Excelente localização para turismo. Apartamento com todas as necessidades (cozinha bem equipada, sala espaçosa, banheiro funcional, cama confortável). Estava super limpo.

Um pouco escuro e sem muita ventilação na entrada/banheiro. As chaves precisam ser retiradas em outro local (não muito longe do apartamento).

Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent location and the apartment itself. The apartment is in a perfect, very central location, making it easy to explore Zurich on foot and by public transport. It was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed

There were several issues that affected our experience. The Wi-Fi was almost unusable, constantly disconnecting and reconnecting throughout our stay. The key collection process was also inconvenient, as we had to pick up the key from a different location some distance away from the apartment while carrying luggage. In addition, the apartment lacked even basic bathroom amenities such as hand soap and shower gel. Considering the daily rate of around €250, a small welcome pack with a few coffee capsules would have been a welcome gesture.

The location was outstanding—right in the heart of Zurich's Old Town, with beautiful views overlooking the river. It was the perfect base for exploring the city on foot, with excellent cafés, restaurants, museums, and many of Zurich's main landmarks just steps away. The hosts provided clear and detailed information before our arrival, making everything very easy. The shower also had great water pressure, which was a nice bonus.

The only minor inconvenience was that the key box was located a short walk from the apartment, so we had to cross the bridge with our luggage before checking in. The floors were a bit creaky, which is to be expected in a charming historic building, and while there was no air conditioning, a fan was provided and it was sufficient for our stay.

Das Bett könnte etwas größer sein und so platziert werden, dass beide Türen zu öffnen sind.

El departamento es super amplio y cómodo. Muy bien equipado! La ubicación es fantástica, cerca de todos los puntos de interés a pie. La mejor vista panorámica está a pocos metros de la entrada! Tuvimos una excelente estadía.

Location is good. The apartment was spacious. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. It had a kitchen with all the necessary equipment.

The lighting was inadequate and the floorboards creaked excessively.

Very nice place and surprisingly large. Definitely good value for Zurich for the size and location.

It was a bit dark inside but that is to be expected for a first floor apartment.

Une découverte de la vieille ville à Noel, vraiment enchanteur. Appart très central pour se déplacer à pieds ou en tram ( réseau de transports performant). Aucun stress car info check-in updatée et explication claire pour trouver la clé et se rendre dans l'appartement ( proches à 150m) . Bâtiment vraiment très joli avec ses volets verts, entrée confidentielle, 2 apparts paraissant être en RDC mais en faite étage. Tout le charme de l'ancien avec tout le confort, bien insonorisé, bien chauffé ( séjour décembre) et très propre; Literie correcte avec couettes et dessus de couettes nickel. SDB propre avec baignoire et pommeau douche tradi mais fonctionnels. J'ai adoré la vue sur GrossMunster et sur l'allée en pente. Le marché de Noel juste au-dessus mais sans nuisances et la ville est incroyablement propre. Très proche aussi de Bellevue ( féérique à Noel). Ah juste un détail, la lumière c'st un minuteur, il manque cette petite précision à l'arrivée mais accompagnement tel au top.

Il faut trouver un défaut, alors un détail : 2 petites capsules de café + thé pour l'arrivée auraient été appréciées, le temps de se retourner et d'aller en acheter. Car Zurich n'est pas l'Italie et à 5 euros la tasse en face, ça calme.

La ubicación, y que comparado con otras opciones en el centro de Zurich, este es mas espacioso.

Creo que le faltaban muchos detalles para pedir el precio que pide: no funciona el wifi, y eso en un país sin Roaming es bastante incómodo; nosotros somos muy cocinillas y es cierto que no podemos pedir las herramientas que tenemos en casa, pero qué menos que un microondas en condiciones: hace ruidos preocupantes, como si fuera a explotar; y en el baño no hay ni shampoo ni gel, con lo que tuvimos que ir a comprarlos, y dejarlos para los siguientes huéspedes; la habitación,… la cama nos dio dolor de espalda, y las almohadas son como papel. En resumen: Pagas la ubicación, y que no es una habitacion-salon-cocina con el baño en la mesilla… y ya.

Fantastic location in Old Town

More staples would be nice to have in the apartment - sugar, olive oil, tea bags, etc... as guests staying for a short period do not want to purchase these items as the quantities are too large.

Идеальное расположение, старинный дом с атмосферой швейцарской жизни. Очень чисто, удобная кровать, подушки, пуховые одеяла. На кухне есть абсолютно все для приготовления еды. Новые сковородки и кастрюли. Достаточное количество тарелок, вилок и тд.

The location of the property and it was clean and warm.

Generally not comfortable. Nowhere to sit comfortably, the shower in the bath is outdated and not convenient. The facilities were very basic and excluded tea / coffee aka welcome pack.

The location of the property is absolutely perfect, with the Grossmünster right outside the door, an iconic view of Lake Zurich just 10 steps away, and the tram station only a few steps further. All the main sights can easily be explored on foot from here. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Don’t expect a brand-new space – it’s an older building, and the property reflects that – but this does not take away from how good the apartment is.

There was nothing not to like, but a couple of things are worth noting. The key needs to be collected from a different location, about a 4–5 minute walk from the property. Also, while the apartment is on the ground floor, you do need to climb a flight of steps from the main road entrance to reach it. This is the equivalent of one floor, so if you have heavy luggage and booked the place thinking you’d avoid lifting, that won’t be the case.

The water pressure for the shower and temperature was amazing. The living room is big and comfortable

The kitchen had a very bad smell I avoided going into that room. The shower curtain needs to be change as soon a possible and finally the white fan was barely blowing air. We were got both nights.

Apartamentul este amplasat central, în zona de restaurante și magazine. Este foarte mare și confortabil.

Are aparat de cafea, ceea ce e foarte bine, însă nu are capsule măcar pentru prima zi în care ajungi. Nu are niciun produs pentru baie, am găsit doar un singur săpun în plastic, nici măcar câte unul pentru fiecare persoană.

Baignoire facilement bouché durant la douche, besoin aération dans la salle de bains. Oublié de nettoyer le de four à cuisine mais on n’avait pas besoin de utiliser.

Große, komfortable Wohnung. Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt aber trotzdem nicht allzu laut (wenn man Fenster schließt). Gute Ausstattung. Stets schnelle Antwort vom Besitzer bei Fragen.

The location is amazing

The location was very nice. Right at the heart of the city centre. At the entrance it was very touristy though, so be aware. It is also close to a tram station.

It has small doors, both in height as in width, and a low ceiling. It is very dark, not all the lights work, rendering most of the space useless after dark. The television also left a lot to be desired.

We like this property just in town walkable everywhere

The flat is at the ground floor but from the street Uber dropped us, there was about 40 stairs and we had to carry 4 heavy suitcases. The flat is very old with old flooring that makes loud noise every step you take. There was no air conditioner and it was very hot. We requested for another fan but received no reply. We could not sleep for 5 nights due to no air circulation, temperature, and noisy area. This place was very expensive and did not worth the money we paid.
