Sijainti hyvä.

Asunnossa oli kuuma, aurinko paistoi kummastakin ikkunassta. Pumennysverhot (aikoat verhot, joista toisen naru irronnut) oli pidettävä alhaalla. Mainostettu ilmastointi ei ole oikea ilmastointi vaan pienehkö laite joka puhalsi heikosti viileämpää ilmaa. Kylpyhuoneen viemäri oli tukossa, suihkun jälkeen koko kylppärin lattia lillui veden peitossa hyvin pitkään. Vessassa ei ollut roskista. Asunnon yleisilmeessä olisi paljon uudistettavaa.

L'emplacement était idéal par la proximité des transports en commun avec une station de tramway desservant le centre ville d'Helsinki à 2-3 minutes de marche. Petit plus : un K-market (superette) à moins de 50m de la location permettant de faire des courses. Location très bien équipée.

Petit axe d'amélioration :) : mettre des stores aux fenêtres qui occultent un peu plus la lumière du jour qui se lève très tôt à certaines périodes de l'année en Finlande.

The location was good, apartment was super bright and pretty well furnished.

The house cleaning was not well done unfortunately, sofa bed was dirty, stovetop and bathroom as well. It was mentioned in the description that there was a separate bedroom, unfortunately it’s more of a studio style with an alcove, no full walls or doors separating the bedroom from the living room, pretty inconvenient. A friend joined us on our couple trip, we mentioned it to the property manager, who asked for a 60€ extra fee on a 300€ booking which felt very off to us. Asked once and never again, adding up to the weird feeling we got. Only one key. Poorly soundproofed.

Location was about 15 minutes walk to the centre, quiet, shop across road, hot water, toasty heating, comfy sofa, underfloor heating in the bathroom, clear checkin instructions with a video

Generally a bit tired, microwave housing was broken, no storage in the bedroom, little space in the bathroom for toiletries, no kettle just a coffee maker

Punto forte: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. L’appartamento è equipaggiato con tutto ciò che serve.

Aamiaianen ei kuulunut hintaan, mutta emme kyllä sitä kaivanneetkaan. Majoituspaikan sijainti on niin hyvä, että aamiaispaikka olisi kyllä löytynyt helposti läheltä, mikäli sellaista olisimme kaivanneet. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee keskellä Helsinkiä, mutta kuitenkin vähän sivussa. Alue on todella kaunis, vanhoja kauniita kivitaloja, pieniä kivijalkakauppoja ja ruokapaikkoja täynnä. Alue ja asunto oli hyvin rauhallinen ainakin meidän vierailumme ajan. Majoituspaikka myös itsessään oli todella kaunis, kaakeliuuni ja korkea katto hivelivät silmiä. Liikenneyhteydet meidän tarpeisiimme olivat erittäin hyvät, mutta näitä vähemmän tarvitsimme, koska kaikki tarpeellinen oli kävelymatkan päässä. Asuntoon kirjautuminen tapahtui erittäin helposti, ohjeet kirjautumiseen olivat erittäin selkeät. Kirjautumisen ohjevideo oli suuri plussa.

Sänky olisi voinut olla parempi. Sänky tuntui huteralta ja keinahteli, kun toinen käänsi kylkeä kesken unien. Patja sinänsä ok, tyynyt olisivat voineet olla mukavammat ja peitto suurempi. Muutoinkin majapaikan huonekalut - keittiönpöytää ympäröivät tuolit ja sohvapöytä - olivat huteran oloiset, joten aika varovasti joutui näiden huonekalujen kanssa toimimaan. Meille tarpeelliset astiat kyllä löytyivät majapaikasta, mutta koska nautimme kovasti aamukahveista, olisimme toivoneet majapaikasta löytyvän isoja kahvimukeja. Jos majoittaja panostaisi vielä majoittujien nukkumiseen ja huonekalujen laatuun (+isoihin kahvimukeihin), majoituspaikka olisi täydellinen ainakin meidän tarpeisiimme.

Location was good. Close to supermarkets and public transportation. It is also walkable to many sights. Elevator is small but quick to arrive when called. The apartment while small is quite comfortable. Some attention to details would make it even better. Toiletries were supposed to be provided but the body wash bottle was almost empty. There were 4-5 bottles of shampoo but at least 2 bottles are empty. There is no trash bin except the one under the kitchen sink.

There is laundry facility in the building but looking for it was not easy. Some specific directions would have been helpful. For example, it’s in the basement and to access it with the elevator would require the key. Enter the door in front of the elevator, keep going left until you reach the bicycle storage room. The laundry room is on the left hand side. The kitchen has the most basic of stuff. There is no serving bowls/lates such a salad bowling.

住宿地點不錯,離市中心搭電車滿快的,客廳和餐廳是開放式的,空間大很舒適,性價比高,另外特別一提的是大樓有洗衣機,雖然前進的路線有點讓人驚恐,放置在地下室(像防空洞),但也是一種另類的旅遊生活體驗.

缺點1,廁所浴室很小,缺點2,沒有煮開水的熱水瓶,然後炊具有點少.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος με όλες τις ανέσεις και παροχές.Ευκολο check in και check out. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Rather convenient location. Some equipment in the apartment is rather modern. Staff quite reactive to answer questions.

Woken up by noise from nearby works before 7am every weekday. The building itself is old and windows don’t function very well.

L'emplacement de cet appartement est top. A 15 mn de la gare et facile d'accès. Il est aussi à 5mn de la gare routiere de Kamppi (elle se trouve au sous-sol du grand centre commercial Kamppi) C'est un peu plus loin pour aller vers l'esplanade et place du marché mais est près du quartier du parlement et permet d'aller à pieds à Toloo. La chambre est attenante à la cuisine (l'arrière des placards fait office de mur) , donne directement sur la pièce de vie , n'a pas de porte et pas de placard ou étagère. L'appartement est situé au 5e étage avec ascenseur et l'hote fournit video pour visualiser l'accès. Il répond aux questions mais très succinctement. La pièce de vie qui comprend la partie cuisine est grande. Le lieu est très calme et le lit confortable mais un seul petit oreiller (peut-être parce que j'étais seule...) .

La salle de bain est très petite (juste place pour une personne) Il n'y a pas de tapis de bain (pas pratique quand on sort de la douche) . Côté cuisine, ustensiles minimalistes , pas de passoire, pas de saladier ni bol ou ramequin (battre les œufs pour faire une omelette dans une tasse ou un verre ! Et se faire une salade dans une boîte en plastique...) . Une poêle, une casserole et un fait-tout. Les instructions sont envoyées 48 h avant le départ.

Nice location, all daily stuff are available such as coffee maker, pans, kitchen utensils. Totally recommended.

It was a lovely, spacious, light apartment which was ample for me alone but I would also be happy to stay with friends there. It's a very convenient 16 min walk from the train station and has all the facilities you could need.

It's not a big issue, but as it was slightly cold a thicker duvet or additional blankets would have been good.

The apartment was really cosy and very centrally located. The nearby supermarket was ideal after a long trip.

The location of the apartment is great. It is near Helsinki Central Station and Bus Station at Kamppi, and is also close to some of Helsinki's main attractions. That's the most convenient to travelers. Beside, the rental is very attractive and reasonable.

Wifi is a little bit slow, but I have wifi with unlimited data, so it's fine.

A well situated and spacious apartment. It had all the necessary things for a nice stay.
