The dar is very beautiful and the manager responds quickly to any questions. The view from the rooftop is also very nice!

There were a lot of ants everywhere in the room. The towels seem to be new and are still shedding lint.

Très beau dar en plein cœur de la medinat L’emplacement est très bien, proche de l’entrée des souks et de la porte Bab El-Gharbi pour prendre des taxi. Le quartier est sécurisé . La famille et le personnel sont très accueillants, agréables et serviables, je suis restée trois semaines et m’y suis sentie comme à la maison, j’ai beaucoup apprécié le séjour. La décoration est très belle, soignée et typiquement tunisienne. La terrasse très agréable avec une vue sur la medinat et la mer. On s’y sent bien, je recommande cette maison d’hôte qui permet de bien profiter de la medinat de Sousse !

El desayuno muy completo y bueno. La habitación amplia y muy bonita decorada. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente

El acceso al dar, hay que subir cuestas y escaleras está justo al entrar en la medina. Las almohadas son muy altas e incómodas, había hormigas en la habitación y restos de pelos por el suelo y pegados en la pared.No había secador de pelo. En las fotos parecía un patio cerrado pero es un patio abierto y no tan bonito como en las fotos pero en general bien.

Confortable stay in Sousse with aircon.

Nous avons apprécié la chambre spacieuse et confortable. L' emplacement dans la medina permet de visiter la vieille ville facilement Il est aussi accessible en voiture avec des parking proches. Mais surtout nous remercions nos hôtes qui nous ont fait un accueil très chaleureux et très serviables.

El chico que nos recibió era amable y contestaba rápido a los mensajes porque en la casa no hay nadie además de los clientes. Las sábanas estaban limpias.

Estaba en una zona bastante oscura y solitaría. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, ni siquiera entraron a hacer la cama o cambiar las toallas. El lavabo se atascaba en 10 segundos y la ducha no se quedaba fija en su lugar. El desayuno no nos gustó nada, de hecho solo desayunamos el primer día, y solo un poco. Muy caro para lo que es. Se paga en metálico. En el momento de su apertura pudo estar bien, pero no se ha mantenido de manera correcta, está muy descuidado.

Le personnel de l'établissement est incroyable, d’une disponibilité et d’une bienveillance rare. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement et ils ont tout fait pour que notre expérience soit merveilleuse. Merci du fond du cœur.

Very comfortable beds! There were also some negative reviews about the breakfast, but we honestly found it lovely. It was enough to get you started for the day, and the host very friendly and sweet. We felt taken care of, with the hosts even preparing breakfast for us at 7am as we had a tour bus to catch soon after. Great airconditioning in the rooms, which was much appreciated in the 45°C summer heat. In terms of location: the accommodation is within the walls of the medina, not too far from the main center and places to eat. Overall, a pleasant experience in a traditional Tunisian atmosphere.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, but this was not a major negative for us. Just one other point to note is that there are quite some cobblestoned-streets en route to the accommodation, so I would not recommend travelling with big roller bags, as you also have to walk cross the market during the day to get there.

La ubicación es perfecta, se encuentra en medio de la medina de la ciudad y la calle está bien iluminada. A solo un paso se encuentra el metro, que te lleva hacia las ciudades de Monastir i Mahdia, además de tener negocios y restaurantes muy cerca. El hotel es todo un encanto y las habitacions grandes y cómodas. Además, el chico que se encarga de la gestión es muy amable y me ayudó en todo momento a descubrir sitios auténticos de la ciudad.

El desayuno era un poco escueto y con poca variedad, pero estaba bueno. Yo hubiera puesto también un poco de pan tradicional tunecino.

Location is really good. Right in the Medina. Nice guy who works there. Nice room.

They said they have private parking. But they do not. They made us park our motorcycles in a really dodgy looking warehouse about 1,5kms away from the accommodation. Without any real security... We told them it didn't feel secure at all and that we did not trust it. The alternative they offered was a gasstation...... So we unfortunately had to leave. Real shame because the place looked nice.

Lovely traditional dar hotel right in Sousse medina. Great views from the roof terrace, very comfortable beds in rooms that are cool (on the ground floor anyway) even without using the aircon.

Struttura tipica interna alla Medina, accogliente nella sua semplicità. Parcheggio un po’ distante ma per me non è stato un problema. Unico appunto: la Wi-Fi non prende nelle stanze, e non c’è connessione Internet indipendente nella struttura. Un po’ un problema per chi deve organizzare la propria vacanza, giorno per giorno. Buona la colazione, personale gentile e disponibile.

Teníamos reservadas dos noches , habiendo pedido y confirmado el.hotel, dos camas individuales. Llegamos y no habia habitación disponible, de acuerdo a lo que habíamos reservado. Nos pusieron en una habitación sin ventilación natural, sucia, sin mantenimiento, en planta baja. A la mañana siguiente nos cambiaron a la habitación que realmente habíamos reservado, en el primer piso. Allí mejoró notoriamente, linda ventana, cómoda, limpia, si bien daba a callecita de la medina, muy tranquila. El dueño solo nos hizo un descuento de 5 euros por la noche en la habitación horrible, decidimos no seguir discutiendo para disfrutar de las vacaciones.

Very unique place very well maintained. The view from roof terrace is spectacular for evening prayers and sunrise. Bazar is very close by and people all around very friendly.

The room was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable and the entire building was unique! For the price I paid, it included a yummy traditional breakfast with scrambled eggs! (And that's when my Tabasco sauce came out. Heh)

The bathroom sink's pipes leaked, but was fixed which was weird because the next evening, my apartment bathroom's sink in Tunis also leaked. Must of been a Tunisian thing. Heh.

Das Personal war absolut hervorragend. Sie haben uns sehr geholfen mit unseren Fragen und waren stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, da das Zimmer kühl war und sehr ruhig.

Alles super, nichts negatives. Ausser, dass man auf das warme Wasser in der Dusche ein bisschen warten muss.

The location was perfect. The service was exceptional. Bayrem was the perfect host. He communicated well prior to our arrival, waited for our arrival and gave us many suggestions for our trip. He even had a nice breakfast for us.

The room was a bit cool at night. There was a heater but it was a bit noisy.

Nos encantó el alojamiento. El personal muy agradable y pendiente. Nos escribió al WhatsApp para decirnos dónde teníamos que aparcar. Como el alojamiento está dentro de la medina, tuvimos que dejar el coche en un parking gratuito que hay justo fuera de la muralla, delante del museo arqueológico. De ahí al alojamiento hay menos de 10min andando. El desayuno también estaba muy bueno.

Por decir algo, la habitación que nos tocó era muy alta y el aire acondicionado estaba muy arriba, por lo que tardaba mucho en aclimatarse.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine sehr gute Lage in der Medina. Das Zimmer war gut und sauber. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und wir haben sogar welches bekommen obwohl wir sehr früh abgereist sind. Der Besitzer ist auch sehr nett gewesen. Außerdem bietet die Unterkunft eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse.

Wir hatten sehr schlechtes Internet und Empfang im unteren Zimmer. Außerdem war es kalt im März, aber es gab eine Klimaanlage und eine Heizung für die Steckdose, was es besser gemacht hat.

Beautiful old building in the Medina. Clean and comfortable bed, heater as it was a bit chilly in February. Simple but nice breakfast. Good communication with the host. Reasonable value for money. Lovely terrace to sit in the sun and look at the view.

The only bad thing was the VERY noisy air-conditioning unit on the roof above the room. It woke me at just after midnight when I guess another guest turned on their air con. We were unable to sleep pretty much for the rest of the night. Such a shame as it was otherwise a great place to stay.

Atmospheric Tunisian house. Beautiful painted furniture. Varied breakfast in the courtyard. Spacious room. Warm (January). Attentive host. Impossible to park outside (road on steps and only seven feet wide) but easy parking within a couple of minutes (nearer than the explained parking at Bab el Gharbi but you can drive from there). View from the roof terrace. Short walk to the medina.

Personnels très gentils, très réactifs et souriants magnifique hôtel pour ceux qui aiment s'évader dans l'ancienne vie de la ville, gros coup de cœur pour la terrasse et le patio, idem pour ma chambre dont le moucharabieh donne sur la ruelle et fenêtres sur l'intérieur, les détails de la déco. En plus le matelas est confortable et la fraîcheur de l'air mederanien pour une nuit paisible.

Un docteur pieux qui dit 700m du centre ville...FAUX il faut multiplier/2..la distance a travers des ruelles en pavée.un décente vers le centre ville , Pour raccourcir...maison d'hôtes en hauteur c'est pour 1 nuit ,pour passager Trop cher en fin de saison..... Faites le trajet 4fois par jour pour des personnes de 78/75 ans.........c'est ma faute je me suis fait avoir..trop chers,trop loin du centre ville ,3 kms pour rejoindre la plage boujafar

Établissement magnifique, bien entretenu avec un personnel parfait. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et la terrasse idéale pour des photos souvenirs. La chambre est spacieuse au décor locale, on se sent bien immergé!

Le lieu n'est pas idéalement situé, il faut marcher un peu et ce n'est pas sur une rue principale mais à la hauteur du prix de la nuit.

Il B&B è posizionato nella medina di Sousse in una posizione ottima per visitare la città e il museo archeologico (molto bello). La struttura è molto ben arredata e caratteristica, ci si sente veramente in Tunisia. La pulizia della camera, e della struttura in genere, erano ottime. I gestori sono stati gentili e disponibili, fornendo anche utili informazioni per arrivare e parcheggiare la macchina. Al check in ci hanno portato loro le valige in camera. Le camere sono posizionate in modo indipendente con entrata dedicata. Coloazione un po' scarsa ma molto curata e fatta in un patio molto carino.

The place looks like the pictures, it has that charm of a classic Tunisian courtyard house. The facilities were clean, the roof terrace was an added bonus with great views. Located in a traditional neighborhood of the medina. The cleaning lady was very nice and accomodating

Our room had a sewer smell, though the rest of the place did not. There is no on site parking as advertised, it is just first come first serve in a public lot 300 m. from the hotel. The breakfast was small

We booked an apartment with 2 beds. What we got was a bed and then a loft with a steep ladder to a space that had a sleeping pad - not even a mattress. We had to use the cushion from the couch as added padding upstairs. Location was just okay.
