One day there was no warm water, and we couldn’t leave our villa because the door didn’t fit properly in the frame, forcing us to use considerable effort to open it. The carpet produced an unpleasant plastic sound when walked on. There was no towel refreshment, and only one towel was provided. Overall, the stay was far too expensive for what you actually get.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025Very willing staff; noble and charming management - it belongs to an oil company. The room - apartment - was enormous. Staff members - especially Pret and the Nepalese -were very helpful, putting us in the right direction for good local roasted chicken
It is in Murghaya, rather off the beaten track for Hegra, the Winter Park and the rest - it's recommended you have your own transport. We paid a taxi about £20 to get to the tours. However, the locals told us that redevelopment is coming soon to the village, so things might change. Not a buffet breakfast - fried egg and French toast - but the coffee was very good. Note that water in glass bottles is chargeable, though not plastic.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025Very pleasant stay. The room was very modern, well maintained, spacious, and far beyond the standard, making it extremely comfortable. The overall atmosphere felt warm and hospitable, and the staff was attentive throughout our stay. A lovely touch was the welcoming treat of dates and Arabic coffee on arrival, which made us feel genuinely welcome. We did not book breakfast, but there are three local restaurants right next door and a shop directly opposite the hotel, so food options are very convenient. The area is quite rural, so I recommend booking a car from the airport to get around—something I would do anyway when staying in AlUla.
As mentioned above, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Mobility is needed anywhere in AlUla, but this is inherent to the destination and does not in any way detract from the quality or circumstances of the hotel.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025Huge rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Hot showers and felt safe and secure.
While it is close to the airport, it is super isolated and far from all the attractions in Al Ula. There are also no restaurants nearby so you have to be organised and make sure you have eaten before making the (minimum 30mins) journey back from wherever you were last. I think because of location I would not recommend the stay here unless you benefit being 15 mins from the airport. Also, i believe breakfast was provided but we went to 3rd floor on first morning and there was no buffet / menus/ people so we left and didn’t have breakfast there any morning.

Hotels outdoor look was shocking. as doesnt look luxary from outside. but the time you get inside the hotel. the game change and you do feel updated hotel. great interior. its bit 20min far by car from AlUla torist places. but since we have car. i doesnt bother.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast after we told them what we wanted a night before otherwise they give you a lot of stuff you may not like and it gets wasted.
We originally booked the villa which had a few shortcomings. For example the showers were not separate to the toilets which made the bathroom messy. The kitchen of the villa did not look clean and did not have any utensils. However, the staff were very helpful and moved us to the hotel which was excellent.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2025الجناح نظيف والمكان مجهز بكل شي تحتاجونه اغراض الطبخ اذا طلبتو يرسلون لكم على كلامهم احنا ماحتجنا شي منهم قريبه للمطار بس بينها وبين الفعاليات من 30الى 40 دقيقه الطريق مافيه زحمه وتستمتع بالجال وانت رايح بالنهار
صوت الغرفه الملاصقه لنا نسمعهم وهم يسمعون صوتنا لان بيننا باب حتى اذا شغلو الاضاءه عندهم واحنا نايمين نحس في الضوء

الفندق عند مطار العلا يبعد عن العلا حوالي عشره كيلو ال خمسة عشر الي معه سيارته مناسب السكن فيه

Very close to the airport, spacious rooms, clean, great AC and has very nice attention to details such as low nice music in the corridors with beautiful sents The hotel manager was also very helpful in arranging a special visit for us to Maraya Also amazing complementary tea and Arabic coffie

O quarto não foi limpo todos os dias. No primeiro dia só tinha uma toalha no quarto e estava com cheiro de cigarro. Ao pedir mais toalhas demoraram muito a trazer. No dia seguinte não limparam ao quarto e ao solicitarmos novas toalhas, novamente demoraram muito a atender a solicitação.
