything from shoping dining...! Too busy market. 100 marks on cleanliness😄 clean linen smell fresh! ❤️. Highly Reccomend this stay. I used to stay in Kannur budget friendly but they were not clean.

I dont like people who are leaving less than 10 to make confuse when we are trying to hunt for budget friendly clean stay. I think they are greedy and dumb idiots.i have a question for them, where they can get a room for about 900 rupees for this kind of clean stay. I feel sorry for the aunty. She does everything still they leave less points. 😡 dont try to mis guide travellers like us fools.
