As hotel apartment, the room is supposed to contain a kitchinette. It was not the case. Room not confortbale The fridge and may be other stuff were making noise all night long.

good location, clean

very small room, with some issues at the toilet (loose toilet seat, defective water faucet- meanwhile it's been fixed) and generally a poor inside visual aspect of the room. I recommend the host to be more attentive to the details, their appearance, good functionality and maintenance of the items in the room.

this is cheap, clean, and well located. But we only received the code and exact address to reach the location at the time of checking, which made it tricky to wait in Helsinki with the luggage. The room is small, two single beds, which are quite narrow. The view is not very nice, but the location is great! It is easy to reach the bus stop, nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Not far from the railway station. It is quiet in the room. There is a digicode to open the door. No keys. There is everything you need: small fridge, kettle and what you need to prepare your breakfast. The bathroom is very small, looks old, but it is clean and practical.

The beds are very narrow. It is complicated to open the window. No plug near the table/desk, had to use the plug behind the tv.

Fix the toilets cause they are splashing water all over when you flush

the rooms were dirty they were not clean specially the washroom

Great location downtown but on a quiet street with lots of wine bars and cafes, and right across the street from an independent cinema!

For a supposed tech-forward hotel (i.e. no front desk and initial access by phone/email code only) it was really surprising there were so few room outlets to plug in computer and phone. Also, while there was generous access to additional towels in each floor's vestibules there didn't seem to be a bin to dispose of used towels.

•Ho pagato per l'early check-in ma mi hanno inviato il codice per entrare in stanza quasi un'ora dopo l'orario concordato e solo dopo aver mandato diversi messaggi e aver contattato l'assistenza di Booking. Non ho ricevuto nessuna scusa, nessun rimborso e nessuna risposta da parte di chi gestisce l'hotel. •Non è proprio un appartamento. Si tratta di una stanza a cui è stato aggiunto qualche elettrodomestico ( macchina del caffè, bollitore, micronde) e ci sono delle posate.

Está en una zona bastante céntrica, a diez minutos de la estación de tren andando. La habitación estaba muy limpia.

Vicino al centro città e raggiungibile facilmente. Il self check-in è un'ottima soluzione, veloce e facile. La camera accogliente e soprattutto pulita, in ordine anche la zona riservata agli accessori, forno piatti e stoviglie ed altro.

Dobra lokalizacja niedaleko dworca centralnego. Na piechotę wszędzie można dojść. Pokój ładny i czysty. Wygodne łóżko. W pokoju dostępne wszystko co potrzebne: lodówka, mikrofala, czajnik a nawet ekspres do kawy i sztućce. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu.

Çöpü bizim atmak zorunda kalmamız bence saçma sonuçta burası bir otel. Ödeme yapıldıktan sonra check-in saatine kadar valiz odasını kullanmak için telefonla arama yapmak yerine email ile bize gerekli şifreyi verseler çok daha kolay olur.

La maneta del grifo del lavabo se salía cada vez qué se utilizaba.La basura no había containers de selección de cartón, plástico, orgánico en el cuarto de las basuras situado abajo , todo iba junto .

One of the beds had a faulty leg that caused it to buckle. I was able to get it to Be steady but it could use some attention. It was room 309 the bed against the window

This hotel was good value for money in a very central Helsinki location. The room was clean and it was useful to have the small well-equipped kitchenette. Contactless check-in was really easy and the instructions clear.

The bathroom was unusually positioned between the 2 small single beds…not a great arrangement!

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, camera per due spaziosa con tutto il necessario.

Non c'è una vera reception, bisogna chiamare un numero di telefono oppure comunicare via booking. All'arrivo abbiamo dovuto chiamare un numero per ottenere l'accesso al deposito bagagli (dal momento che era presto per il check-in) e la chiamata ci è costata 4€. È andata meglio per il checkout poiché mi hanno fornito il codice per messaggio

Location was good

There was a small water leak in the bathroom, the refrigerator door was brocken and falling down when opening, the freezer was full of ice, and the apartement was different as in the pictures.

Obiekt znajduje się w centrum miasta, co jest niesamowitym udogodnieniem. Pokój był czysty i były w nim wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy.

Za mało papieru toaletowego

Posizione ottima in centro, non c'è bisogno di prendere i mezzi. Le entrate sono tutte con codice, il che le rende sicure. L'ambiente è confortevole. Ci sono anche microoonde e un piccolo tavolo per snack.

I letti sono singoli e hanno dei bordi di legno, quindi anche se vicini i materassi non possono essere uniti.

Ugodno, uredno, blizu centra, mirno... Apartman je prostran, prilagođen invalidima, jednostavan.

Opremljenost apartmana je osnovna. Fali polica ili ormarić u kuponi za odložiti kozmetiku.

το luggage room δεν ειχε καποιο ειδος φυλαξης και ελεγε οτι αφηνουμε τα πραγματα με δικη μας ευθυνη επισης επρεπε να πλυνουμε εμεις τα πιατα φευγοντας και να πεταξουμε τα σκουπιδια

Hotel v centru města, blizko metra a vlakoveho náídraží. Výhodu byl online check-in a check-out. Pokoj byl čistý, připravený. Ve skřini nechyběla lednička, mikrovlnka, kávovar a drobné nádobí. Učelně byl uspořádán i sprchový kout. Velmi pohodlné postele.

Nelíbilo se mi místo, kde se vysypávaly odpadky - za domem ve dvoře v zapáchajícím přístřešku. Povinnost vyhození odpadků před check-outem byla bohužel součástí povinnosti hosta. To bych asi trochu zjednodušila.

The location is perfect, everything was clean, and there was everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would happily stay here again!

la posizione molto comoda e in una bella zona della città. Nell'appartamento c'era tutto il necessario ed era molto pulito. La stanza era silenziosissima.

i letti per me erano troppo morbidi, non comodissimi.

Problemas con los códigos de la consigna para dejar maletas. No se abría y tuvimos que llamar por teléfono varias veces para solucionarlo.

There wasn't even any drinking water, I couldn't put my luggage in. If there had been an officer there, I wouldn't have had so much trouble. Maybe it was because I was abroad and you directed me to call a local number for the baggage code, but I couldn't do it. A code could have been given via text message, but I couldn't do it. I had a lot of difficulty with the suitcases, I couldn't use my right, you didn't send the code early enough.

la posizione è comoda, solo 10 minuti a passo spedito dalle stazione (15 con la valigia) e dal centro. Buona dotazione tra frigo, bollitore, microonde e stoviglie.

camere un po’ vecchie, andrebbero rinnovate. Scomodo dover buttare la spazzatura al termine, non sono presenti tutti i cassonetti.

Elegimos principalmente por la opción de poder dejar las maletas, tanto al llegar como al irnos, y fue bastante complicado obtener el código. Por teléfono no contestaban y con el chat 15' o más hasta que nos lo dieron, ambas veces.

Me parece un despropósito que el check in sea tan tarde (16:00)
