Localisation idéale, proche de tous les transports, bus, train, tram et même taxis. A recommander aussi pour son calme Un propriétaire à l'écoute et réactif, même en période de mobilisation militaire.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2023Location. They are 4 minutes away from the central train station and trams. They are 3 minutes away from the long distance bus station.
This place needs a renovation to be comfortable. Cleanness needs to be improved. When we checked in, we saw other people's hairs and ants on bed. We told them about it. They cleaned the room once, but it was not good. Breakfast was o.k. My major problem was the owner and his refund policy. We booked a room for two different days: 4 nights and 1 night after a few days. We stayed four nights in early October and booked another night five days later. When we checked in, the owner asked us for the prepayment for the second stay. So, we did. However, before we come back to Jerusalem for the second stay, Hamas fired rockets to Israel including Jerusalem. Israel declared a war against Hamas. All flights were cancelled. So, we cancelled our second stay reservation in Jerusalem and let the owner know it. Instead of flying, we crossed the border to Jordan by land (we stayed in Galilee). I sent a message to the owner a few times for a refund. However, he refused to giving me a refund. He offered me a one night credit when I come back to Jerusalem next time. But, I do not have a plan to come back to Israel. I asked him again for the refund of my prepayment. Under the current circumstances, I felt that I should get a refund. No response from him again. He decided to ignore my request. Please be aware of his refund policy.

מקום גרוע, מצעים מטונפים עם שערות, שירותים דוחים עם מכסה אסלה שבור, וילון מטונף במקלחת, נגעלנו פשוט לישון שם, בבוקר חיפשנו חד פעמי לשתייה חמה וחא היה רק כוסות ספלים וזכוכית אז ויתרנו גם על שתייה ועזבנו את המקום. המחיר 770 ש"ח לירושלים לזוג פלוס 2 היה יחסית נמוך אבל לא שווה....

It was a bit dirty, the towels seemed not as clean as they should be.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2023It was a nice quiet place. A very centralized place - close to (almost) everything. The bed and room was very comforting and had much sleep. The breakfast was great; simple, nurturing, everything that is needed to start the day.
The a/c in the room acted a bit wonky sometimes. Had to turn on/off a couple of times. Also maybe a snack machine in the lobby.

המקלחת קטנה, היה קצת קשה להתנהל שם החדרים גם קצת קטנים אך למי שמחפש בעיקר מקום ללון זה היה סביר מאד.

After reading reviews on breakfast, I was disappointed. I would have liked to see juice and a little more fresh bread or fruit. If I had known, I would have just prepared food back in the room instead.

Preis pro Nacht eher hoch für B&B. Komfort entspricht eher einem Hostel.

I rented the apartment which is just at Jaffa street. Due to the construction that's going on in there, there was a lot of noise from 6 am till 10pm and even two nights I almost couldn't sleep because they were working nonstop till 4 and 5 am. I hope this will end soon!!

室温に不満はありませんが、エアコンが壊れていたのか使えませんでした。 タオルの交換は希望しないとしてくれません。 5泊で部屋の清掃はありませんでした。

Reviewed Apr 11, 2023Établissement situé dans un endroit calme. Petit déjeuner correct et personnel accueillant et serviable. L'établissement met des équipements à la disposition des clients (cuisine à l'intérieur et terrasse à l'extérieur).
Nous avions réservé une chambre dans le bâtiment principal avec salle de bain complète. Nous avons été installés dans une annexe non attachée au bâtiment. Cela ressemblait à un cabanon. Il n'y avait personne sur place à notre arrivée alors nous n'avons pas pu changer de chambre ou poser des questions. Nous nous sommes installés et avons gardé cette chambre. Nous avons été confortables et tranquilles. La douche est à améliorer car il n'y a pas de seuil, donc il y a de l'eau partout après et il n'y a pas de crochet pour la douche téléphone. C'est un peu plus loin que nous le pensions de la vieille ville. Nous avons beaucoup marché, mais c'est près du tramway, alors quand il est en fonction ça va bien. Nous y étions pendant les congés de Pâques alors il était souvent fermé, ainsi que les restaurants. L'épicerie (dépanneur) ouverte était à au moins 2 km.

The toilet seat was loose and needs refitting.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2023The accommodation is located just minutes away from the central bus and the central train station. That would be your main reason to want to stay there. The manager is very kind. The property is Houston in an old building and has somewhat of a historic field. The room where the breakfast is served fields kind of homey.
The equipment in the rooms is a little bit dated and basic. The bathroom has no ventilation. It could also see some new touches. For the degree of comfort, the price is high, you’re charged for the convenience of the location.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2023The host (Nir) was really helpful not only in terms of our apartment but also in terms of our plans for the day & current situation in the city/ Israel. He was very positive and friendly. The Allenby is perfectly located, 5min from main train station that is directly linked with Ben Gurion Airport (25min), tram 3min or bus stop in front of the door. That was super comfortable when travelling with a small kid. We met very interesting people from all over the world at breakfast which was nice.
Brekfast was simple and each day they served the same menu. Some differentiation would be welcome (we missed shakshuka, cheese, some diary or eggs), but well at this size of price it was fine. We had an impression that the apartment wasn't cleaned well (dirty windows, some dirty towels)

Room has a very small space on the mezzanine floor, and Its ceiling is scratched and polluted. But the biggest disappointment was the bed linen. It was not as clean and fresh as it should have been in a hotel. There were also some hairs on the pillows. We could not stay, so we left.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2023Skvělé snídaně, spousta zeleniny i ovoce. Pokoj s vlastní maličkou koupelnou. Byli jsme zde za chladnějšího počasí, a skvělé bylo že klimatizace dokázala foukat i teplo. Pokoj měl trošku chladnější podlahu, v létě to však musí být nedocenitelná výhoda. Nir nám poradil jak a i kam cestovat, velmi přívětivý, milý a ochotný člověk. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.

Reviewed Feb 20, 2023המיקום היה מעולה, היה קרוב לתחנה המרכזית. החדר היה נקי והכל היה מסודר, היו מים חמים במקלחת והמיטה הייתה נוחה מאוד. בעל המקום היה נעים ומנומס וזמין אלינו בנייד לכל שאלה.

Reviewed Feb 19, 2023Местоположение отличное! Хозяин очень приветливый и всегда был на связи, решил все вопросы. Разрешил нам заехать пораньше и оставить сумки после выезда. Есть кухня и много посуды. Чай и кофе 24 часа. Дом красивый, старинный, тут тихо.
Были в феврале, кондиционер почти не грел, было очень холодно. Но вопрос решился - нам дали обогреватель!

Reviewed Feb 17, 2023セントラルバスステーションの近くで大変便利でした。安息日は路面電車が動きませんが、徒歩だと旧市街まで平坦な一本道で30分弱で、安息日独特の雰囲気を味わえました。 朝食も美味しかったです。またキッチンを自由に使うことができ、宿泊客用の大きな冷蔵庫もあります。近くにスーパーマーケットあります。 オーナーの方も親切で、アーリーチェックインできてありがたかったです。 玄関の鍵はヨーロッパと同じ？で日本人には開けにくいですが、右に回しきった後、右に回しながらドアノブを押すと開きました。出かける前に練習した方がよいです。
部屋は狭いです。4人部屋に3人で宿泊しましたが、全員がスーツケースを同時に開くことはできないです。コンセントはベッド脇にしかありません。鏡も洗面所(兼トイレ、シャワー)にしかないので身支度が少々不便でした。 また、シャワーは壁に固定、床が結構傾斜してて滑りやすいので注意が必要です。 wifiが不安定でした。 しかし、とてもリーズナブルな価格で宿泊でき、キッチンがあるので食費も節約できて満足です。

Reviewed Feb 14, 2023The staff was really friendly, the outdoor area was very pleasant and the breakfast was a big plus
The first 2 days we were unable to turn off the heating and then when they came to ‘fix it’ we weren’t able to turn on the heat again for the remaining 3 days but we didn’t want to complain again. The water of the shower also did not want to get warm even after 10 minutes of running
