Absolutamente espectacular, nos dio mucha pena irnos, el precio que tiene es increíble por la cercanía al centro y lo bonito que es el Riad, es el alojamiento perfecto, y el desayuno increíble, un 10

Todo perfecto, ningún aspecto negativo

Riad tranquilo con terraza superior enorme, esta muy bien decorado y ambientado, tiene todo lo necesario para grupos, es de concepto abierto, todas las habitaciones tienen baño y aire acondicionado. El patio tiene una buena zona donde desayunar y pasar el rato a demás de un salón y cocina equipadas. Fácil de contactar con el anfitrión y te pasa información útil de la zona

Para llegar a el había que caminar un buen rato por el zoco, pero vale la pena. Había alguna habitación que tenia bastante polvo Si te vas temprano tienes que avisar con bastante antelación para que te dejen preparado el desayuno , si avisas días antes no lo hacen.

Bellissimo Riad all'interno della medina. C'è tutto l'occorrente a disposizione per restare più giorni. A 10/15 minuti di distanza dalla piazza principale e dalle porte della medina dove partono i tour. Nel complesso è stata un'ottima soluzione. Hakim è stato disponibile e propositivo, ci ha anche fatto trovare la colazione in frigorifero per le mattine in cui uscivamo prima dell'arrivo della colazione

Das Wohnzimmer war nicht richtig beleuchtet, und die Decke bzw. Abdeckung ließ sich nicht mehr schließen, da sie kaputt war. Außerdem fehlten mehrere Ausstattungsmerkmale, die auf Booking.com angegeben waren, darunter eine Waschmaschine und ein Bügeleisen. Als wir danach gefragt haben, hieß es zunächst, davon sei nie die Rede gewesen. Nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen hatte, dass diese Ausstattungsmerkmale ausdrücklich auf Booking.com aufgeführt sind, wurde plötzlich gesagt, wir hätten keinen Housekeeping-Service gewollt. Anschließend wurde uns irgendein Raum beschrieben, in dem sich angeblich ein Bügeleisen befinden sollte – dort war jedoch ebenfalls keines zu finden. Zusätzlich kamen noch weitere Steuerkosten hinzu. Alles in allem hat sich die Unterkunft für diesen Preis meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht gelohnt. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass wir uns im Riad während unseres Aufenthalts nicht wirklich sicher und wohl gefühlt haben

La casa es preciosa, puedes sacarte unas cuantas fotos muy bonitas, todo muy limpio. El chico que nos atendio (no recuerdo el nombre) muy amable simpatico y atento

Spacieux, bonne literie, petit déjeuner extra copieux et immense gentillesse et disponibilité de notre hôte KENZA elle a été aux petits soins pour nous.

La situation géographique, il faut traverser le souk et arriver dans des petites impasses qui peuvent faire peur au départ, mais qui finalement ne présentent aucune insécurité. Point négatif, c’est que c’est ruelles, sont très sales comme l’ensemble de la grande place de Marrakech et du souk. Le jour de l’Aïd nous respectons leurs traditions, mais brûler les têtes de mouton dans les rues nous a fortement incommodé et déplu. Concernant le logement en lui-même, il serait bon de prévoir des ventilateurs pour la pièce de vie où l’on prend les repas , il faudrait également que le toit coulissant soit réparé car nous avons eu une pluie et n’avons pas pu mettre le coin repas à l’abri, puisque le le toit amovible ne fonctionnait pas.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful two-story riad with a rooftop terrace in the heart of the Medina. The riad is very spacious, authentic, and full of charm. Every room is decorated with thoughtfully designed details that make the place feel unique and welcoming. The breakfast served in the morning was absolutely delicious. Hakim was an exceptional host — he kindly waited for us late at night because our flight was delayed and made our check-in very smooth. He also gave us fantastic recommendations for hammams, restaurants, and places to visit in Marrakech. On top of that, he allowed us to leave our belongings after checkout, which was extremely helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Una ubicación muy buena dentro de la Medina aunque parezca inseguro, todo es todo lo contrario, con mucha seguridad para andar por la noche. El personal muy amable y la chica que nos hacía el desayuno espectacular.

Das Haus ist unglaublich schön und geschmackvoll, vom Aufbau her wie ein Riad. Da der Lichthof mit einer Stoffmarkise abgedeckt ist, ist es etwas kühl, was an heißen Tagen sicher sehr angenehm ist. Auch fue Dachterrasse ist sehr schön.

La casa es bastante bonita pero pertenece a unos extranjeros que la alquilan. No son locales. Se nos cayó un palo del techo en mitad del desayuno. Es bastante fría y tiene mucho que mejorar... El desayuno correcto.

Las almohadas no tienen funda, los sofás del salón muy incómodos y estaban mojados por la lluvia. No todas las duchas funcionan. No volveríamos.

Lots of space inside and a great rooftop terrace area. The location was very good and the communication from the host was excellent. A very nice breakfast was also included. Great value for money, would thoroughly recommend.

Es muy bonito, camas cómodas, limpio y cuidado. El patio interior nos encantó. También destacar la amabilidad y atención de nuestro anfitrión. La primera mañana teníamos una excursión muy temprano, antes de la hora del desayuno, así que nos trajeron productos la noche anterior para que igualmente pudiéramos desayunar.

Tienen que revisar los aparatos de aire, el caliente no funciona bien en las habitaciones de abajo. Pero es una cuestión de avería, nada más.

On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and Kenza, the woman who prepared breakfast in the morning, was very kind and welcoming. This place might be more suitable for a very simple summer stay, but overall it is not well prepared for a comfortable or secure experience.

My stay at Dar Ibo was average to disappointing overall. The house is located in an area that did not feel clean, and it is very far from where taxis can stop — about a 35-minute walk. What made the arrival worse is that after this long walk, we waited about another 35 minutes in front of the door before the man came to open it. We were extremely tired, so this was very frustrating. The accommodation is not well equipped for comfort: there is no television, nothing for children, and the bed was not comfortable. There were also several serious issues regarding convenience and safety. The rooms do not have locks, and the upstairs room door had no lock at all. Even the bathroom door was very hard to open and close and needed to be pushed strongly. There was no soap or any bathroom products provided. The internet stopped working on the last day and was not fixed.

Das Riad liegt super ruhig und dennoch zentral in der Medina. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung für drei war vollkommen ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einfach und effektiv. Der Taxiservice vom und zum Flughafen war bestens organisiert.

Die vereinbarten Frühstückszeiten sollten eingehalten werden, weil es sonst mit Anschlusstermin (bspw. Führungen) eng werden kann. Die Klimaanlagen haben nicht immer gut gewärmt.

La ubicación y la amplitud.

La casa no está equipada para unvierno. El agua de las duchas, al no haber cortinas, mojaban todo el baño. Los aparatos de aire acondicionado hacen mucho ruido y si los apagas las habitaciones se "congelaban". Los aparatos de aire acondicionado de 2 de las habitaciones no tienen potecia suficiente.

La ubicación es estupenda. El propietario, Amine, muy agradable y atento. Nos ayudó en todo lo que le pedimos. El alojamiento es mucho más bonito de lo que se ve en las fotos.

El desayuno no lo sirven hasta las 9:00. Para nosotros un poco tarde.

Estaba céntrico, estaba muy limpio y era bonito.

Las calles de acceso eran complicadas y daban un poco de miedo. Tuvimos un problema con una de las personas del personal de limpieza, aunque lo pudimos solucionar. El desayuno merece la pena si puedes tomarlo de 9-11 am, si tienes que irte antes, no.

La ubicación en la medina aunque es muy grande pero estaba cerca del centro de la plaza. Nos recogieron el equipaje el dia de llegada y nos lo llevaron en un carrito a la casa. El desayuno era abundante y puntual. Casa grande con 3 habitaciones y 3 baños aunque las habitaciones de abajo eran pequeñas

Tenía muchísima humedad cuando entrabas se olía desde la puerta y no creo que sea muy sano respirar ese aire. La cocina daba sensación de suciedad. La medina de noche es muy oscura y para llegar algunos días daba un poco de miedo. En el patio donde estaba la mesa todos los dias había un charco que te mojaba los pies que no se de donde venia...creo que del aire acondicionado

De locatie was voor mij ( iets ouder en minder mobiel) een beetje té diep in de Medina, waardoor we toch wel veel moesten lopen, er kon geen auto in de buurt van de Riad komen.

Locatie midden in de oude stad en in de riad zo stil, een oase van rust. Heel fijn contact met host Amine. Ontbijt wordt klaargezet en is heerlijk, elke dag anders en ruim voldoende.

El Riat está muy cuidado, limpio, el desayuno correcto, Amine el responsable del Riat ha sido muy atento nos ha facilitado a los porta maletas que trasladan el equipaje de la parada del taxi hasta el Riat, muy a tener en cuenta ese servicio. Nuestro vuelo salía a las 11:30h y nos ha facilitado otro Riat para dejar las maletas y después nos ha acompañado al taxi. Gracias Amine

lo único a resaltar es que viajábamos tres chicas y la ubicación es un poquito complicada para volver por la noche aunque haya mucha seguridad es un laberinto con sus callejones. No hemos tenido problemas.

It was spacious, great rooftop, centrally located. Fair breakfast and consisted mostly of sweets.

The riad was full of humidity and dampness, to the point that you cannot breath, until the roof was fully open, added to that mosquitos killed me. The toilet next to the kitchen was defective so that when you flush the toilet, fecal matter came out, imagine the smell too. The plumbers came at the same day to unclog it but we were not informed, and there was a camera in the house entrance that one would argue is an invasion of privacy. No soap was available. The lighting was fairly weak and you cannot see clearly at night, which is a problem for bigger individuals and elderly.

Das Riad im typisch marokkanischem Stiel ist sehr gut gelegen- direkt in der Medina von Marrakesch, nur wenige Meter von den Souks entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig, was in Marrakesch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Der Wohnbereich ist schön gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein, ideal, um nach dem Trubel der Stadt etwas zur Ruhe zu kommen. Frühstück war auch lecker und vielfältig, allerdings hätten wir uns frisch gepressten Saft gewünscht (gab es in anderen Unterkünften immer)

Die Dachterrasse war leider etwas lieblos gestaltet, die Kissen zerrissen (Katzen), insgesamt etwas in die Jahr gekommen. Die beiden unteren Zimmer waren recht dunkel, das Licht in den Räumen etwas zu grell, was die Atmosphäre wenig gemütlich machte. Hier könnte man noch verbessern. Die Unterkunft hat viel Potential, könnte aber an einigen Stellen modernisiert werden. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

El Riad está decorado con gusto y es precioso, el camino un poco lúgubre antes de llegar pero es la impresión del primer día después te acostumbras :) El host Amine súper amable y atento cada vez que necesitábamos cualquier cosa. Si volviera repetiría, gracias por todo!

Casa bellissima, ampia, luminosa ben arredata, ottima posizione, silenziosa. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno privato. Colazione fantastica. Servizio di accoglienza perfetto con comunicazione fluida e continuativa. Hakimcii ha supportato in tutte le nostre richieste

Das Riad war perfekt für uns als vierköpfige Familie: Jede:r ein eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und mit Klimaanlage. Sehr wertvoll in Marrakesch im August mit 46 Grad Außentemperatur!! Alle Menschen waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit - sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Umgang. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es gibt auch einen Rooftop mit schöner Aussicht auf die Medina, allerdings war es meist zu heiß, um sich dort aufzuhalten. Die Lage ist toll, wenn man mitten im Trubel der Medina sein möchte - und dennoch ist das Riad sehr ruhig. Mit Auto/Taxi kommt man nicht dahin, zu Fuß zum Platz Jemaa El Fnaa dauert es ca. 15-20 Minuten. Empfehlenswert!

Éramos un grupo de 7 chicas jóvenes y nos recibió el anfitrión con mucha amabilidad. Nos dio un mapa explicándonos todos los puntos de interés y hasta nos recomendó sitios para comer. El desayuno era muy completo y el riad limpio y cómodo.

En 2 de las 3 duchas no salía agua caliente (cosa que no nos importó demasiado ya que era julio pero algo a tener en cuenta si vas en invierno). Todo lo demás perfecto.

Great location in the middle of the medina - its a bit of a walk from Jmaa El Fnaa, but the hosts arranged a cart man to help carry our bags. The housekeeper was very friendly and made a great breakfast every day we were there. The house is beautifully decorated. The inner courtyard has a retractable roof above it, which makes the whole house nice and cool. This was particularly important as we arrived during the middle of the summer - when it was consistently over 110 F outside. The hosts even allowed us to stay on for awhile after checkout to shelter from the heat while we were waiting for our next place to be ready.

The only negative is that the washing machine was locked away as it was supposed to be only for the housekeeper to use. The booking.com entry does say there is a washing machine though - so either the booking entry or the access should be changed.

Centrally located to the market and as 3 friends we all had a room each. A lady came in to make us breakfast and we spent our days getting lost in the surrounding areas! Staff all helpful and efficient

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful riad. It has everything you could need and was spotless. It’s in the heart of the medina so is very close to plenty of restaurants and all the activity in the medina, yet it’s so quiet and peaceful once inside. Lots of different seating areas outside to suit everyone, as some are shaded and some allow you to enjoy the sun. Our host Taoyfik was really nice and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Marrakesh.

I had a wonderful stay at Dar Nuba! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and cozy. The location was perfect for a peaceful and quiet retreat, yet still close enough to everything I wanted to explore. The price was also very affordable, especially for the quality of the accommodation. Our host, Taoufik, has made our experience even better. Despite our very late arrival, he welcomed us warmly and was always friendly and positive. Communication was seamless and fast, and Taoufik provided excellent recommendations for things to do and places to visit. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
