Location is wonderful. Fabulous for families or large groups.

We had to have the curtains pulled so the school next door could not look in at us. The walls are thin and a tour group were above us and next door and loud.

The property has recently been refurbished, so it was new, lovely and clean! I loved that there was protected parking for our car and the location is great! A easy, flat, 3 minute walk and you’re down on the water!

Excellent location and great size apartment.

Building decore was a bit out dated and car parking is tight. They also held a cc deposit for a week until I raised this when we had stayed one night and paid via Booking.com before the stay.

Centrally located and great for families

No dishwasher. But that’s not really a big deal.

We booked this place due to it having parking- the parking was very narrow and quite difficult to access unless you were lucky enough to get middle park!

Location is amazing a few steps across the little bridge and you are bang in the middle of town. Very spacious 2 bedroom room unit with large sitting area and well equiped kitchen. Nice balcony with views up to the gondola.

Chemical smell on level 1 from the cleaning products. TV have no generic channels for relaxing.

The location was amazing, less than a 2-minute walk and you're in the center of Queenstown. The apartment was warm and had everything you could need for a short stay. Free parking was great because parking in Queenstown is expensive.

No one at reception throughout the stay was a minor inconvenience.

Location to town was great. Good parking under the apartment.

A heater in one of the bedrooms caused an electric shock, luckily not enough to cause injury but a big shock. No freeview channels on TV.

In the hub of the town. So close to everything. The best position ever.

I would have liked it to be warm on arrival.we walked into a freezing unit. No salt n pepper, tissues or just basics.

The location is excellent, it's In the heart of Queenstown. Everything is at your fingertips.

Difficult to speak with staff/reception

Fantastic location. This is our second stay at St James (we didn't realise until we arrived 😂). We now have young children and the walk into town was too easy. There's a great park at the end of the street towards the lake. Amazing close dining options and store across the way for milk etc. Free and plenty of parking. The kids had their own room and bathroom. Nice sized kitchen, dining and living.

Bathroom was moldy - I showed the staff the photos and they cleaned it. Also, the paint was peeling off over the shower, the vent was noisy and full of dust. Also, charging $35 per night for a cot is expensive as well as charging $70 extra per night for a 12 month baby

WiFi not good at all.

Loved the location and the size of the townhouse for our family. Enough space to cook and watch movies without feeling cramped.

The black mould in the shower, but assume this is more to do with the climate than the cleaning.

Location was great and access via the back gate led directly into the main streets so restaurants etc easy to get to. The room I was in 207 was a 2bd 2bth apartment. It was well set out however it had no microwave or laundry facilities (these were in a separate area in the apartment block). But what was concerning was there was a strange damp smell coming from the ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom. As my colleague had to cancel due to illness I chose to stay in the other room with the main bathroom adjacent.

There was a strange damp odour coming from the second bathroom in my room 207. Also it was a struggle to contact the reception desk as it was not manned. I felt sorry for the one girl who (was very pleasant) tried to help however she could offer any reason why the odour was in the room,

Located in the heart of town. And it had a bathtub! Staff allowed us to store our luggage after check out.

I didn't like that i wasn't able to stay longer! 😉

Old and run down, mold in the shower, dirty face washer No clear check in instructions, had to phone when arriving after hours. Heating in lower level bedrooms not attached to the wall properly. Felt unsafe. Over priced

I absolutely loved the location. No need for a hire car to explore central queenstown when you are less than 5 min walk from the waterfront and so many attractions and food venues. The room was fantastic value for money. So spacious and comfortable and the bed was very large and comfortable which was appreciated after a day of exploring. The staff were really friendly and didn't mind answering all of our questions.

シャンプーやボディーソープはやや量が足りなさそうだったので、私はスーパーで買いました。

The shower is not good. The sofa bed is also a bit thin so you can feel the structure inside

This property is in a great location and has parking.

There is the most odd sickening smell when you walk in to the building and it all seems pretty run down our bathroom had like black mould in the shower and the roof paint was all peeling it just did not feel clean at all.

Was super cold on arrival and took a while to get the room up to a comfortable temperature, at least 12 hours to get the chill out of the tiles etc.

It could do with a paint refresh, you had to hold the shower head when using, and we had to get the cleaner back because the shower had not been cleaned. The heaters in the downstairs rooms were noisy.
