Miri Sunsky Condo Homestay 3 Rooms & 6 Guest

Tuan rumah sangat baik dan pemurah hati, tempat boleh di tempah dalam masa singkat hampir tengah malam, saat pintu sempadan tutup kerana jalan jamed yang amat panjang. Terus saya menempah di sini,dan memberi tahu dia, masalah tersebut dan tuan memberi respon yang cepat, terus di perbolehkan untuk menginap di sini, security juga amat baik dan membantu.

The unit is really spacious and comfortable. The living room is so comfy that makes me want to go home earlier and sit there for a movie! the bedsheets are really wonderful, smooth enough!

The host should consider to replace a new filter for the drinking water dispenser. We didn't take the water because.. 😓😓 Not sure is it the building's draining system problem or it's the unit's problem, the outer bathroom has some odour.. But the attached bathroom for master bedroom was fine.

The unit is located on Level 1 / ground floor, making entry and exit very convenient. The key collection process is also easy. The house is very spacious and comfortable.

Actually, it’s not that I dislike it. It’s just that if you don’t have a car, it can be a bit difficult to go out to buy things. It is located close to the airport. If you are just stopping over and don’t plan to go anywhere, then it is suitable. Also, the pillows are quite firm for me

There are many facilities provided in the homestay, and the place is comfortable. However, staying with a family of more than six people is not allowed, even though the bedrooms are actually sufficient for more than six. Our family had to leave because of this rule. Children counted beyond the 6-pax limit are also not allowed to enter. We were very sad about this situation as we were forced to move out and look for a hotel late at night. We had already bought food, but we had no choice but to find another place to eat and another hotel in the middle of the night. To make things worse, we checked in late because we had travelled a long distance to reach the homestay. It was truly disappointing. Our plan to celebrate our child’s birthday at the apartment had to be cancelled because visitors are not allowed, even if they are not staying overnight. Making noise is also strictly prohibited. If your family wants to have fun, this apartment is not recommended. Family gatherings or any fun activities are not encouraged here. This homestay is suitable only for guests who prefer a very quiet stay. However, the owner was kind and refunded our room charges.

Very strict rules, you must stated the no of guest stayed. Cannot more than 6 person for one apartments. Pool must wear swimming suit for kids and adult. Security will give warn if not follow the rules.

Had blackout when we were sleeping at about 4 a.m. and the backup generator was a bit too noisy. Could not sleep after that and power only comes back at 9.30. Turns out this place always have the same problem. The admin refunded me some amount of money for the inconvenice.. Even when electricity was on, I switched on the water heater but the water doesn't feel heated. Everything seems clean including the bed but it felt the bed and sheets hasnt been washed for a while. It smells musty and it somehow got stuck into my nose over the next two days after. The swimming pool has quite a few leaves inside.. and they are too strict with the swim attires. Not recommended if you don't have your own car.

The house was so clean. But need to change the number of guest to stay in... overall, all is good. The owner was very helpful too

Quiet, spacious, not too far from parking/lobby. The pool and playground was excellent and safe.

Was not allowed to bring guests in for visit. Would love if they can compromise because we booked this place for traveling, and want to gather with family/friends for a moment.

The only minus thing was this place only accommodate up to 6 people only. If u are planning for family gathering just forget about it. Due to unfriendly neighbor, they will complain to the security if they saw more than 6 occupants. Hopefully, the owner will put the max occupants (6) in the details for future tenants.

Dirty floor, can feel something stick on the feet when walking especially living and dining area No towel for floor in the toilet No shower curtain hence water spill outside shower area Toilet sink too small and too near to wall

Good and peaceful environment, varieties of facilities, spacious room, very clean, secure parking and good security guard, the owner really helpful. I really recommend this condo if you want to have privacy with your family with affordable prices.

It's a bit far to the nearest shopping centre but still have small shop around the condo

The apartment was at the ground floor, making it very easy to access especially for the elderly and with baggage. Apartment was spacious and clean. Beds and the sofa set in the living room was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for meals. Wifi and tv box was great in terms of reliability. Parking was made available and covered. Lastly security was very good with cctv in key areas and onsite guard at the entrance making his round very early in the morning as we were leaving the premises early. Checking and checkout was a breeze as the owner is very communicative and clear with the instructions. Also very responsive on any queries and questions that I have - thank you.

Not really a complaint but patrons should be aware that the location is away from the Miri city center but very close to the airport - it was very convenient for us as we needed to be early at the airport. An area of improvement would be the bathrooms. Shower curtains would help avoid the whole toilet floor being wet. A bigger sink and places to put toiletries or hang clothes would be good too.

The unit was super excellent clean and excellent services.
