This property was amazing . Staff went way above our expectations doing the most to make your stay memorable. I would definitely recommend this place to all.

The property is beautiful and has everything you need , you even have your own Butler which is so helpful i will miss them , the ice bath was great and the baths and bedrooms are lovely

We had a wonderful stay at Sin Nombre Villa and would highly recommend it. The villa was spotless, modern, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The customer service was exceptional, with fast and friendly communication throughout. The location was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again!

Very clean, staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The WhatsApp chat was very quick. The staff were lovely.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Springs in back/ not good quality. We requested a mattress topper or extra blankets to lay on over the days we were there. We were advised they would provide and in the 6 days we kept being told they were out of toppers. The pool was green for 2 days and no accomodations were made to use the private pool until late the night before we flew out.

Sin Nombre is absolutely fantastic, the butler service and staff truly elevate the entire experience. I haven’t stayed anywhere warmer or more thoughtfully run around Canggu. The location is ideal if you’re getting around by bike or using ride-hailing - it’s just 5–10 minutes from all the best spots and about 3 minutes from Berawa. Honestly, I almost didn’t want to write this review because it feels like one of those best-kept secrets, but it’s simply too good not to share. This is my second stay here, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Our stay was amazing! The room was beautiful, with very comfortable and stylish furniture. The breakfast was outstanding, and the service was excellent. especially the manager and the lady in the café, who were both wonderful. We had also a chance to use sauna 🤩 Highly recommended!

Великолепная вилла, безумно вежливый и ответственный персонал, вкусные завтраки и приватная атмосфера, удобная развязка для байка, 3 минуты до пипито, 5 до пляжа и заправки. Could do with a few more lounge chairs around the main pool. Took 50 mins in a ‘grab’ car to travel 2kms into the main strip. A bathroom/toilet area to be able to change if there’s a time gap between check out and going to the airport!

Amazing staff, amazing property and location

We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay in the 3-room villa. There was plenty of space for four people, with additional separate common areas that made the stay very comfortable. The pool was a great bonus and perfect for relaxing. The service and staff were amazing — every request was handled quickly and with care. We were especially impressed by the hotel’s beautiful flower-in-the-pool arrangement, which was a perfect touch for celebrating a special occasion. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay. Plus, we used the private grill chef option — it was a great experience and we had a really nice time.

Only one note: I wouldn’t recommend booking breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast is not provided directly by the hotel but by a restaurant connected to it, and unfortunately the service was very slow and disorganized. Three of us received our food one by one, while one person had to wait an additional 20–30 minutes. Just about three meters in front of the hotel, there is another restaurant with a much wider selection of dishes and significantly better service. The price difference is less than a dollar, but the quality of both food and service is noticeably better. Additionally, if it’s raining and you don’t want to go out, they can cook and deliver the food directly to the hotel. There is also a spa located in the same building, which I would definitely recommend as well.

small scale boutique with friendly staff. we extended our stay with 2 more days. we extende our stay and got an upgrade to a small villa. this is worthwhile to book next time

We really liked the cafe that was attached to the hotel where you could enjoy breakfast, as well as the communal areas where you could relax. It was really well maintained and the staff worked tirelessly throughout the day cleaning everywhere and making sure you were well looked after and all your needs were met. We even arrived to a honeymoon welcome on the bed when we checked in! Would 100% recommend staying here and we hope to stay again in the future.

The only downside I can think of is the location as its a little out of the way of central Canggu. However this was also nice not being a busy area. You just have to be aware you will need a scooter to get to Canggu and takes just over 10 mins.

The best property with all facilities to the guest. The staff is too good specially the staff member Anggi. She is so polite and sweet.

I cannot recommend this beautiful property enough! The place is beautiful and thoughtfully decorated and the staff are the most welcoming, and lovely providing 10/10 service.

It’s the 2nd time we stayed there and it’s truly a little paradise. We got an upgrade to a private apartment which was divine. It’s clean, friendly and the breakfast in the new café is great! We will definitely be back a next time!

Not an easy location to walk from, but some great restaurants immediately nearby, otherwise renting a scooter is recommended.

Nabila, our concierge/butler was amazing. She was available 24/7 and took care of all our needs/requests like a "boss". The Vinyl coffee bar that provides the breakfast had one of the best flat white coffees I've ever had.

Staff was absolutely amazing, nothing to say always on top of everything, with 24/7 service for anything you need. You can also rent a scooter directly with them, which was super convenient. Honestly, everything was perfect. Breakfast was incredible with lots of options! There’s also a lovely little café right next door, great for eating and having a drink. The room was nice but quite small. However, if you’re sensitive to noise, it can be tricky there’s a lot of movement and you can hear everything (staff cleaning outside, etc.). Otherwise, I would definitely come back!

Caring staff. Incredible space! Ice bath, sauna, and the lush grounds were fabulous.

Initially, there was an issue with the water, but the staff handled it marvelously and made sure we were well taken care. They really turned a negative into a huge positive.

Uheldige med rommets beliggenhet vis a vis bilijard bord, frokostområde og trafikkert vei med bar med høy bass på andre siden av veien dermed bråk til alle døgnets tider. Putene var veldig ukomfortable så det hjalp heller ikke på søvnen desverre. Frokosten var litt uforutsigbar, noen dager fikk vi tilbud om vi ønsket egg på noen spesiell måte, (noe jeg satt veldig pris på! Kjempegod omelett bla annet) andre dager ikke. Avhengig av hvilken ansatt du møter på under frokosten virket det som. Frokosten ellers blir for den som liker starte dagen med noe søtt. det var dog et bra kaffeutvalg :)

This was our second stay at Sin Nombre. Unfortunately, this stay wasn't quite as relaxing as the last stay, mainly due to the new in-house cafe next door to our room opening its doors to the public at around 7.00 am every day. We felt that this was just a little too early for us to wake up on our much needed holiday! 😪

Ohne Übertreibung der beste Service, den wir auf Bali erlebt haben. Dieses Hotel versteht, was Gastfreundschaft bedeutet. Ein echtes Boutique-Juwel – wir kommen garantiert wieder.

The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to rest and relax after exploring. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool and garden area were beautiful and peaceful — a perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of tasty options. Would definitely stay here again!
