Reviewed Sep 10, 2026This reservation was NOT USED. The room was unclean. Smelled of smoke and unusable. The amount paid MUST BE REFUNDED. The desk clerk refused to give her name - I Do have a picture of her. The staff did help carry the luggage to the lobby for the unusable room. A FULL REFUND IS EXPECTED IMMEDIATELY.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026La localisation est super. La taille de la chambre était bien. Le staff est ok et disponible.
Il faut refaire les chambres, les meubles étaient un peu cassés, très anciens. La salle de bain est à refairem le rideau de douche était vieux, il y avait de la moisissure. En 3 nuits, nous n'avons pas eu le ménage de fait. Nous avons demandé le deuxième jour et avons laissé la chambre de 9h à 18h, rien du tout.

הכל נראה ברמה נמוכה. חורים בפרקט בחדר, שברים ועובש במקלחת. לקחנו חדר עם גקוזי, לא השתמשנו בו בגלל שהיה בחוץ ומלא קקי של יונים. כל בוקר היונים מעירות אותך ברעש נוראי. אין מעלית, לעלות עם מזוודות - מאוד לא נוח ולא שירותי
