Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Good location, 100 yards down a side street to a nice beach and then a short walk along the front to the Old Town, plenty of nice beach-front bars and restaurants along the way. Hotel was very good, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, very powerful hot showers. What really made it for our Group however was the staff; professional, friendly and very helpful, from the receptionists to the cleaners, pool bar staff / lifeguard and breakfast staff they were all great and a credit to the hotel (oh and the breakfast was also great - excellent variety / choice). Highly recommended and we would definitely go back.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Perfect sea view from the balcony. Great location - close to the beach and 20 min walk to the marina, through Ibiza town. Quiet hotel/part of town so can get sleep when needed. Spotlessly clean. Duplex was brilliant on both levels with balcony/bathroom on each. Upstairs is nicer with the double bed and free standing bath (downstairs is a sofa bed) . Air con was excellent.
The breakfast was expansive but mostly terrible: Espresso coffee was some of the worst I’ve ever had Pastries were stale. Just poor.

Wir achten immer auf Sauberkeit und guten Service und hier wurden wir nicht enttäuscht!:) Es wurde jeden Tag super geputzt und es war total sauber! :) Vor allem die Rezeptionisten/ innen waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns immer direkt geholfen - vor allem mit den Taxen :-) wir konnten gut schlafen, es war alles top isoliert (und eigentlich bin ich sehr Geräuschsempfindlich) also sehr sehr gut :-) natürlich war der Preis dafür trotzdem etwas zu hoch.. aber wir kamen nun mal in der Hauptsaison, da muss man mit diesen Preisen rechnen .. der Außenbereich ist dazu ein traumhafter Hingucker!! Ein Infinity Pool und eine super Kulisse für Fotos :-) und auch leckeres Essen an der Pool Bar :-)

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Cuartos amplios, comodos, una linda pileta en la terraza, es un hotel ideal si queres estar en el centro de ibiza y moverte con un auto para ir a las playas. Desayuno rico y personal amable.
Lo unico que mejoraria es que el aire acondicionado no se puede regular, lo bajé antes de irme a dormir y volvia a bajar la temperatura automaticamente, tuve que bajar al lobby a meianoche a preguntar y se ve que lo tienen automatizado desde ahi, asique me lo regularon ahi. deberia poder manejarlo cada uno desde su cuarto.

Завтраки постоянно одинаковые и пресные. Из мяса только бекон и сосиски. Выбора нет.

We stayed on the 5th floor and when we left at 5am to catch our flight there was no lights up there at all. I had to navigate 3 sets of 3 steps with 3 cases and my daughter. Not ideal.

Nuestra habitación estaba al lado del ascensor, mejor alojarse en las que no quedan cerca del mismo.

Dommage que je n’avais pas la vue sur la mer Le personnel à la piscine sont vraiment à l’écoute ils sont super accueillants. Bon je remercie la jeune fille qui était au transat et celle du bar. J’aimerais bien réessayer cet appel, mais uniquement vu sur mer suite.
J’ai juste dans la chambre les volets qui couvre le paysage au balcon pour l’ensemble, tout est carré

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The hotel was in an excellent location, just a short walk from Ibiza Old Town, the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops are only 1 minute away. The pool area was lovely. Our room was modern, comfortable and very clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job making sure it was cleaned every day. Staff were all very helpful. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and made for a very enjoyable stay

Reviewed May 8, 2026Het maisonnette appartement is werkelijk prachtig: twee ruime badkamers, twee toiletten, een vrijstaand ligbad, twee balkons met uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee, keuken, woonkamer en ruime slaapkamer met een groot tweepersoonsbed en een uitsekend matras. Goede airco. En alles is schoon, mede vanwege de dagelijkse schoonmaak waarbij ook de handdoeken worden ververst. Het is sowieso een mooi modern complex met 24-uurs receptie, ontbijtrestaurant met uitstekend ontbijtbuffet (ook glutenvrij beschikbaar), zwembad met zwembadbar (daarover later meer) en een fitnessruimte. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging van het complex is ook supergoed: op 15 minuutjes lopen van Dalt Vila en tevens een goede uitvalbasis naar (de stranden en clubs van) Figueretas en Playa d'en Bossa.
Het zwembad en de zwembadbar bleken nog niet geopend. Deze openen kennelijk pas begin/medio mei, hetgeen ons bij het boeken niet bekend was (wij zaten er 29 april - 3 mei). Nu is dit gelukkig zeer goed opgepakt door het management en zijn ze ons hier op een keurige manier tegemoet gekomen. Veel lof hiervoor! Verder is het enige punt ter verbetering de uitrusting van de keuken: er is geen oven (alleen een magnetron) en geen vaatwasser en er is weinig kookgerei en bestek aanwezig. Allemaal niet noodzakelijk uiteraard, want goede restaurants genoeg in de buurt, maar toch... het voelt een beetje als een gemiste kans omdat de ruimte en voorzieningen allemaal wel aanwezig zijn.

Zwembad was dichr, ten tijde van boeken was dat niet aangegeven. Geen enkele compensatie!!! Ja we konden gebruik maken van de spa, tegen betaling!!! Volgens booking zeezicht……. dit was ook niet het geval!

En gro j’ai payer ce séjour pour accès au spa … Piscine j’ai payer pour service indisponible si j’avais su jamais je n’aurais réserver !! Pas de parking pour garer véhicule Vraiment déçu de séjour

The pool was closed. It would have been nice to be told it wouldn’t be open yet for the season as I may have cancelled my booking. Other pools in local hotels were open. The spa pool was not warm and the saunas had also not been switched on.

Il giorno dell’arrivo eravamo in reception già alle 10 10,30 sperando in un check in anticipo visto che fuori pioveva che Dio la mandava , ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 15,40 per entrare in camera anche se il Chek in era alle ore 15,00 …😡visto che avevamo una prenotazione per 2 gg. non abbiamo avuto modo di goderci la suite anche se era molto bella e accogliente ….

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Struttura moderna, pulita e in una posizione comoda sia alla spiaggia che al centro. Stanza molto bella su 2 livelli con una bellissima vista sul mare.
Parte esterna non allestita ed in fase di lavori e sistemazione per la stagione estiva. Piscina non utilizzabile e spa che poteva essere una valida alternativa funzionante a metà in quanto sia bagno turco che sauna ci è stato detto che non erano utilizzabili, sempre per manutenzione.
