Nice and close to town. Good view of the mountain and part of Queenstown.

A dry room for our ski gear would have been great.

Worth the price. There's definitely cheaper options in other cities but for queenstown it was affordable. Room was decent, big and kitchen has everything. Just mote reception closes 5:30 and sometimes no one picks up calls. Just make sure you reach out if your check in time is delayed.

Location is super convenient

Every windowsill was covered in black mould. The room had a thick BO smell when we entered. The bathroom had dead bugs on the ceiling and the shower had no shelves as they had previously been broken off. The bed had a long black hair in the sheets as well as a dirty tissue under the bed. The car park was minimal and there was not enough space for all cars to park.

Great view, very clean, great service and plunger coffee!

The TV reception wasn't very good.

I needed to descend & climb stairs. I could have asked for help but didn’t. TV channels limited. Internet available but not secure so unable to access TV via my iPad.

Beautiful views over the town. Very close and easy walk to harbour, bus stops, town centre, gardens and walking tracks.

I get it it’s Queenstown, but for what we paid, found the accommodations very basic. Spider webs were pretty common, felt a little better eye on cleaning would have been helpful.

No much, little pricey for what it is compared to other towns. The couch wasn't super comfortable and wouldn't want to use it as a fold out bed for an adult.

Our front door and kitchen window was level with next room Kitchen and all the smells came into our apartment so had to keep doors and windows closed. ALSO NOT ABLE TO USE BALCONY for same reason. Fridge smelt bad of FISH and totally iced up so we had to thaw it before we could use it. The Kitchen floor was filfy. Some replacement towels were scratchy and soiled. The windows need cleaning as wipe marks all over.

Was overly priced, small room, bathroom was weirdly positioned ( less space in toilet). Water pressure in the shower was very low. But the view of QT from top room was amazing (only room # 1,2,3). I don’t think you’ll get the similar view from any other rooms. 10 min or less walk to the city centre was very handy. Basically paid for the view only!

Great location 5 min walk into all the facilities and the town centre.Plenty of room in the apartment and all the cooking equipment was great.

Great location, within 5 minutes walk to Queenstown City Center and 2 minutes walk to bus stop to get to Arrowtown. Very comfy beds and extremely clean. Great (partial) view of Queenstown waterfront.

A bit noisy as it's close to the main road. No oven (we bought pizzas from the supermarket but found out we had no oven), kitchen facilities very basic.

Tv wasn't set up properly for channels. Needing scrolling thru everytime we wanted to watch anything. Couldn't get heat pump to turn on. Remote battery problem? Did tell person in office who said he would look at it but not actioned

The location was great. Our upgraded room was amazing.

Unfortunately our first night we didn’t have any hot water so we got upgraded.

No breakfast was provided. The location was good apart from being on top of a long hill. The shower was really good.

Although the main room looked clean the floors in the room and in the bathroom were very grubby.

The location was brilliant

It was not clean. There were socks under the bed from other people who had stayed in the room prior. Hair in the bathroom that wasn’t ours - actually very gross. Would have expected way better considering the price. Won’t be staying again.

Proximity to town

Nowhere to wash dishes. I am not going to wash them in the basin where you wash your hands etc. the kettle didn’t fit under the tap to fill with water. Third world conditions

Whole apartment very tired and not 100^ clean. Dirt on vinyl flooring in kitchen, bathroom needs mouldy seals replaced. Bed ok but quite hard and pillows old and lumpy.

Needed more attention to detail with cleaning. The glasses in the cupboard weren’t clean, and we found a hair clip and used dental floss in the bedroom when we checked in.

I didn't like the room I was given, it felt isolated and as I was on my own, I didn't feel safe. I was right down the back of the property, downstairs from the carpark.

Rooms not made up each day, towels offered to be changed, extra room was tiny, no fan in shower, internet did not work or extremely slow. Paid extra for apartment but additional room was tiny, had to use tap in bathroom but kettle did not fit under tap. Bathroom renovated but the rest very tired. Cups, plates and glasses on stool and no washig up other than bathroom

The cleanliness of the ensuite. I did ask reception to give it a decent clean but there was still mildew on show ceiling and round windows with dirty skirting boards. It was a pity because otherwise our stay was good.

The room had lovely views and a good location. The room was clean, but the bathroom needed a spring clean with mould in the bathroom and it was dirty in corners and around taps and in the edges of the shower. Als the motel could invest in some decent pillows. It was a good price.

We stayed 3 nights recently. The location is convenient, walking distance to town which is great especially with the traffic and parking issues in Queenstown. Rooms are old and could use a renovation. Due to age, cleanliness can be a challenge but it was as good as it could be. All things considered we were happy with the rooms considering the location and price in comparison

Room was nothing like picture on Expedia. Underneath building next to laundry room which was very loud. Parking was very limited. Toilet seat was falling off. Shower had no pressure and very hard to get hot water through. No natural light into room at all. Not what I thought I had booked. Very disappointed.

The room was not advertised saying it had stairs. We had to go down two flights of stairs which wasn't ideal and made it harder to lug your luggage up and down the stairs. Parking under building is first in first serve basis and its very tight parking. Not that easy to get in and out. You can use next doors car parking but you have to walk a little extra for this. The internet wasn't good. It kept disconnecting so had to use my own data. The gardens were messy and needed to have a good weed and clean up. There were yellow stains in the shower and the ceilings which were off putting. They don't supply proper dispensaries for shampoo or soap like other motels do. Just soap bars and sachets. The beds were hard and the rooms were cold even with the wall heaters. They weren't producing much hear. We had to ask for another heater. I do not think it was value for money. The pictures on the website made the place look bigger but it was quite small. Was quite disappointed with this accomodation. Would not stay there again!

Lots of things as mentioned previously. And you have to go down a steep driveway before you get to the stairs. Nothing was advertised to say anything like this. I would not have booked here if it was.

The location is fantastic. It's budget accommodation but does have great views if you have a room with a view and is very close to town.

The place could do with a bit of a referb - but it is what it is.

I stayed here for a week on a visit to Queenstown for both skiing shopping and adrenaline and activities and leisure and I found its proximity to the town and the easy couple of minute walk into town for Lyft tickets gear hire groceries and entertainment dining and nightlife was great

We had a great stay at Caples Court. The rooms were basic, but clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The room was nice and warm, which was perfect for the cool winter nights. It's within walking distance to the town, and close to the bus line (super helpful!). I would gladly stay here again :)

Only 1 small heater in room to do both the lounge and separate bedroom. Car parking available on site but it's under the units and I had bikes on roof. They run the motels next door as well so was able to park there but couldn't see car and bikes from my motel

The view of the Skyline is amazing and the proximity to everything in town is great.

There’s no sugar coating that it’s a motel. Stained furniture, thin walls, and windows and a door that would not shut properly. While much cheaper than other accommodations in the area, you are sacrificing some things staying here.
