Time To Sleep - Casa Ala Una

Lots of space.

Looks like it was not maintenanced in decades. Lots of safety hazards... and broken equipment. See just a few photos i attached... many more issues to list... when we arrived instruction gave wrong code for retrieving keys... good thing housekeeping was still there otherwise we would not have been able to check in as landlord was not picking up calls or answering messages.

Not one thing that I like about that property, everything in that place sucks.

Showers was broke, heater was broke, kitchen is filthy, dirty and sticky everywhere. Bathrooms are too small. I can barely move inside the toilet area and I’m skinny. The worst place I’ve ever stayed in Butuan. It was never worth the price I paid.

Coffee table in lounge needs replaceing asap , ground floor bathroom appearred to have black mould on the ceiling , was not aware there was no hot water.

The picture advertised is an old picture, it is when they probably first open the place. IT IS NOT the same as the actual. The further are falling apart, cabinets are all broken, bathrooms are grossiest.

We had a wonderful stay at Time To Sleep - Casa Ala Una. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet still very close to downtown, making it convenient for exploring the area. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and my family truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and the neighborhood felt safe and serene. The host was friendly and helpful, and the property offered great value for money. Although the shower in the master bedroom's bathroom was not functioning during our stay, everything else exceeded our expectations. In short, it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Surprisingly, the property has karaoke and board and card games that anyone will enjoy.

The main entrance can be easily flooded due to heavy rain.

Super nice for the family trip

However, if may kasamang PWD sa sofa bed lang sya makasleep since all the rooms are in the second floor.

I like the interior, it is super cozy and comfortable. The host addresses the concerns about the bathroom immediately.

The location, too hard to get a ride. Have to be patient in waiting for a tricycle, no Grabcar in the area.

Great accommodation. Really liked staying here. Has everything you need for a long stay with the family. Would definitely recommend.

We had an lovely stay in this apartment, it feels like youre at home while being away from home. The house is fully equipped and fully functional for basically everything! easy self check-in and check-out, fast responding host and very pro active and kind! Worth every penny, we only stayed here for one night but could stay for weeks!
