The location is excellent. Directly linked to KLCC station and very close to shopping areas such as the Avenue K Mall, Suria KLCC. Petronas Twin Towers are within sight, and there are many places to eat around the accommodation. The bedrooms are cooling with aircon on, and the beds are comfortable to sleep on.

Not particularly a dislike, just need to remember to switch off the heater after bathing to prevent "smoking" in the bathrooms.

everything was perfect except for the bathroom, could have been better. eg, to replace the rubber hose with jet spray. bathtub was leaking hence we had to wipe the water using a towel. other than that, we love the apartment. will definitely come again for future stay.

The apartment is quite big and spacious and includes everything you would find in your own apartment, and has an amazing balcony and view and in a great location as well.

There was a strong funny smell in the alley to the apartment which would sneak in inside the apartment. And the airconditioning in the TV area was noisy/not working. Also, the beds and towels were kind of consumed and needs a new replacement.

I had a great stay at this apartment in Kuala Lumpur! The location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring the city. The building was well-maintained and offered great amenities like a gym and a swimming pool, which I really enjoyed using. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

However, there were a couple of issues that affected my experience. The bath was not working during my stay, and I noticed some mold/fungus in the bathrooms, which was disappointing. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this place could be perfect.

The location is perfect with good amenities and easily accessible transportation. And it’s good value for money. Nice view of the city from the unit although it’s not facing the twin towers.

A little more upkeep of the unit would be good coz the condition appears old and worn out.

Location was superb, the property was spacious and very accessible to KLCC station and Avenue K mall, which had a lot of food options. The property also had a filtered water dispenser for both hot and cold water, and a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer.

Bathtub stopper was spoilt so we had to manually drain the tub after every use

No free parking available. You need to park in the mall. It would be good if guests are informed in advance so they know what to expect and can plan accordingly

Fabulous location above the K Mall and 2 minutes walk underground to KLCC mall and the twin towers. Lots of restaurants in the Mall and nearby. The KL Metro system is right below the apartment. Fantastic views of the city from all the rooms and a wraparound balcony. 3 bedrooms (en-suite all with very comfortable double beds). The largest bedroom also had a single bed with another single underneath. Easy to get into apartment - the owner met us and took us there. Fabulous pool - long, suitable for lengths with nice loungers and cabanas. Would definitely stay again.

Minor details, needs a few pictures on the walls. The toilet seat in the main bathroom needs adjusting.

The location was excellent, beds comfortable, view towards the mountains. Loved the fact there was a balcony. Plenty of clothes hangers in the closets. Water filter was excellent. Apartment complex is quiet and convenient. Access to the malls, restaurants and the train station was unbeatable. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. Overall, really good.

A few little extra touches would be good. Bedside tables and a set of glasses would be appreciated. The TV isn't tuned to local stations, not the end of the world but I did want to watch the news occasionally. There was some mould in the bathrooms which is understandable in the climate. Local tours do not pick up at this location, you need to nominate a nearby hotel like the Ascott Star or Four Seasons.

The apartment is clean and well equipped.Enough for 5 adults,2 kids and a baby.Walking distance underground route to KLCC.

The bath tub cannot drained.Each time after use need drain it use pail.

Outstanding view,great location one step away from KLCC towers,pool was fantastic ,public transport on the same spot ,nearby a lot of good restaurants and mallls good for shopping .

It was basically avenue K shopping mall which was excellent!.. Such beautiful staff and the location was excellent..LRT just 2 min away.. 3 bedroom apartment with surround balcony!! Attached bathrooms. One of its kind in the area!.. Extremely easy check in and check out process. Stunning pool which the children enjoyed!..

My bathroom door can't be locked.. My hot water was tepid.. The others were good.. Route from avenue K closes at 10pm but we were informed of this.. Slightly on the pricier side but worth it is can afford..

It’s a good size apartment with large rooms. I also liked that there’s a water filter provided, a washer and dryer. It’s also conveniently located near malls and restaurants.

The toilets floor is slippery, the master bathroom shower head length is insufficient, the shower should have a proper shower cubicle.

Incredible location, great for shopping and lunch/breakfast options on the doorstep (including a starbucks). Being above a metro station was a great bonus for transport around the city. Incredibly close to Petronas towers. Can't recommend highly enough. Host met us at 4:30am and took us to the accomodation.

The location is fantastic and the apartment is very big and spacious. We could walk everywhere, or take a tube if you wanted to go further. We took a grab taxi from outside to Batu Caves and it was only a few pounds.

Location Location. Location . Easy access to both Avenue K Mall and also Suria KLCC. Great pool , could almost touch the Twin Towers. Great space and value for money.

The location is right in the middle of the city and just opposite KLCC. The location is above a mall which is very convenient for shopping and getting food. The pool is excellent. The apartment is super spacious with bathrooms attached to the bedrooms and additional toilet near the living room.

Parking is always a problem at the heart of the city. However parking is available at the mall but you have to pay for the overnight stay. It cost about RM50-70 for an overnight stay parking fee. The owner could provide a free parking for 1 guess at least parking at the apartment parking facility. But actually I don't mind parking at the mall.

Great location by Avenue K Mall, so close to supermarkets, coffee shops & restaurants. Lots of space for a family group, all bedrooms had en-suites. Great balcony with city views. Swimming pool had views of the towers, and was clean and very quiet.

Property was large and spacious and in a good location. The swimming pool and gym were great.

The property needs some maintenance. When in the bathroom it leaks from the ceiling and drips down your back which isn’t pleasant. It is lacking items like hand towels, face cloths, bath mats. No drinking glasses just a few plastic cups. The air conditioning is very noisey along with the fridge.

The location is excellent, just below Avenue K Mall and the MRT station, and directly opposite Suria KLCC. Super convenient! The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this place again the next time I visit KL. Thank you host alson, very friendly too 😄

Spacious home with centralized air condition. Unit has 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms, a powder room, huge dining/living room, complete kitchen and laundry equipment. Unit is literally above the mall and just across Suria KLCC and the Petronas towers. We were greeted with warm welcome by the landlord. Thank you, YL for accommodating us.

The location of the hotel is opposite to the twin tower and located above the Avenue Mall. Everything available in a walking distance.

the air-conditioning, I think the filters need cleaning, the musty smell played havoc on a couple of us. we also booked for 5 adults and wanted 5 beds, a little confusion with bedding, 2 beds didn't have any sheets so we had to pull apart sheets from 2 double beds and we made it work

Is big to fix 8 people, all the room have own toilet, hair dryer and spare pillow and blankets. So nice and feel comfort to stay.

The 2nd room air cond is not cold, hope to repair it.

1. Exposed electrical wirings at one of the bedside powerboards. 2. Master bedroom toilet seat was found broken after checking in. 3. Infant cot was not provided with mattress. Pillows were too firm, and no softer options were available. Item 1 and 2 were rectified by host upon notification. Otherwise, great apartment.

Super convenient. Right downstairs is the KLCC LRT. Shopping centres Avenue K and KLCC are also downstairs with lots of food options. Large bedrooms and comfy beds. The view from the balcony is amazing. The best thing is the washing machine and dryer.

It was absolutely perfect for us. The location cannot be beaten - so close to all public transport which is so easy to navigate. We loved the apartment - it was spacious and had everything we needed. A massive plus wad the washer and dryer. The shops were amazing although not a priority for us. So much to see and do in KL. Would 100% recommend this place to all travellers - families, solo and couples.

Location, spacious, got infinity pool with great view of klcc. got washing machine and dryer. Great kitchen utility where included water filters. Helpful guide.clean linen. Comfy bed.

Slightly smelly (go away after open balcony for a while). Don’t have bed side tables. Not enough towels given. Cleaning still can be improve in term of dust and smell.

The location is incredibly convenient to shops, klcc twin tower, and lrt station. The balcony with city view is great. And the living room is clean. The host was friendly and helpful. The pool has an amazing view but can be cleaner.

We requested for early check in by an hour, but still the cleaner was cleaning the unit when we arrived. Nonetheless, the shower room is quite disappointing with visible mold everywhere, and water damages to the door. Meanwhile, the other bathroom has a near collapsing ceiling but wasn't informed by the host. I mentioned to the host that I'd need to do some cooking as I'm travelling with children, but it's disappointing to found the oven is actually broken. Both bedrooms lack bedside tables. The mattresses were sinking in. Overall, for the luxury price paid (mainly due to its location), i expected this unit to at least be decent. I honestly will not recommend this unit due to the water damages, mould issue, and collapsing bathroom ceiling.

The host, she went all out about all of our inquiry, very thoughtful and helpful. The house, very well kept, the air con makes you dont think it’s summer at all, provide all the basic necessity you could possibly need. The cleanliness, very clean, doesnt have a smell, the host did a good job of cleaning almost every nook and cranny. The size, it’s huge! The location… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything. It’s hard to think of what we don’t like about this house.

Only minor thing, for some of us, the pillow was a bit stiff.
