When you pay for a room you would expect that everything would be in good condition. Room 423 amongst the 5 rooms i booked for my pickleball team did not have a functional air conditioner working! We let it go since the hotel was fully booked that day- my athlete complained that the room was hot, they sent an engineering department to check and was told it was the timer- the room never got cold. Day 2, they still complained, i spoke to the front desk, her name was Cyrah Cabete, which she told me that they would have a new room to transfer to. After the tournament, the boys were expecting to move to a new room which they were told that the room was empty but not yet made up! So i complained- i told them that i should be compensated for this inconvenience! I was told that management would call me - it never happened! The only thing that the hotel provided for my athlete was a stand fan!!!! Is this how they will compensate for me when i booked 5 rooms? They gave the boys a new room on Sunday- the last day of our competition. By this time i was no longer happy! I told Front desk that i needed to speak to the Manager! Her name is Joann Christine Litera, and sad to say, she was not there- our call time at the competition was at 8 am we left at 7 am.

Shower head mouldy, small room with oversized bed was very cramped, not cleaned well, air conditioner blows over bed making me sick, walls have cracks in them, will never stay in this hotel again.

Robibson parking gards would not let us leave without showing a hotel receipt but we booked online so no receipt, kept us waiting in our car for 10 min while they decided whether or not to let us go.

The AC is dripping water and the floor is all wet. We transfer room but still the same its very different from the last time I check in maybe its the room location or type of room is the problem.

Very noisy hotel. You come here to sleep only. The facility has 0 amenities. The room is extremely small and no space to open your luggage. The hotel has rat infestation. You could not sleep with the rats running in the ceiling. Housekeeping only changed towels and bed sheets even after repeated request to clean the room.

Water-pressure was very low, even for the Philippines. I guess a problem since the earthquake a few years ago. My wife stayed here a few times before and never had that problem. No smoking area, technically at all. At the advertisement tower nearby, you can ask the guard and then kinda hide it there.

Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster, gut belüftet und mit hervorragender Aussicht über Stadt und Umland. Die Shopping Mall ,,Robinsons Place" war direkt daneben, Taxis waren zu jederzeit sofort verfügbar. Auch das Bus Terminal ist direkt angebunden.

Room was pretty small and everything could use a bit of a makeover. Seams like they just repair stuff provisionally instead of fixing stuff properly. The AC was leaking and left a big water puddle on the floor, shower head tube was kind of broken too. Rooms are only on the 4-5 floor (actually like 6-7 floor if you count the amount of stairs to climb up since the elevator was broken). Was not worth the money.
