Good service good food

The hotel is in a quiet residential locality an quite close to good restaurants. Very nice place for walks. The staff at the hotel were very helpful at all times. Housekeeping staff Lakhan and Kamlesh met all our needs. Yogita at the Front Desk, was in contact even before arrival, arranged our pickup and was always made us feel welcome.

The buffet breakfast options were a little limited, especially non vegetarian dishes. Room service choices were better

The rooms, the breakfast and the service was excellent.

The property was modern. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Staff at the Sierra were very friendly and happy to help. The views from the roof terrace were nice.

Extremely noises at night during ‘live music’ events. The very popular roof Terrace effectively became a nightclub with loud booming music clearly audible in the hotel floors below. Not only did the music go on till the early hours of the morning, this was then followed by further disruptions as people from the roof terrace made their way down the stairwells banging on our room door and pressing the bell.

The hotel room was visually excellent with all the amenities in the room, especially the bathroom. Additionally, the rooftop restaurant at the hotel was quite good. Do try their pizza.

Attention toutefois. Si vous souhaitez dormir, passez votre route. Le restaurant sur le toit est également une boîte de nuit. Sur le site, on parle d'une "expérience musicale" le jeudi, vendredi et samedi.... On y était ces trois jours...La musique est très forte et les jeunes déambulent bruyamment la nuit dans les couloirs.

All staff nice with great behavior

Located slightly away from the city, but transport is easily available. We went to their rooftop restaurant, very disappointed with the food and service. No value for money,

Food was good, live music was really great but it was too crowded on weekends that's understandable stay was comfortable but the locks in pool villa were not working so we were on alert every single night even the bathroom lock was not working so please fix it and the smell in the main bedroom bathroom was so unbearable that we could not use it pool was good and the cleaning staff was really kind people on the desk were helpful specially Mr. Kamlesh was a big help to us thank you we would like to visit again sometime but please fix the locks because one time when we came back after dinner all the rooms were opened

Locks in every single door were not working only the manual lock on the main door was the only security we had so we had to put our luggage against door every single night please fix it for the future guests

you shoud add a 6 inches screen on the glass windows , to cut the visibility of the bird spikes , while you just sitting near the window and enjoying the veiw . Swimmming pool area , need to have strict rules for the usage ,you shouldnt let guests use the swimming pool area unless thier only pupose is swimming .

The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The furniture was so nice and useful that the stay became as if we were at home. The food was very delicious and the staff was cooperative and well mannered.

The property is well kept and with facilties. The food is scrumptious and can be in competition with some renowned places. in the city and honestly can beat the competition. Personally i liked the food with the right flavours and fresh. Though the food is pricy.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was very clean, comfortable, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. The staff members were all so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. What surprised us the most was how accommodating they were towards our 7-month-old Rottweiler. Not many places are genuinely big-dog friendly, so we truly appreciated how comfortable and welcomed they made us feel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, we’d definitely love to come back again!

Food no need to wander anywhere else just try at Soul on rooftop .

L'hôtel était très beau, le personnel très gentil et serviable (on nous a permis de check-in plus tôt car on arrivait en train couchette et on nous a gardé nos bagages de côté avant de reprendre l'avion assez tard) La chambre était très bien décorée, on avait même un petit balcon si besoin ! Une jolie piscine intérieure !

Le bruit : le restaurant au dessus faisait une soirée-concert mais la musique était vraiment très très forte (pourtant on était au 2e étage sur 4 étages) et on entendait les gens crier dans le couloirs (l'isolation en Inde dans les hotels c'est souvent inexistant malheureusement ...) jusqu'à 00h donc vraiment pas top pour se reposer quand on doit se lever tôt (j'ai du dormir avec des boules quies ...) Rapport qualité prix un peu élevé (même si globalement, Udaipur est plus chère que d'autres villes d'Inde)

Yogita at reception was the most understanding person in the hotel.

I booked room with jacuzzi based on photographs for 4 nights. When I reached there, I realised that this hotel has two parts - one very old and one new one. They have only one jacuzzi room and that is on ground floor in old part. It stinks. It's not well planned. I had no choice here. When I started using jacuzzi, fortunately (yeah, you will find out soon), it stopped working immediately. I complained about this and thus they had to change my room to another room in new wing with bathtub. This was a good room. But I had got this only for 3 nights instead of 4. I didn't make a fuss as that's not my nature. On the last day, back to jacuzzi room, just managed one night! I also didn't like that this hotel has a small restaurant that becomes too crowded as it's open for public. It becomes quite loud during from Thursday to Sunday as there is live music.

Flexibility in adding breakfast in hotel charges in case someone is missing.

The sound of the music was very high on the terrace. We requested your staff to lower it as it was 11 pm and we couldn’t sleep. They said it will be playing till midnight and next night too it will be played. We were quite disappointed and left the hotel premises next morning and moved to another hotel. I would request that your staff should be little more considerate towards customers request.

The property is extremely beautiful and cozy. Every corner has something aesthetically pleasing. The staff there were extremely helpful and polite. Right from the check-in process till the checkout, we were looked after really well. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean, amenities present like a 3 star. Room size is good with attached balcony in an elite room where I stayed for 2 days.

The in room dining service is pathetic. One day they took order and forgot, I followed up after 2 hours to get it...on top of it...the guy on other side told me that I must have put the order in some other number....just ridiculous behaviour. The other day I ordered something and the delivery was something else...they changed it when I complained them about additional charges ...and they found that they have added a 700 rupees item without me ordering it...full comedy of errors.

The room was very spacious with, clean bathroom. Amazing terrace resturant good food and beautiful veiw of the lake. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.. they also arranged our sightseeing tour in udaipur. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Value for money. Friendly in room staff, house keeping and Adil from front desk. Good view and rooftop restaurant with live music had some amazing vibes. Food was decent. We were upgraded to higher category room and liked the room.

Two things I did not like. Number one- the reception staff asked me to open booking.com app and while I was making final payment he decided to post review from my phone without even asking or taking my consent which was outrageous. Ideally I would have given a good review but this was not expected at all. 2. Primary reason of booking the property was it stated it has temperature controlled pool. On reaching and asking I was informed though they have it, it’s normally kept closed in summers (early March) and it takes two days for them to warm it. So basically anyone having stay upto 2 days cannot enjoy it. This should ideally have been put up as a disclaimer. No baby cot availablity at hotel

Location is excellent, just outside the old town, staff were courteous and responsive and quick to correct their mistake. Overall vibe of the hotel is trendy, rooms are large and spacious. The restaurant on the top floor serves good food with a fantastic view of the lake.

Breakfast could be better, should include sambhar and have a pepper coffee machine
