Such a beautiful apartment with outdoor patio. Very spacious and clean. Modern decor. Perfect place to stay. Will definitely stay again !
excellent place , friendly host, very comfortable rooms
Well set out villa with everything provided incl oil/tea bags/coffee etc. Great communication from the host. Would recommend
We chose this property specifically for its location and because it was advertised as a higher-end stay with two bathrooms. Travelling with two teenagers, having two usable bathrooms was an important part of why we selected this accommodation and paid what we did. Unfortunately, one of the showers was not functioning properly from the beginning of our stay. The water did not drain and would build up around your feet during a normal shower, making it impractical to use. We reported the issue and someone did attend to look at it, but the problem was not actually resolved and continued for the remainder of our four-night stay. This meant we were effectively left with one usable shower, which was particularly inconvenient because that bathroom was the ensuite attached to the teenagers’ bedroom, so everyone had to go through their room to shower. The remaining shower also had noticeably poor water pressure whenever water was being used elsewhere in the property. There were also visible yellow/dirty-looking marks in the grout around the toilet area, which was disappointing given the standard the property was presented as. What disappointed me most was the response afterwards. We requested a reasonable partial refund because one of the main facilities we had specifically booked the property for was unavailable for the entire stay. The response was essentially that because they had responded to our messages and sent someone out, no refund would be considered. In my view, attending to a problem is not the same as fixing it. The shower remained unusable, so we did not receive the facilities we had paid for. The location was good, but based on the maintenance issues and particularly the way our concerns were handled afterwards, I would not choose to stay here again.
Le confort et la propreté
Rien tout était impeccable
Lovely 2 bedroom unit with quality inclusions.
A little too far out of town to walk in.
It was warm and comfortable. Compact but cleverly designed. Had everything we needed.
For me personally the walk back up the hill was tough.
The pin code advised was incorrect, however the cleaners were upstairs at another unit, and gave us the correct pin code.
The heavy footed persons in the upstairs unit
Everything was perfect. Customer service was great

Everythink was very nice comfy and clean
There was a buzzing noice out side bedroom window that kept one of us awake
This apartment is exceptional, we stayed here with our friends and the bedrooms are soundproof, we didn’t hear them and they didn’t hear us, we each had our own bathroom. The beds are really comfortable, it is within close proximity to the centre of town, bit of a climb back if you walk it.
A rather clean, fresh and well furnished/equipped apartment, within walking distance of town centre (although via steep slopes not suitable for the elderly or infirmed). Everything worked very well and instructions for use of appliances were well presented. Owners were responsive to requests and inquiries. If we came back to Queenstown, we will certainly be happy to stay here again.
The slopes. A slightly later checkout at 12 noon would have been preferable to allow a more productive use of the morning.
Pros - clean, modern apartment. Well stocked kitchen. - Quiet
Cons - good for 2 people, however a bit small for 3 or 4 especially as very limited space to eat dinner (no dining table, just stools along kitchen counter). - There is no lake view as stated in the listing (under Outdoor and View). The living room looks out onto a road. - the property management uses an automated email service that sends an annoying number of emails. For this 1 booking we received over 15 emails (confirmation, auto check-in instructions, reminders to complete auto-checkin (although we already had), promotional emails trying to sell you on activities in QT, checkout instructions, etc, etc. )
Extraordinary clean
The sitting/dining area is too small for 4 people.
Location and facilities
Bedroom a little small , but perfect for 4day stay
It was such a lovely villa, two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything we needed with full kitchen and even tea, coffee and sugar. Check-in information was easy to follow and provided in plenty of time for our arrival. We will definitely stay here again.
As with many accom in Queenstown if you want to walk to town, coming back is hard due to hills which is not to do with the Villa itself. Whilst there was parking for the 4 Villas at this address, unfortunately as there are no defined bays we were sometimes left without a park as other guests parked in a way that only 3 could fit. Would be better to have 4 marked bays for the 4 Villas.
Comfortable beds Great location easy access to everything

Badezimmer war sehr kalt
A bit of an uphill walk but perfect location to town and sights. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with utensils and cleaning products and the living area very comfortable for a family to relax in.
Just some attention to detail to make it live up to being called a 'luxury stay'. The carpet had a few stains near the front door and noticed one of the pot lids was mouldy. Also the chopping board had a burn stain. The beds were also extremely soft and the pillows on the other hand, quite hard.
Loved the location close to town. It was clean with modern kitchen etc.
It’s a great place, but know it is up a steep hill from the center of town. Even though it was a short distance, we would drive down the hill, and park in town, then drive back up.
La villa est très bien équipée, décorée avec goût et proche du centre de Queenstown.
Rien
Location and the 2 bedroom two bathrooms.
Not much space in kitchen cabinets for groceries.
15 minutes to town, had two bathrooms and nice and warm! Kitchen pretty well stocked, came with coffee and some basics which we appreciated.
Living space on the small side, glad we were weren’t 4 people as would have been too tight, no table to sit at. Not much sound insulation between the rooms.
Beautiful finish and excellent beds and bedding. So warm. Bathrooms also excellent. Location so convenient. Loved the outlook on the street.

It was close to Queenstown Hill. Got up early to hike to the top (bring your flashlights) but the views from the top were worth it. The bedding was good quality and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and having private bathrooms was nice. They have high end fixtures and appliances. Everything was as pictured.
None
Location is quite close to centre but a little uphill. Both bedrooms had a convenient en-suite shower room.
Apartment was on ground floor looking to street. Fortunately it was quiet and curtains gave some privacy
The location, facilities, information, and the hosts responsiveness were all top class!
Nothing - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and only wished we had time to stay longer
Location, cleanliness
Low ceiling and lack of big windows in bed rooms
Great location, clean and new environment for stay. TV is awesome for Netflix and prime video!
The property was great with good parking. Water pressure was awesome.
