The owners Nora and Klaus were lovely and very accommodating. We had a lovely 5 night stay and the weather was perfect.

Wir wurden von den beiden Gastgebern Nora und Klaas sehr herzlich empfangen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und es gab ein sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Das Haus war etwas hellhörig, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat.

Zeer gastvrij echtpaar, we kregen diverse tips over de bezienswaardigheden van Haarlem. Met een paar minuten lopen is er een bushalte die stopt in het centrum een echte aanrader om hier gebruik van te maken. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, samen met het echtpaar aan de ontbijttafel hebben we gezellige gesprekken gehad.

Wij genoten van een heerlijke fietsvakantie! Haarlem is een heel boeiende stad, niet ver van strand, duinen, bossen met de beste fietspaden in de wereld en met nu in juni straten vol met heerlijk geurende bloeiende lindes. Het verblijf in de B&B was prima in orde: lekker ontbijt, eigen badkamer met hete douche, gratis parkeren in de rustige straat. De B&B is een eindje van het centrum, maar voor wie daar tegen op ziet is er een AH heel kortbij en om de hoek een lekker restaurant met eerlijke prijzen. De uitbaters, met heel lieve en welopgevoede hond, zijn erg behulpzaam en maken, indien gewenst, tijd voor een babbeltje. Kortom: het was heel erg fijne ervaring en dus warm aanbevolen!

Comfortabel, huiselijke sfeer, vriendelijk!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und in guter Lage. Die beiden Gastgeber*innen haben sich herzlich um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt.

Es war alles wunderbar

Die Gastfamilie hat uns sehr gut empfangen. sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung war ruhig.

Wir hatten keinen separaten Eingang. Im Zimmer fehlte der Fernseher. Frühstück war im das gleiche. Die Unterkunft war zwar gut aber der Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war hoch.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches such as complimentary tea and coffee, as well as information on what to do in the area. The breakfast each morning was superb. Klaas and Nora were fabulous hosts. We also really appreciated the free parking for the car.

The apartment is about a 20-30 minute walk from the centre but I’m sure there used to be public transport, although we didn’t make use of it.

The hosts were incredibly kind and fun. Their house and the bedroom was airy, clean and had a view of their lovely patio and garden. The breakfasts were really good and they were flexible with time for breakfast. The location was a bit out from the center of town but easily reached by bus that is close to the house. The bus to the airport took 30 minutes and was an added bonus to the location.

We liked everything!

Breakfast was delicious and included variety. Nora and Nico are more than willing to accommodate gluten free and special diet as well as cater to timing if you are leaving early in the day . The hosts were so kind and fun to chat with. The place is very quiet and comfortable with private bath.

What can I say here? It was wonderful and we would recommend. Location not perfect but easy walking distance to town.
